If you are looking for an indoor range that offers great service and a good membership Silver Bullet is the way to go. I've shot in every indoor range in the Denver area and none can compare when it comes to friendly service. In my experience, most of the other ranges make you feel unwelcome or as if your patronage is expendable and this type of attitude is a major turnoff. This is definitely not the case as the guys at Silver Bullet have always been super nice and happy to have my business. I've even joined as a gold member and it has been a great investment. It being a smaller range, there can sometimes be a wait but it is definitely worth it and if you get gold membership you can call and reserve a lane! Great value! Also no other range offers a membership with these types perks. read more

I have always enjoyed shooting at Silver Bullet. They have five lanes, so sometimes you have to wait around for one to open up. I like that they have a membership and lady's night as well. Prices are comparable to other ranges in the area. They don't have much of a selection for purchase, so I wouldn't go to them for a new gun, but I would recommend them otherwise. read more

My friend and I had a great experience at the Silver Bullet. We met Russ who was friendly and gave us a crash course about handling and shooting a Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm. Between my friend and I we paid about $45 each to use a firing lane, rent a handgun, two boxes of ammo and 2 paper targets. We were there a little over an hour. There are 5 lanes and when we went we did not have to wait. As we were leaving around 5:30ish pm more people started to show up. It is a nice facility and we had an excellent time! read more

This place is the neighborhood range that only the locals really know about. It has the things I want, no frills.... but professional and SAFE. I have been going here for 10 years at least, and have seen employees start from day 1 that I found the place and still see some of the same faces even now. Employees are top notch. Have helped me with malfunctions, have helped me sell a gun, helped a friend of mine sell a gun for transfer, have given me safety tips and even a stern warning when I opened both doors Innocently my first time there that I never forgot (you'll see!). Just the right mix of helpful and nice but with range officer safety being number one no matter who you are. They even sell firearms and ammo and other accessories so if you arrive without something they have it. I even bought a small handgun safe here when I needed it! Thanks Silver Bullet!!! read more

The Silver Bullet has the friendliest and most helpful staff that you will find at a shooting range. They manage to make even a gun shy novice (as I was a few months ago) feel right at home. There are only five lanes, and there is often a wait on the weekends (because it's worth it), but you will not get this kind of customer service at another range in Denver. I've now been shooting at the Silver Bullet a number of times (almost weekly), and have also taken classes, and I have nothing but good things to say about the guys who work there. Sent in a reservation for ladies night ( 2 emails, as it says SPECIFICALLY to "email" to reserve a spot for Ladies night, and not call) had 9 people. Emailed 6 weeks in advance to make sure we could be accomodated. Never heard from anyone. Called 5 days prior to "Ladies Night" and they had no record of my party.....How many emails do you need to send to "cat" to get a reservation???? I have spent several weeks getting schedules coordinated for my group to come to this, and proactively emailed this company to avoid a miscommunication. I am irritated at the lack of organization at the Silver Bullet, deffinately. Two stars ONLY because I have not shot here. The guy who I talked to was a bit rude, I'm kinda glad it's cancelled. I'll spend my money somewhere that's got their act together. read more

I have been using this range for a while now. The employees are super knowledgeable and usually very friendly. This is not a big place with only 5 lanes and can get busy at times. The shooting distance for rifles is only 25 yards, but that's OK with me as I don't use a scope. I would recommend this place for beginners and advanced shooters of all ages. read more

This small range has the good basics and offers LE/Mil discounts. The lanes were adequately lit, plenty of table space to work, and target carriers as you would expect. They have rentals if needed and sell most of what you might have forgotten. Staff is very friendly, professional, and safe. And they have designated motorcycle parking. I'll be back. read more

Very professional staff and great classes. The range itself is a little cramped and the waiting room is functional but in terms of value for the dollar for members Silver Bullet really delivers. The real reason to go to SB is their classes, their instructors work their @sses off and are right there to make sure you meet your goals. A great beginner shooting range, and I mean a great BEGINNER range. If you have any thought of trying to put multiple rounds on target as quick as you want to learn how to control your weapon fully, or any desire to bring multiple friends for a great time. This is NOT the place for you. It's a pretty dirty, very small collection of rentable firearms. This place is great if you have no desire to drive to a good shooting range with a little higher price. One staff member was awesome! But as an avid shooter, this place isn't for us. read more

Great shooting range! My husband and I came here for the first time about a month ago and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and competitive prices this place offers. There was absolutely no wait and for the majority of our time there, we had the place to ourselves! We will definitely be back and will become regulars. This place is horrible. Upon my first visit six months ago, I was not greeted when I walked in the door. I had to grab someone's attention and then wait 1 and a half hour when I was told he wait would be 1 hour at the very most - they had skipped over me and given lanes to other people ahead of me. When I did get my lane I was given a 1 hour time limit. The range itsself has five narrow lanes in which YOU WILL get hit by flying brass, is not well lit, and is not well ventilated. I recently went by there out of convenience to try and give them another chance and wa again dissapointed when I tried to rent a firearm. They had told me they will only rent to 2 people due to their "insurance". Steer clear of this place, the range blows and you will only get treated like garbage. read more

The Silver Bullet is a great shooting range tucked off 38th in WheatRidge. This is a 3-25 yard max, 5 lane range where there is plenty of room to setup your gear and it has good ventilation unlike another range in Aurora I used to frequent. You can shoot your pistols and rifles. It has electric target range controls as well as controls for the lighting at each distance. Their backstop is new I hear and does not suck as a previous reviewer stated.They also sell targets and ammo of course as well as a small selection of guns. Zombie targets even. Remember, headshots for a zombie! The staff are professional and there is zero attitude. Today when I finshed shooting I was at the counter and I heard a blast behind me. Some dude blasted the tip of his finger almost completely off. Not sure how he managed this feat so I wont make any crass statements about him being a dumb ass ;-). Needless to say the staff remained calm, called 911, gloved up, cleaned up immediately and temporarily bandaged him until the paramedics got there. After getting an up close look it seems like he blasted right through the joint under the fingernail and it was just hanging. I'm a gore whore. It was wicked (no disrespect intended). This incident is not stain on Silver Bulliets rep. They have a strict safety policy. In close, I recommend the place and will be back many more times. They also offer 1 and 3 day Concealed Carry Classes. If you want to go play zombie killer with me sometime you know how to get in touch. Lock and Load! read more

My first experience with shooting indoors in CO was at BluCore which is a great facility in its own right but the place is a zoo which led me to try and find a range closer to my home. In walks Silver Bullet. I have been going now almost every Sunday morning since I found them. It's small, sure, but the fellas that work there are personable but get down to business because they know how much you want to get on your lane and start enjoying yourself. Prices are absolutely comparable and what this range lacks in flash, they make up for by letting you shoot a really wide variety of guns which makes things even more fun. I can bring a number of weapons here and use them all which is great! If you want a range with a lot of bells and whistles, Silver Bullet may not be for you. If you want a no-nonsense place to shoot, staffed with friendly folks, that has all the things you need for a good time on the range, Silver Bullet is definitely the place! Happy to recommend this range to anyone regardless of skill level. You'll be well taken care of here. read more

Demand exceeds capacity during peak hours so expect to wait a while on the weekends. The staff is great and helpful. I've purchased the membership card twice and do not regret it. The benefits expire after a year, but the range punches never expire. I use these guys for FFL services and never had an issue. I've also taken the CCW which was well done by Manny. I've down to some pretentious people who have a poor opinion of the place, but I think it has everything you need. I recommend Silver Bullet Shooting Range to everyone. read more

Nice little 25 yard indoor range. There are only 5 lanes, so yes you will wait if it's busy. But the flip side is you get to shoot a lot for a good price. And unlike most 25 yard ranges where I live, you can shoot .223 and shotguns. Nice rental selection including automatics in all the popular calibers, revolvers, a 22 rifle, combat 12 ga., and a carbine AR. Good service too. They kept us stocked with ammo and gave us a good deal on an extra gun rental when they ran out of ammo for one of the guns we were shooting. No safety issues when I was there. read more

Customer Service isn't a strong suit for these guys. Neither are their business practices, they refused to honor a gift certificate that wasn't used within their "one year" policy. It didn't seem to bother them at all that CO law states that gift cards never expire, I wrongfully assumed this applied to gift certificates as well. Shame on You Silver Bullet and you are welcome for the free $350. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Thank guys. read more

I like this place, except that the ammo you can buy there has gone up by about 150% since the drought started. I'm also not a fan of allowing the semi-auto shotguns in a place that confined. I was peppered a few times by debris while reloading my mags. Other than that, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Check it out. You're more likely to avoid long waits if you go in the middle of a week day. read more
