Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to assist us with hotel recommendations and local information. The terminal itself was spotless and well-maintained. They have private pilot lounges, a snack bar, and even ice cream, which was a nice surprise after the flight! The airport is also just a short Uber ride from downtown Greenville, making it very convenient. The only downside was that the 100LL fuel was a bit on the expensive side. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back the next time we're flying through the area. Highly recommend Cerulean Aviation!

We were convinced the pilot was going to crash on landing. Before we were about to land, the pilot made an announcement saying that skies were clear and winds only 8mph as we were coming into Cincinnati, so we expected an uneventful landing. However, as we descended the plane felt as if it began to fish-tale -- the nose and tail swaying back and forth. No announcement was made to explain what was going on. My husband, who was in Aeromedical Evacuation for the Air Force and who had been on many flights, was very concerned - he said it felt as if the pilot did not have control of the plane. Thank goodness we landed and could get off. However, I am very hesitant to travel with allegiant again.

Upon making it to gate E15, the boarding agent was screaming at everyone to go to Delta service as he continued to accept other people and call names to board. I stepped up to ask him why I could not board if he was actively boarding people. He refused to help me and called a TSA. He told the TSA he was behind, but continued to board some while yelling at people and refusing to help. He then assisted a man who was also late and gave him my seat. He boarded people for 8 minutes after I arrived while not letting me board. I then asked when the next flight was and he told me he was too busy to help me. I went to Delta service as told. They were extremely unsympathetic and told me they didn't want to hear about what happened at the gate. I filed a complaint and have heard nothing.

I went through the usual process of using the computer terminal to check in the bag - things were realllllllyyyyyy sloooooowwwww that day. It felt like their computer system was dialing another location via a 2400 baud modem. So it took a while waiting for each screen to do its thing. Eventually I got the bag checked. Economy plus is a huge increase over economy. Least state of mind wise. Economy is the plus on other airlines from my experience. Business and first get into the same category as everyone else. This new Polaris is still too new for me to make a call on. Apart from delays what can you control on ANY airline? Few gates for United in this terminal. American and Southwest further down. Flights direct from Chicago here. Dulles too I believe. Depending on where you go United may be your best bet. Fifty seaters jets but most directs are fairly short. Staff works hard! From Orlando you can get direct service to Denver or Chicago. Mostly SW, Frontier, and American flying in, but United is a good option also. A lot of the airline too fly with is price dependent and route dependent. Good thing Orlando is large with nearby Disney resorts. But one downside is food. Planes are restocked immediately after landing. Sometimes that means food could be sitting for 2-6 hours before heading out again. Not the freshest. Rather fly United out of Denver than Chicago O'hare or Newark. One terminal over multiple. But you really can't review the airline off of the airports they are in. Nothing they control necessarily.

Just pee before you go.

SW had 8 agents only and 10 Private Security Guards. Total Mayhem. Literally 1000+ people waiting to drop off their bags with eight agents, but only six at the Desk to receive the bags. There are no clear instructions on what to do. Or what your options were. I had an hour and half before my flight. I waited 45 minutes in line and just barely saw the baggage desk 200 yards away. I dropped out of line wheeled my check baggage to thru TSA and to the gate and asked to have my bag checked through due to problems at baggage check. Three nasty looks later I got it. Then I was traveling to my destination and the served beverages to the first 10 passengers and nobody else. As flight 1728 arrived, the flight attendant didn't even know the name of the airport, Greenville Spartanburg. Them the baggage crew stopped unloading cause the claimed to have seen lightning. Not too mention I barley made connections on my flight 8 days prior as the crew was overwhelmed by all the overhead baggage as checked bags are no longer free. I am 20 years in the travel industry and I've never been so appalled by the lack of compassion and customer service from the owner who didn't understand when my return pick up never showed and never had any communication of the driver confirming the time and the pick up location at Charlotte airport. My flight was delayed and I had no way to communicate to anybody to come back and pick me up that I was stranded at the airport as a single woman by myself during a period when there were a lot of cancellations that I had a book a hotel room that was limited and availability for them to only understand with voicemails that I left over the night after hours to have somebody call me back and schedule my pick up for the next day. There was no customer service. There was no return phone calls. He did not care about my situation other than he told me he got me back safely and I told him that was their job. I would never use this company again because of their lack of compassion and lack of customer service regardless if I'm one person or I'm hundreds of people for an event. Avery, Regardless of the situation beyond control of travel conditions, Carolina Shuttle service fails in basic customer service and communication to customers who reserve seats without a confirmation or a way to confirm the pick up location, driver and type of vehicle as they have a fleet with various types and names. There was no consideration to my situation or at a minimum an apology when it was admitted communication was a problem. I will share my experience with my local friends and travel colleagues who understand how shuttle service should operate properly. I felt disrespected and dismissed. I would never do private or group service with this company.
