Came here on my Hartford coffee crawl! Staff was super friendly and helped me order the ICED LEMON CREAM LATTE... espresso, milk, white chocolate, lemon over ice. This was a spring time drink special . The lemon was Almost to the point of being too overpowering with its flavor. It was to the point of me not being able to drink it. It tasted like a perfume. Establishment was clean for being so busy too.

Came in on a dreary rainy Saturday morning and it hit the spot. Parking was easy in the back. It was more spacious than I thought inside but it was busy. The menu has a variety of drinks, breakfast sandwiches and lunch options. I ordered a hot chocolate and a salad with chicken. I loved both of them! Seating was a little hard to find but we found a bench we could sit on. I loved the salad. The flavors works so well and it tasted so fresh! Would definitely come back! I thought prices were very reasonable too. ~20 for drink and big salad.

This space was stunning! It reminded me of one of my favorite southern coffee spots. From the store front to the interrupt details, it was absolutely beautiful. I got one of the unique seasonal specials and it was yummy and different than anything else I've ever had. I got a chocolate chip cookies and it was mind blowing good! I'm glad I ordered one! Staff here as nice and personable! I had heard good things and all of the rumors seem to be true!

I always drove by Silk City Coffee when I worked in Manchester and wanted to stop by, especially after seeing rave reviews on social media. I finally visited this week with my husband and was surprised to see how busy it was for a Monday afternoon. Despite the amount of customers, there was plenty of seating. My husband ordered the Biscuit Sandwich with a hot Mocha latte, while I ordered an iced Mexican Mocha latte. I wanted to like my drink more - it was too milky for my liking, and fell short on flavor overall. I didn't taste any of the spiced honey and the mocha was more like a drizzle at the bottom of my cup. I did like the vibe here though, so I would revisit and hope to pick a better drink!

This is our new favorite spot. There is so much to love!! To quote my daughter "this place is a whole vibe!" The atmosphere is fabulous, the coffee is exceptional (and I'm a snob!), the food is excellent - top notch baked goods! And the people are the best!!

When I say best PSL of my life, I mean it! Absolutely delicious and perfectly crafted. We also tried the GF pumpkin muffins which were very good as well. Baristas are very friendly and helpful with recommendations and accommodations for different milks. Cute space with lots of tables, perfect for hanging out and studying, working on your laptop or cozying up with a book.

Wow!! I loved their sausage and egg breakfast sandwich! I couldn't resist the chocolate zucchini bread. I'm so glad I got it. I usually don't eat this much for breakfast but managed to finish both though I shared a little with my friend! There's a lot of seating .. high tops and comfy chairs.. I plan to go there to do some work to get out of my home office sometimes. Can't wait to go back and have the same! Or maybe something new..

A friendly coffee shop bustling with activity. They roast their own beans and were able to talk with me about their various roasts. I had a delicious pour-over of a medium-dark roast. It felt full when we arrived, but people are coming and going steadily so we got a seat just fine.

Blown away by Silk City Coffee - I completely understand why it's rated #67 of best coffee shops in the world! Even though i'm not a coffee drinker, they have other options and I decided to try their summer special, a matcha punch! Mixed with matcha and pineapple juice, this was so refreshing and a combo I didn't know was that amazing! I also got their sesame chocolate chip cookie that was almost as big as my head. Again, a combo i didn't think of but it was delightful and so flavorful! And lastly, their s'mores crispy was out of this world! It was so big and the chocolate coating and graham dust was impeccable! Such reasonable prices for such big portions! The ambiance is amazing in here as well - they're tons of tables and couches, perfect for working, hanging out with friends, or just relaxing! Seriously, I am so pleased to have discovered this place and I will be back! Don't hesitate and try silk city now!

This place is wonderful. Staff and the service is very professional. While I had no food the latte was perfect and delicious. And the ambiance is beautiful. This is a real treat. One of the nicest coffee places I've been to in a long time.

Good coffee, good baked goods, good option I thought I already reviewed this place, but I guess I haven't. This is the place that I go to after I have breakfast to get a good coffee and a couple of bakery treats to bring home. The coffee is always fresh ground and done by people who know their beans. The chef in the back is an artisan of baked goods, churning out brown butter cinnamon rolls, savory biscuits, and Stuffed cookies galore. They do charge appropriately, and they are popular so it can take a while to actually get your coffee during the busy times. But the quality is there, and they are a great option for your morning routine. The only downfall is that although they are pretty much exclusively the only true coffee shop on main street, they are not the best breakfast spot. Given that there's a lot of solid contenders for the best breakfast spot on that strip and in that area, I would rather opt for one of the other places for my breakfast and go elsewhere for the coffee. That's not to say they are not great, they are very much a good option for a coffee and a muffin. But it's not cheap, and if I'm traveling for breakfast then I want a place that has the best bite. If you just need a drink and a quick bite, this is the place to go to

Did a quick stop at Silk City Coffee after reading all the great reviews! I ended up ordering a Cinnabon bun to go. It was huge in size and perfectly sweet icing. The pastry case was full despite arriving late afternoon. There was a wide variety of gluten free and regular savory and sweet options. The parking is street side so it can be difficult to find a spot if you're looking to get in and out. The inside is cozy but the seating is limited.

Was happy to find the coffee shop as I browsed the antique stores on Main Street. Went for a hot latte that hit the spot with half sweet flavoring. The service was prompt even though almost all seats were taken with people chatting or working solo. The vibe was crisp and clean in here. I also really enjoyed the frozen coffee and will definitely come back.

I have lived in Manchester for a very long time, yet this is my first time visiting The Firestone…read more I don't know what took me so long to try this place. It's a painting, an arts and craft, a bakery, and a coffee shop. Great place for friends to get together and spend quality time, with great refreshment. They make their own bread, Cheddar scallion scones, chocolate chip cookies, sandwiches, and many other items. My favorites are the different coffees and teas. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, both with the food service and the arts. What a gem to have on Main Street.

Tried again, much better coffee…read more This place had a very awesome breakfast sandwich, and wanted to try them again. Opted for the blueberry pancake cold brew, along with a piece of banana bread and an egg sandwich with turkey. Food was delivered outside, and I took my pics. The breakfast sandwich is delightful. Everything is seasoned, punchy, and plentiful. The bread was grilled on a panini griddle, but didn't toast. So there wasn't a lot of contrast in textures. But the egg was fluffy, had a cheese skirt, garlic aoli is strong, and the bread is baked fresh. The cold brew was strong, but the cold foam on top mellowed the coffee out and gave it a nice blueberry and yeasty sip. Very similar to a blueberry pancake which the drink is named for. Good but leaned heavy on the cold foam. Banana bread was a bit gummy. Too much banana and not enough flour nor sugar. Not bad, but the weakest bite of them all. Price was high, at about 24 for the 3 items. The quality is worth the price point, and it's a great but somewhat limited breakfast spot for the area. If you want an avocado toast, breakfast sandwich with actual flavor, and wicked strong coffee, then this place does it well. Baked goods can be a bit random in quality, but the savory fare is great

One review even said the donuts tasted like "Play Doh and/or paint thinner". Let me say this as clearly as I can, the donuts and crullers we just picked up were FANTASTIC, as fresh as could be, and 100% wonderful. We picked up a variety of cake donuts, traditional Yeast-Raised Donuts, cruller sticks, and donut holes the other day, and we were 1,000% happy with their taste, size, and freshness. I loved their Cherry Cake donut! It was so big I really should have split it with my wife but didn't. They have 28 flavors on their website, baked in small batches with rotating flavors. Prices start at $2.49 for a single classic glazed donut, then go to $2.99 for a filled donut (jelly, custard or fruit), and then $3.25 for Specialties. For you big spenders out there, a Cinnamon Roll is $3.49, and an Apple Fritter is $3.75. These prices seem pretty reasonable to me, considering how big and excellent I found their donuts to be,
