Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to assist us with hotel recommendations and local information. The terminal itself was spotless and well-maintained. They have private pilot lounges, a snack bar, and even ice cream, which was a nice surprise after the flight! The airport is also just a short Uber ride from downtown Greenville, making it very convenient. The only downside was that the 100LL fuel was a bit on the expensive side. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back the next time we're flying through the area. Highly recommend Cerulean Aviation!

There's an adequate selection of food options for a regional airport, and I especially like the second-floor area for Delta Air Lines flights from Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport to Atlanta. We were convinced the pilot was going to crash on landing. Before we were about to land, the pilot made an announcement saying that skies were clear and winds only 8mph as we were coming into Cincinnati, so we expected an uneventful landing. However, as we descended the plane felt as if it began to fish-tale -- the nose and tail swaying back and forth. No announcement was made to explain what was going on. My husband, who was in Aeromedical Evacuation for the Air Force and who had been on many flights, was very concerned - he said it felt as if the pilot did not have control of the plane. Thank goodness we landed and could get off. However, I am very hesitant to travel with allegiant again.

I am no million-mile person but do fly enough to travel on all the airlines. As of today, American has once again failed. This year alone most of my AA flights have been delayed or canceled. I now expect some level delay as a norm. I am now on my second delay already, with no solution from AA and they would not even look at other carriers. I hate to lose what points I have built but they are now affecting work, and the only recourse will be to stop giving them money if they can't do what is expected.

I am filing a complaint about the way I was treated by several Delta agents at the ATL airport. My…read moreconnecting flight was moved up, and my current flight was late. Upon making it to gate E15, the boarding agent was screaming at everyone to go to Delta service as he continued to accept other people and call names to board. I stepped up to ask him why I could not board if he was actively boarding people. He refused to help me and called a TSA. He told the TSA he was behind, but continued to board some while yelling at people and refusing to help. He then assisted a man who was also late and gave him my seat. He boarded people for 8 minutes after I arrived while not letting me board. I then asked when the next flight was and he told me he was too busy to help me. I went to Delta service as told. They were extremely unsympathetic and told me they didn't want to hear about what happened at the gate. I filed a complaint and have heard nothing.

Checked in at the United Airlines counter to check my bag (I had already checked in the day before…read morefor my flight via the United App - but had forgotten to add my bag to the check in). I went through the usual process of using the computer terminal to check in the bag - things were realllllllyyyyyy sloooooowwwww that day. It felt like their computer system was dialing another location via a 2400 baud modem. So it took a while waiting for each screen to do its thing. Eventually I got the bag checked. The United representative was very nice. If the computer system weren't so slow I would've given United a higher rating!

Economy plus is a huge increase over economy. Least state of mind wise. Economy is the plus on other airlines from my experience. Business and first get into the same category as everyone else. This new Polaris is still too new for me to make a call on. Apart from delays what can you control on ANY airline? Few gates for United in this terminal. American and Southwest further down. Flights direct from Chicago here. Dulles too I believe. Depending on where you go United may be your best bet. Fifty seaters jets but most directs are fairly short. Staff works hard! From Orlando you can get direct service to Denver or Chicago. Mostly SW, Frontier, and American flying in, but United is a good option also. A lot of the airline too fly with is price dependent and route dependent. Good thing Orlando is large with nearby Disney resorts. But one downside is food. Planes are restocked immediately after landing. Sometimes that means food could be sitting for 2-6 hours before heading out again. Not the freshest. Rather fly United out of Denver than Chicago O'hare or Newark. One terminal over multiple. But you really can't review the airline off of the airports they are in. Nothing they control necessarily.

It has 2 different age appropriate playground areas, a huge covered picnic table area, a "runway" path for bike riding, and a seating area to watch planes. The only complaint about this park is that there is no restroom. Only a port a potty. You can rent the picnic area for parties, but the amount is exorbitant, considering none of your guests will have a restroom. This park is definitely one of Greenville's best kept secrets. Just pee before you go.

Apparently they were having computer issues but they never communicated that the the ever growing line. At one point a person who appeared to be a grounds crew told the crowd that they were having printer issues. After waiting even longer we asked if they could print boarding passes at the gate and walk them over. "There is no one at the gate". So we ask if we can go through TSA without a boarding pass so that is what we did after waiting 30 minutes with them having absolutely zero contingency plans.
