We called the local JN Phillips Auto Glass immediately to report a road raging, bird flipping, and glass fixing masshole who almost ran us off the road, and was transferred to the managers voicemail. No immediate response... means we had to publicly shame this company. Yelped, Google Guided, Facebook Ad Hijacked... check check and check. They took my car and replaced the windshield in the time-frame they gave me. After completing the job, the tech came out and spoke to me about what not to do (no car washing for a few days) and asked if I had questions - he was so nice and helpful as well. I called around to find a place that could replace it today, and JN Phillips told me they'd place an order with their distributor, and it would be no problem. Great! They are right by my office. They suggested I stop in around lunchtime to see if it came in, and I did. But it hadn't showed up yet. They called the distributor, who said it would be on the 1:00 truck, meaning it would arrive sometime in the early afternoon. So they call me at 3:40 to tell me that it never showed up and they can't get it until tomorrow. Only problem is I have to leave for NJ in the morning, and I won't have a driver's side mirror. Oops. Now none of the other glass companies can order a mirror, and all the ones with glass cutters can't handle a cutting job this late in the day. Thanks JN Phillips! Way to go!

The subsequent visits have seen a slight drop in attention to detail with some of the nooks and crannies which wasn't great considering the premium prices. The person manning the front desk was very polite and their waiting area is well maintained and clean. I am likely to give it another shot but hoping they step up their game to their usual standards.
