He arrived with his assistant Jason and got right to work, toppling our tree with efficiency and safety in mind. Several shrubs encroached on our house and roof, and blocked our windows. Everything came down smoothly and quickly. They came back the next day to stump grind and clean up. On 10/02/19 finally around 4:30pm I received a call back from Anna and as I picked up to start talking she hung up so I called her right back and had to leave another message and waited for another 20 minutes before she called me back and said I must have butt dialed you and that she needed to call me back anyway. We start talking about days that would work for us and she had one day in mind but it was not good for me, so I gave her 3 other options that would work and she couldn't give any answer and said that she would have to call me back with the answer on 10/03/19. On 10/03/19 at 7am I called them again to set up a day and a time and once again no answer ... still waiting for her to call me back. This company only has 2 guy's on the job and 2 guys on call and no cherry-picker or a lift. 10/04/19 by this time I have called 4 other companies and have had quicker responses back. At this point I will not be using this company. Poor customer relations, lack of  communication, therefore their services are probably poor and worthless.

The job was to return the trees to the original topped height and bring them in to the fence line making them look like a manicured hedge. There were 3 trucks and all work was done by climbers passing limbs to a ground crew on my side. I was impressed by the organization and crews ability to work in my extensive garden without damaging it. Some of the limbs were 5" and lowered by rope. My fence and garden survived. Cleanup perfect and trees filled in perfectly for both my neighbor and I. Crew and Forman easy to work with, saw my vision and took an interest in what the were doing. Since we don't routinely go up there and weren't experiencing any leaks in the house, we had no idea. Alex took photos for me, but since they aren't roof repairers, I used their photos to contact roofing contractors. The morning the Green and Clean crew (Alex and Kaelyn) came to finish the roof clean, I started getting quotes and it was looking like we were going to have to replace most, if not all, of our roof! I had every intention of paying Green and Clean to do the full cleaning job, but I did commiserate out loud how it was a bummer I was going to be getting a soon-to-be replaced roof cleaned :( . But get this...Alex called his manager himself and rang my bell, saying they would offer a *lower* price since I was probably going to have to have a new roof within a month (they would still clean, but it wouldn't be as extensive). How cool is that? I didn't even pressure him or the office to change our treatment.
