I had to come try this spot after I saw the viral, double duo cup for coffee! I ended up getting the cookie monster latte and coconut Island, however, $15 for a coffee is a little outrageous! I was told it was a large coffee split into two. Never again will I purchase one of these duo cups. The coffee itself is very good, but the pricing should be altered a little bit. We also got mini macarrones, which I thought would be better than a tasted! They were stale!! They taste it absolutely horrible and there was no flavor. No differentiation between the chocolate, coffee, or the lemon. It all tasted by straight sugar and cardboard. They have plenty of sweet and savory treats to go along with your coffee cup - cannoli's, macarons, baklava, cake pops, savories, tortas, croissants, bombolinis, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, scones, etc. I stopped in to do some prep for a morning Board of Directors meeting and ordered a large drip coffee and a cheese and spinach pastry with a criss-cross latticework top. Breakfast was around $10. The coffee was excellent, and far too much for me to drink at one sitting. It was served in a huge ceramic mug, so I asked them to pour it into a "to go" cup when I left. The pastry was delicious, a great balance of spinach, cheese, flaky pastry, and crunchy top. I loved it. I grabbed a small table in the back and went through my notes while sipping my coffee and people watching. I got a kick out of the young lady to my left who was simultaneously working on her laptop and two phones while having her breakfast. She sure beat me in the multi-tasking department. Okay, now I am officially in love with this place. Everyone is always lovely, welcoming, super helpful, and it is such a feel good space. I feel good when I stop in, even just for the few minutes before taking my coffee to go. The lattes are consistently delicious, creative, and executed with care attention to detail that is so appreciated. I wasn't totally sure after my first visit, but I also just wasn't in the best mood and thought immediately needed to come back. I've been 4 or 5 times already, it's a go to in my rotation of favs, I can't recommend it enough. The tiramisu latte was a stand out. I loved the flavor of the foam and resemble the true flavor of tiramisu more than any other tiramisu latte I have had. Biscoff is my other favorite here. There's plenty of space to sit and hang with your coffee or a pastry (they have a relatively large selection), and their espresso martinis look heavenly. I'll absolutely have to try one soon. Coffee Fix is a must try, especially if you're looking for something with a bit of wow. Also, while not cheap, very reasonable for the quality, and the specialty lattes are larger than comparably priced ones at many other competitors. Again, I love this place. read more

The shop itself was small not a lot of seating located right on the Silas Deane highway ( it was nice to be able to get a seat when I went .. but please note there is limited seating ) the staff was so sweet and nice , very helpful when asking questions ! I ordered the tiramisu iced latte ,which Came in a super cute cup with a little ladyfinger cracker on top ! I love the presentation and the flavours were fabulous! Came in for the first time today with friends! Tried the coffee flight which featured four of Coffee Fix's best selling coffees. Dubai Chocolate, Biscoff, Tiramisu, and the Strawberry Kiss latte. For food I got a pumpkin muffin which they heated it up for me. Overall all coffees were really good, the cold foam was great, muffin was perfectly done, not dry at all. This place is pretty pricey but you definitely get a good amount of coffee in the flight. Staff was great, the staff even explained that the flight is technically four drinks so that's why it costs more. There's plenty of seating for people to get together and chat however tables could be larger but we also had 4 girls sitting at a table. read more

It's a perfect start to the day when you get to try a new coffee shop right after the gym, and it turns out to be an excellent experience! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm and welcoming. I had the chance to chat with one of the baristas and one of the owners, both so friendly and sweet! I asked them to surprise me with a coffee, but first, we did a little "mini consultation" so they could learn about my preferences and my gluten allergy. I really appreciated the care they took with that. While I was there, they also had me sample their Crema di Caffè.. ohhh boy!! That was so good! Definitely something I'd love to have again on my next visit. The café offers a small selection of baked goods, sandwiches, and of course, coffee. The space is super cozy and clean, and the decor is really charming. There's a beautiful wall mural that actually makes the place feel bigger--it's such a nice touch and adds to the style and warmth of the space. Can't wait to come back! read more

Very pretty, pricy, and still learning Came here because of an update on my feeds and I'm always looking for a breakfast spot to try. Hours for Saturday changed, so I got here a little too early. No major stuff to do today, so just waited while they started up their day. The interior is designed well. It's very eye catching and the artwork and design choices were well made. It's a very fancy bistro in its design. Because it was early, they didn't have much prepped yet. I got a smattering of their desserts and ordered a croissant to go. Also got their Dubai iced latte to try. The dessert items were okay. French macarons were sweet and had good flavor but were not as fresh. The cannoli was very sweet with firm cream, not great. the puffs were not filled fully and the crackle was soft but the filling was strongly flavored. The Dubai latte was okay as well, I got more of the latte rather than the flavors of pistachios and chocolate. Not upset with that, a latte should be a latte first. But for the price I was expecting more. I did like the pistachio butter garnish on the side of the glass. Rest of it was very much coffee milk. The croissant was actually pretty good. The topping was a bit dark but it had a nice cardamom flavor along with a chocolate filling which was quite nice. Got it fresh out the oven and enjoyed it in the way home. My biggest complaint is quality vs price. It's designed and priced as a fancy bistro, but doesn't quite deliver on the quality. For 34 bucks, I do not feel that any of the items I got justify the price tag, but they do put out a decent product. If you go in for the basics, the coffee and croissants, you'll do well. I have also overheard glowing remarks on their breakfast sandwich. It's pretty, just pricy. read more

I visited Coffee Fix on Day 2 of their new Shop in the Wethersfield plaza that is also home to Wethersfield Pizza House. The shop is very cool. Cooler than I even realized when I was there. After I left, I saw other people post pics of a staircase and archway. I didn't remember seeing those things, because it turns out they're wall murals that look super realistic in photos. The shop has a bit of seating. Service was friendly. I ordered a black cold brew and a spinach and cheese empanada or turnover. They're using beans from Those Guys Coffee roasters out of New Hartford. Like that. The cold brew was made with a South American blend. The cold brew was above average, but not elite compared to some other craft coffee shops. The spinach and cheese empanada was very good. Like a very good creamed spinach inside a turnover. They also had cool Italian donuts and other baked goods. This is going to effectively be a 4 Star Review, but it's an enthusiastic one. A strong addition to the area. 4.25 Stars read more

We stopped by this new coffee shop for our coffee fix! And as the name states, it did its job and more. Coffee fix exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, deliciousness and kindness. The owners Tony and Denisa made our day with beautiful seasonal lattes and conversation about their new cafe. I tried the biscoff latte and my friends had the strawberry matcha latte and pumpkin spice latte. All were served in different aesthetic glasses. They were so pretty and so yummy. My friend and I stopped by the brand new Coffee Fix in Wethersfield. This has been long needed in town. They are such a cute space! The wall art is classy, and gives the space a larger sense, when it's actually pretty small. They have a large assortment of Italian pastries, coffees and goodies. I went with the Tiramisu iced Latte. I also got the Pistachio Muffin. My friend got the espresso and one of the empanadas. It was a bit strange, we were here together, they made my friend's order in a espresso glass, beautifully presented and mine to go... I was also a bit disappointed in my latte. It was all latte, there was nothing Tiramisu about it. The Pistachio Muffin was very fresh, very green, with chocolate and pistachio throughout. My friend enjoyed her espresso, I tried it, it was good but not my type of coffee. We also got their lemon gelato. It arrived beautifully presented inside a pineapple. It was lemon, but super, super sweet. There are some kinks they need to work out, in regard to flavor and presentation. The space is very beautiful and inviting. Coffee Fix has only been opened for a week and I can tell they're going to be so successful! The interior is absolutely stunning, it's gives a very modern luxury European vibe. It is a perfect place to sit, have a drink, while either working, talking with friends, or just getting a change of scenery! I am on such a matcha kick and decided to get a vanilla pistachio matcha and it was fantastic! It was creamy and had a lot of flavor, which I appreciated! I also tried their crema di cafe which was out of this world. I typically don't go for anything coffee flavored, but I am so glad I gave it a whirl. I would come back just for that! And the sugar cookie cup was even better, it had strawberry in the inside and I was obsessed with how good it was! They also have sparkling boba which I thought was unique, I enjoyed it throughly! First off the bat, as soon as you walked in, you are warmly welcomed, which is a huge plus! The store is clean, and it looked like we just missed a small rush, cause a line formed after we ordered. The showcases were filled with both in-house made pastries as well as bought items for resale - according to an employee. My boyfriend had an iced coffee, which had a very nice fruity note. It was actually really good, and I'm not a black coffee drinker. I had the hot mocha, and this is where it starts to go south. It needed to be a little richer, and maybe another pump of chocolate, cause I could not taste a hint of chocolate in it. The blueberry scone was super dry, almost brittle, and it needed more blueberry flavor. I wanted to like the bombolini more than I did. It looks like all of their pastries came out of a refrigerated showcase, so the Nutella filling was hard. The bread part was excellent, I just wished the filling was more fluid. Not necessarily gooey or oozing, but softer than it was. We'll be back to try a few other items that caught our eye! read more

The Tiramisu Latte with almond milk was very good, but definitely expensive. A large iced one came out to $9.93, which is quite a lot for a coffee. The flavor was excellent and I would still recommend trying it despite the price. I did have to wait a long time for my drink, but the shop was very busy, so the wait felt reasonable given the circumstances. Overall, I'll probably go back. read more

Came in due to a recommendation. The inside is much nicer than you'd expect it. Modern, clean and a good amount of seating for a smaller coffee shop. Prices are in the higher side for both food and coffee. I skipped out on trying the food but I ordered an iced coffee. While the coffee itself was very good, I was very disappointed that my iced coffee was served almost room temperature. My coffee barely had any ice in it which normally isn't a bad thing but given the coffee wasn't chilled, it didn't help its case. I plan to visit again in a few months after the growing pains get ironed out. If you're not in town, I'd suggest waiting as well but if your local, seems like others have had better experiences than myself. read more

This place was so good I forgot to take a pic. I got a feta and spinach danish and it was delicious. The dough was very soft and buttery. I also got a coconut donut which was also very delicious. The dough was soft and it was not greasy at all. It was more like a light cake. I also had a Maroccino (coffee) and it was very good although a little too sweet.
