I've been here twice now and both times service was great and they surprisingly have amazing bar food! My husband ordered their burger and he kept raving about how great it tasted. Their chicken tenders are also very crunchy and fresh! Their food is made to order, it always comes out piping hot! Their karaoke is so fun. You can request a song and they will call you up when it's your turn. Everyone in the bar are always super sweet and cheer you on! Came by here around 10 PM on a Friday. It was already pretty busy but the peak was definitely around 12. Vibes were really good and everyone was super nice. The karaoke was fun and most people sing along if they know the song. The queue is pretty long and it can take a while for your turn, so definitely keep that in mind if you want to sing. Towards the back of the bar, there are games like basketball, skee ball, and a punching machine. There's also a photobooth! Pro tip: if you venmo the DJ, they can move your song up on the list! With that said, at some point they'll decline if too many songs have been prioritized and its almost closing. read more

Came in here after the Renegade Fair at Fort Mason, and we stumbled upon the most unassuming, delicious chicken wings. We were stopping for a quick drink but saw they had mango habanero so we had to give it a try. When they came to the table, I had really low hopes, but after one bite, I was hooked the sauce is mixed with mayo and has a really good kick. The habanero was noticeable in all the good ways. Talking with the chef, he mentioned that they make their wing sauces in house so we got another order of wings with the buffalo sauce. Easily one of the best Buffalo sauce I've had in a while. More to towards the vinegary side which I love. My only suggestion for the wings, wish they were a tad bit crispier. Not bad for $11 an order. On Wednesdays they do $1 wings, so definitely will be back to try that out! Other than that a great place to watch sports, reasonably priced drinks, and karaoke at nights. Silver Cloud is a casual karaoke bar with a young crowd that brings fun singing to the Marina. The bar area is fairly small so it can get crowded inside, but there is a back area that has some arcade games and a photobooth that is less busy. There is an elevated stage for the karaoke and screens with lyrics around the room. You write song requests on a piece of paper and hand it to the DJ to join the queue. The wait times can be pretty long before you are called if it's busy. It's generally a good time here, though I have had a bad experience with one of the bartenders before. Solid spot to go out to on a casual Friday or Saturday. read more

Bartenders shouldn't be harassing and bullying customers for tips. This brunette white girl working in the night of 12/4 bullied my friend for not tipping a lot for a freaking shot??? Not even a whole cocktail, but just a shot. She was literally profiling her customers. If bars are underpaying their employees, go target your employers rather than bullying your customers into paying heavy tips for just a vodka shot. Fraud Visited the bar on St Patrick's day, I guess the bartender decided my tip for poor service wasn't going to work for her. Clearly they changed the 1 into a 10 when entering the tip into their POS. Thankfully I took a picture of my receipt. This place is a hidden gem in the Marina and definitely has a "home-y" local vibe in comparison to all the trendy new places. I've only gone here for brunch and the menu has a wide variety of food. I ordered the crab Benedict which was huge! It was good however I did pick out some shell (not a lot but just a few). We did 90 min bottomless mimosas for the great price of $15/person. We had the choice of 6 difference juices. Our favorite was guava! A plus was the alternative pop punk music. Again, such a gem compared to the rest of the Marina. read more

My friend and I were bartending SF Pride for the weekend and staying nearby. We passed this place walking to dinner and made note to swing by on our walk back. We had a really nice blonde bartender with a hat and cute curls (never caught her name) but she was Killin it all night. Drinks were great vibe was great. Will try to take advantage of you when they think you're drunk. I had a group of 4 people ordering under 3 different tabs. At the end of the night, I went to close out my tab and saw a charge for $450. This included 6 Jaeger bombs which absolutely didn't happen because everyone in our group hates Jaeger. I asked the bartender about it and she said, "Yes you did! You ordered it! Are you drunk?" She told my other friends that 4 girls ordered for my group and there were only 2 girls ordering for my group. I don't know if there were other people fraudulently ordering for my group or not, but the bartenders did not have the professionalism to hash this out. Instead, they called me retarded and got security to grab my friends to drag them out. Mind you, we were simply trying to verbally ask about these charges. "Dispute it with your bank!" and threw them out. After going home and doing the math with our sober friends who didn't drink, we found that they must have double-charged a few of the Jack and Cokes from my two other friends' accounts to mine. Honest mistake or not, the bartenders were really nasty to me and my group. I know that another friend of mine had a bad experience here, but I hadn't yet, so reserved judgement. I've been coming to silver cloud for many years for good times with my friends, cocktails, karaoke, and I've never left disappointed. I haven't felt the need to write a review till recently because they have really revamped, and I was pleasantly surprised with their new menu! Recently I went for brunch and their parklet is one of the most equipped I've seen. Super cozy and they are very safe when it comes to covid precautions. Now for the food/ cocktails . As a big tequila fan their tequila mockingbird cocktail was a perfect accompaniment to my pork belly Benedict. We also tried the prime rib monte cristo and chicken/ waffles. It was all delicious! Was in with a group Of 30+ tonight for a birthday. We were waiting on The basketball machine and a girl told the bouncer that a male in our group 'pushed her' when waiting on the machine. This place is amazing!! I've been a long time regular and have gotten to know the amazing bartenders very well and they are incredible people. There are thieves everywhere you go, and if you leave your phone out or get a little too drunk and drop it, obviously someone is going to try to steal it. My advice would be to put your phone in a zipped up purse or keep it in your hand and don't leave it in a bar then accuse the staff of 'stealing it'. I have no complaints about the location and food, however they lack proper screening for their DJs. I witnessed the DJ say something to a group of girls, causing them to quickly exit while sobbing. I later found out that he had called a girl "fat and ugly," and had another girl kicked out for defending her friend. Everybody witnessed that commotion, and nobody felt comfortable afterwards. I just feel bad for those girls; I wouldn't go here again, and neither should you. I'm now seeing that similar complaints at this place going back 3+ years, so it seems this establishment has a history of pick pocketing, racism, and poor service. If they haven't done anything to reprimand their employees then, they won't do anything now. Once we started to get served our mimosas the experience got better. We ordered a few plates and it was all surprisingly great. I guess I didn't expect this from what I know as a "bar". This place was so fun! And the bar tenders were so welcoming! My bestie and I were staying in the area and wanted a night cap. We came here just for a drink but saw they did karaoke, which we both love. My friend is more of the pro singer, so I let her do her thang. There is also a mini arcade at the back of the bar which we loved! Played the basketball hoops. This was the perfect place and loved the entire staff! Hosted a private event here and it couldn't have gone better! Tom and team were extremely helpful from planning the event to the amazing service. Then there's the delicious food which topped it off. We ordered food to feed over 50 people and all of it came out at once, which I know is a feat in and of itself. I recommend the prime rib sliders which are basically mouth watering philly cheesesteaks. Lastly, the karaoke set up was the perfect entertainment.
