There's an adequate selection of food options for a regional airport, and I especially like the second-floor area for Delta Air Lines flights from Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport to Atlanta. It's comfortable and a nice spot to wait before boarding. Overall, a smooth and pleasant airport experience. Would definitely fly through here again. Cheers!

We were convinced the pilot was going to crash on landing. Before we were about to land, the pilot made an announcement saying that skies were clear and winds only 8mph as we were coming into Cincinnati, so we expected an uneventful landing. However, as we descended the plane felt as if it began to fish-tale -- the nose and tail swaying back and forth. No announcement was made to explain what was going on. My husband, who was in Aeromedical Evacuation for the Air Force and who had been on many flights, was very concerned - he said it felt as if the pilot did not have control of the plane. Thank goodness we landed and could get off. However, I am very hesitant to travel with allegiant again.

Typically fly from/to GSP which is a FANTASTC airport…read more American Airlines personnel treated me with respect and were very helpful except that counter personnel in Durango, CO tried to charge me for a bag for which I had already prepaid. Recently took a vacation which required a plane change at DFW. Outbound flights were uneventful. En route home the original flight was delayed for hours due to a crew shortage so I was going to miss my connection in DFW. Then I was told DFW was on a ground stop due to weather but was then told by counter personnel that DFW was "flying again". They booked me on a later connection as a precaution at my request. Great right?? Not really. Upon arrival I deplaned into a real dung show at the American terminal at DFW. First, my connection was delayed for 2 hours then CANCELED. I received e mail updates from American about 5-6 hours AFTER THE FACT. Again, American personnel at DFW were excellent and helpful BUT the rebooking line was 2.5 hours long. After waiting in that line ( folks were telling me that no one was answering the help line and the app wasn't functioning, I saw one person get through to them on the phone) I was given a standby pass on an am flight the next day and told that all flights to GSP the next day were full. I was told to check with the rebooking counter about 7 am the next day. About 3 am the next day I stood in the rebooking line for another hour and received a confirmed boarding pass on the am flight. That flight had 9 standby passengers and I saw one person receive a confirmed boarding pass. Throughout the prior evening I saw folks holding standby passes denied boarding and told to return to rebooking lines to try again. These lines averaged 2-3 hours in duration. Weather happens but American Airlines seemed to be quite dysfunctional at DFW. On the last flight home to GSP we were an hour late ( about 40 minutes onboard a hot plane) because we didn't have a pilot! The First Officer apologized for the heat telling us the APU wasn't functioning so there would no air till we were airborne. When the pilot arrived he apologized telling us he thought he was flying somewhere else that day and had to hotfoot it across the airport to staff our flight! I have written this review as factually as possible devoid of emotion. Nearly forgot: One checked bag didn't make the flight at DFW and was delivered to my home the next day. Bag claim personnel at GSP told me that the lady in front of me was missing her bag which contained a WEDDING DRESS.

I am filing a complaint about the way I was treated by several Delta agents at the ATL airport. My…read moreconnecting flight was moved up, and my current flight was late. Upon making it to gate E15, the boarding agent was screaming at everyone to go to Delta service as he continued to accept other people and call names to board. I stepped up to ask him why I could not board if he was actively boarding people. He refused to help me and called a TSA. He told the TSA he was behind, but continued to board some while yelling at people and refusing to help. He then assisted a man who was also late and gave him my seat. He boarded people for 8 minutes after I arrived while not letting me board. I then asked when the next flight was and he told me he was too busy to help me. I went to Delta service as told. They were extremely unsympathetic and told me they didn't want to hear about what happened at the gate. I filed a complaint and have heard nothing.

SW had 8 agents only and 10 Private Security Guards. Total Mayhem. Literally 1000+ people waiting to drop off their bags with eight agents, but only six at the Desk to receive the bags. There are no clear instructions on what to do. Or what your options were. I had an hour and half before my flight. I waited 45 minutes in line and just barely saw the baggage desk 200 yards away. I dropped out of line wheeled my check baggage to thru TSA and to the gate and asked to have my bag checked through due to problems at baggage check. Three nasty looks later I got it. Then I was traveling to my destination and the served beverages to the first 10 passengers and nobody else. As flight 1728 arrived, the flight attendant didn't even know the name of the airport, Greenville Spartanburg. Them the baggage crew stopped unloading cause the claimed to have seen lightning. Not too mention I barley made connections on my flight 8 days prior as the crew was overwhelmed by all the overhead baggage as checked bags are no longer free. Also the aircraft's smelled like a clogged toilet. Timed to switch to Delta or United

It has 2 different age appropriate playground areas, a huge covered picnic table area, a "runway" path for bike riding, and a seating area to watch planes. The only complaint about this park is that there is no restroom. Only a port a potty. You can rent the picnic area for parties, but the amount is exorbitant, considering none of your guests will have a restroom. This park is definitely one of Greenville's best kept secrets. Just pee before you go.

Apparently they were having computer issues but they never communicated that the the ever growing line. At one point a person who appeared to be a grounds crew told the crowd that they were having printer issues. After waiting even longer we asked if they could print boarding passes at the gate and walk them over. "There is no one at the gate". So we ask if we can go through TSA without a boarding pass so that is what we did after waiting 30 minutes with them having absolutely zero contingency plans.
