She asked if I'd like a little oil and I said "yes this weather dries out my skin." She proceeded with a nice medium pressure massage and not only did my back but was efficient enough to spend some time on my legs. She used her hands and forearms to great effect. I arrived at 9:22 -- three minutes early -- and was told only 30 minutes was available. I accepted that. I was then asked to wait until 9:28 to start, after already paying for the full session. Once in the room, it took 5 minutes to begin, and the therapist ended 5 minutes early, stopping at exactly 9:54. I was watching the clock the entire time because the massage itself wasn't addressing what I came in for -- I specifically asked for help with shoulder knots, and that wasn't being addressed. So to be clear: I called ahead, confirmed the time, and arrived early. The shortfall wasn't on my end. Telling me to "come in earlier" doesn't address what actually happened -- the issue is that your staff didn't honor what was confirmed on the phone. I'd like this resolved properly, not redirected back onto me.
