As a traveling salesman, I frequent many Starbucks throughout the world and I can honestly say that this is one of the best run coffee shops going. I stay close by at the Hampton Inn and walk down every morning right as they are opening. The store is immaculate with not one thing out of place with the employees and manager/owner continuously cleaning something, restocking shelves and providing the best service possible. A busy Starbucks that is located right near the on ramp for I-84 and I-384. Though it is a hassle to get into and the parking lot is small, they are able to get you in and out quickly. I would recommend ordering through the mobile app is this place is always busy with patrons. With the other one being on Spencer St. or in the mall, this one is located in the middle of Manchester. Has some outdoor seating but during certain times of the day you are bound to be blinded by the sun. Has all the items that you would find at a Starbucks. read more

The drinks and food are good. They do make it wrong sometimes and take too long. But my big complaint is that the workers park in the handicap spots everyday. My ant Ida is in a wheel trail. She has a ramp. She tried to come here and couldn't because these tramps were in her spot. Please tell your workers to be respectful because they are also very sassy. read more

This Starbucks is fine. It's a Starbucks. The coffee, let's start there. It came out as expected and didnt stand out in any one aspect more than another. To go cup, flavor shots, same price. The staff, that was a little odd the last two times. Seems like this location leans heavily on one barista, which keeps you waiting. My last visit was a looong wait for my Cold Brew refill. They all seemed nice enough, but the division of labor didn't seem fair, given the line. The venue...nicer than some of the others and definitely nicer than the Deming St location. Parking is a bit tough, but again, bettet than Deming, and if you are really that bothered, there's a ton of parking in the adjacent lots within the same strip mall. Getting OUT of the parking lot, however, is not easy at best (drive waaaay to one end of the lot), and confusing or dangerous at worst (no, you can NOT go out the same way you came in). Time sink on that part. Will I be back? Most likely, but it's not the most convenient location for me, wo probably not often. read more

This Starbucks location would have gotten 4 stars - it was clean, spacious, and had plenty of seating available - BUT the parking is horrible. The lot is small and crowded AND if you go during lunch time (it is attached to a Boston Market) - you will have better luck parking in the huge lot behind this location. All that aside my drink was made correctly by a very pleasant barista. The store itself is also on the larger side which removes some of that cozy "coffeehouse feel" that I have come to enjoy from some of the smaller locations. My boyfriend just came home with an everything bagel egg and cheese. It was disgusting. I will never order from there again! The bagel was toasted beyond recognition. I have visited this place for years and the best description is that it is a typical Starbucks. So if you like Starbucks then you will be happy here. The unique coffee/drink combinations, the black and green theme colors, the work friendly atmosphere and competent staff. The smells are strong and the hand dryers are loud. Drive thru only. Store is open for mobile orders only. 40 minute wait at the drive thru. If you do mobile order you cannot park in the parking lot, since the drive thru line blocks it. Not sure why they designed it that way, but needs a lot of improvement. read more

This Starbucks is a pain in the butt to find a parking space and always busy. And the parking lot its in is difficult to get out of so if your in a rush this is not the Starbucks for you and they don't have a drive-through either. The bathrooms are usually out of paper too. I have gone in to this location a number of times recently and the people in here are always very friendly. About a month ago I noticed a new drink on the menu so I inquired as to whether or not the syrup used in it was kosher. The guy behind the counter went searching all over the products used for the hechsher however he couldn't find one on the chocolate syrup. I told him it probably wasn't and went looking for what else I wanted to try. The employee then very candidly said "I get off work in 5 minutes and don't feel like helping other people let me go in the back and check the outer box it came in." I didn't think he was actually going to find it, but it was amusing and I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind. Here is my concern. The staff was fine, the order was correct, the drinks were fine. But then we went to use the bathrooms. They looked like a bomb had hit. In the men's room - urine everywhere. No toilet paper or towels. After washing hands I used the dryer but then I had to touch the door knob - it looked filthy. The wife reported just as bad in the ladies room. So although the front of house was fine, the bathrooms were gross. read more

While staying next door at the Hampton Inn for a friend's wedding, my sixth sense for sniffing out Starbucks lead me here. Very large, friendly baristas, and non-NYC prices. I love my genuine excitement to pay $4.20 for a Venti Iced Chai as opposed to $4.74. If I allotted myself three Venti Chais a week, I could save myself $84.24 a year with those prices! That's it. I'm moving to Manchester. P.S.: I love how this Starbucks is in the same building as a Boston Market. Although I love the vibe of other Starbucks locations for their tight spaces and coffee-shop vibe, this wide-open location is probably the best in the area as far as employee attitude and decorum goes. It seems like once you get on their bad list, your there forever! I came in and told the cashier I wanted to reload $5 on my card and it took her a minute to understand. Then when I gave her my twenty, she didn't give me my change so she had to call her supervisor. I told them to take the people in line because I had time to waste. After I walked away, the supervisor had came in and yelled at us to get back to the register extremely rudely. I went again a few days later and the cashier remembered me. The only bad thing I can say about this Starbucks is the parking situation here is pretty miserable. Not a lot of spots, and they are shared with another busy food take out joint that makes it likely you will be walking a way to get your coffee (a little exercise isn't so bad i guess). The location of this store is not ideal and I don't know how they survive a morning rush. The in and out of the parking lot is a maze. Decent lattes, decent service. I come here quite often to chill, sit back and enjoy a drink. Its one of the bigger Starbucks in the area so there is more seating and they have patio seating outside which is nice. Im not too fond of the temperature levels inside where it is always cold and AC is blowing in the middle of winter directly on you in a chair. Someone told me they purposely do this to move customers so they dont stay too long. Just went a couple of months ago and found all the prices on drinks went up...like it wasnt already expensive enough Starbucks!
