This was clearly caused by their negligence and I had a kid in my car who was very scared. When I returned, instead of fixing their mistake, they claimed they had no availability and said they could repair it next week leaving me without any vehicle for the whole weekend. Breaking something during service and then asking the customer to wait for the whole weekend to fix it is beyond ridiculous. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.

But I'm a very meticulous person I had Friday on my calendar he even made a comment for me to uber to work bc I said It would be an issue to bring on a work day and a non issue on my free day. When he finally got the part for my car he waited until I showed up to tell me the part didn't work out. So he left it in when I asked why he didn't simply communicate with me and put my old part back in he said it was too much or double the work. Then later proceeds to call me to say he needs the car back to take out the part and put my old part back because he needed to return the part. Very strange bc he could've saved both of us some time just doing it then and there. When I asked for my money back he said he was going to deduct 100$ for the "work" but I don't think it's just taking in consideration that my car was not fixed. He ordered another part and claimed it arrived broken so I'll just take it to Honda and pay whatever their fee is to get it done correctly. He also refused to give me any invoices / itemized receipt for the parts / work being done. Saying it would've been more to write it up in the shop meaning I don't know if I'm being charged accordingly or overcharged.

Then he's trying to get me to pay $190 to flush my brakes and says there's no way to know if theres a leak until my brakes get flushed. What??? Of course I don't do it and take my car to another more reputable shop to get the brakes checked just to make sure, and they tell me everything looks good. I can't say with certainty he was deliberately trying to scam me, but he's obviously giving tons of WRONG INFORMATION that could've cost me hundreds if not thousands of dollars while banking on me not knowing much about cars. On top of all that - after looking at the invoice I see they charge a 4% CREDIT CARD PAYMENT fee but didn't mention a single word about it. Not only is 4% MORE than what they have to pay for their own processing but not properly disclosing it or giving me an option to pay with cash or debit seems to border on ILLEGAL according to state laws. SHADY.

At the end of each day, they cleaned up and put away the tools so the house was still accessible. It's crazy how different the house looks compared to before. I'm just loving it! Then over the winter, Chris' team returned because I wanted my garage refinished. I had 70s paneling and broken/crumbling dry wall. Considering how much time I spend in my garage, I can't believe I lived with such an eye sore for so many years. I gave Chris the hard task of wanting smooth walls, and if you know...that's a whole lot of sanding. His team came through and delivered! I love the new paint color on the walls, and no longer despise my garage. Oh, and also want to mention that he also patched up a bunch of holes inside my house (from electrical work I had done) and matched the existing wall texture and paint. I have known Tony, the Owner/Mechanic for the last 10+ and he has been awesome every time he works on my cars. He is skilled and knowledgeable. Unlike others out there, he gives you cost saving options. For instance, I went there with an obvious transmission issue and he ended up giving me another option to trouble shoot. It was later found that one of the solenoids was bad and the transmission fluid had metallic debris. This saved me almost $5K. His quality of work is excellent and at a very reasonable cost. We are grateful for the time and money he has saved us for our Lexus and Toyota sienna. read more

My check engine light has been on for over a month and I have been procrastinating getting it checked out. Anyway, a friend recommended that I come here to get it inspected by Tony. I'm very glad that I came here because when Tony checked the code for my check engine light it turned out to be a really cheap and easy fix. It was the air flow sensor and the air filter set it off. I had just replaced the air filter about 2 months ago and Tony said it wasn't installed properly. He was honest with me and I would recommend bringing your car here. My family has been returning to Tony for many years and for many vehicles. The reasons for returning to him are similar to how you would select a doctor... find one who is reliable, professional, has integrity, and deals honestly then keep returning. Great service from Tony. He is a very nice man and is really knowledgeable. He took my car for a test drive and could tell that I needed I needed a factory maintenance service. The funny thing is, I took our Acura MDX to the dealership for its 30K and now we have 95,000 miles on it. Obviously, we forgot about the 60K service. Anyway, I originally cam here just for an oil change and to see why our car wasn't running smoothly. But Tony noticed right away what we needed. I would recommend them anytime. read more

My mom…read morehas a 2011 Sienna LE with almost 200,000 miles on it and I had a sneaking suspicion that the suspension, brakes rotors, axles, and other original parts may have finally worn out. Mahmood promptly inspected my vehicle, went down the entire list of specific concerns I hard, and then showed me the entire front suspension while the car was on the lift to visually see the broken, damaged, and worn out components. In one day I had all four brake pads and rotors replaced OEM, and within the next few days he basically rebuilt the entire front suspension for me (front axles, front lower control arms and ball joints, front strut assemblies). Within the week this Sienna drives like new again and we couldn't be happier. He road tested it for us, made performed an alignment, gave us warnings for future things we should keep in mind (e.g transmission fluid at 200k miles), and even did a load test on my alternator so I could start planning some electrical work I plan to do on the van to convert it into a part time camper for traveling through the state and national forests. All newly installed parts are covered by a two year warranty, which is really confidence inspiring. I'll be bringing in the rest of the family's cars here from now on. I had a terrible time with the gentleman who owned the shop in front of theirs, who lied and told me I was in the right place, which wasn't corrected until I called Fremont Auto Center looking for an update. Jack personally went next door to check on my car, and offered me 10% off repairs. I was told I could drop my car off the next day without needing another appointment. I met Sal, who has such a wonderful and charming personality, and it was great to meet Jack in person, too. Within an hour, I had the full analysis and estimate, and around 2:30, a couple of hours before closed, I was called and told the car wouldn't be finished, and asked if I'd like to come pick it up for the weekend (which I declined, we didn't need it!). The prices were fair, and their system of telling you what absolutely needs work versus what they recommend to be worked on was so great in helping me understand what was wrong with the car. My experience with them made me tell my husband that I'd drive to them if we ever moved out of the area.
