I scheduled an appointment, which did not have to be same day, but they mentioned there was openings as early as 11am today (06/08/26). I ended up waiting over 70 minutes to be seen by the doctor. A 30 minute wait I would understand, but an hour and 10 minutes is crazy. Especially on a weekday that I need to be at my job. When the physician, Dr. Catherine McDoniel, entered the room, she acknowledged I was at the window looking out. I politely mentioned I was checking out the views because I've been waiting for a little bit. Instead of acknowledging the concern, she responded in a way that I felt was dismissive and confrontational, asking, "What did you expect? You booked the appointment same day?" and suggested I go to urgent care instead. I remained respectful and simply explained that I had expected to be seen closer to my scheduled appointment time. The interaction continued to feel defensive, and I ultimately left crying without receiving care. I asked the front desk to refund my copay, which they were able to take care of and apologized for what happened. After I left the building, the front desk called me again apologizing for what had happened. The front desk staff were kind and professional, but the physician interaction was upsetting and left me feeling unheard and disrespected. And I left without the medical attention I needed. I believe the multiple apologies I've received over this incident is important to note as it confirms this encounter was problematic. I do not recommend Dr Catherine McDoniel.

He said my appendix had ruptured and there was a lot of bacteri, infection and inflammation that needed to be taken care of before even thinking about surgery! I asked him to take the appendix out before I go home and he said Noooo! Let's wait for everything to heal! He was incredibly patient and gave me lots of information! His bedside mannerisms were impeccable! Whenever we visited him in his office he always shook both my husband's and my hands! I felt extremely relaxed and knew he was the best surgeon I could have asked for! My appendectomy was on August 4th and I have absolutely no issues at all! I highly speak of dr Nikesh Lath and would recommend him wholeheartily! Thank you Dr Nikesh for saving me!!!!

I spent 13 hrs. in the ER waiting to be seen by the doctor. I was having chest pains and shortness…read moreof breath. I was evaluated pretty quickly. It included blood pressure, EKG, blood work, urinalysis, etc. This ruled out a life-threatening emergency . I was reevaluated every few hrs or so. At that point, I could have left since a heart attack was ruled out, or I'm sure I would have received immediate care. A triage nurse has extra training in emergency evaluations. I was seen by the doctor after 14 hrs. of waiting and then admitted for two days. This is just my opinion. I think a lot of the people in the ER could have gone to an urgent care or waited to see their doctor the next day. Some people did leave. I guess they decided they weren't that sick. The wait time is ridiculous, but what can the hospital and staff do when people keep coming in. There are also ambulances coming in as well. The staff did their best to make people as comfortable as possible. In my opinion the staff work very hard to take care of the patients. I don't know what the solution is, but I do know it's people much higher up that need to fix the problem . It's sure not the staff.

They did several ultrasounds to check the status of the baby but didn't do the basic HCG test. They couldn't answer a single question like how far along I was in the pregnancy. They mentioned I had cysts but then refused to answer any of my questions regarding the cysts, even though I've been having fertility issues for over 9 months. This whole experience was extremely traumatic and now I'm terrified of doctors. I have been trying to conceive for months and these jerks just tell me there's nothing they can do "it just takes time". This was the most traumatic and heartless experience. Please take the advice from everyone and avoid this place like the plague!!!!!! Nobody should have to do deal with added trauma during an already difficult time like a miscarriage.

I had my annual with her and she ran all sorts of blood tests, one of which being my thyroid antibodies. In summer of 2024 I saw Dr. Gress' team and they were great to work with. But the nurses and office staff, not so much. Every time I talk with them on the phone I feel like I'm fighting with them and selling my soul to get a simple test. I needed to get in to see someone at the office in December of 2024 but no other doctors were available besides Dr. Danielle. The office staff called me THREE times to tell me that if I see Dr. Danielle, I am not allowed to move my care to another doctor. So basically if I don't like her I'm stuck with her or have to leave the practice. Come December 2024, I saw Dr. Danielle. She was great to begin with, did all the tests that I asked of her but somehow my urine test got thrown out without anyone testing it. Dr. Danielle was reviewing my notes with Dr. Jones from 2.5 year earlier and saw that my thyroid antibodies were elevated and in a state of having hashimotos and Dr. Jones wrote in my notes that I needed to see an endocrinologist - which Dr. Jones never actually told me this. It wasn't until I saw Dr. Danielle that they eventually told me I needed to see an endocrinologist. My two miscarriages could have possibly been avoided had Dr. Jones told me back in the summer of 2022 that I needed to see an endocrinologist. A few weeks later I asked her to prescribe me some progesterone due to my luteal phase symptoms. The nurse called back and said that she will not give me the progesterone (even though another doctor has given it to me in that practice before due to my luteal phase symptoms), and that if i wanted progesterone for my luteal phase symptoms that I would have to take an oral contraceptive, even though I'm TTC!! Every time I talk with them I feel like I'm fighting for my life and selling my soul to get anything that I want or need for my health. I will not be using them for prenatal care once I fall pregnant.

I called and told them I was sick and was told you must cancel no later than 24 hours before your appointment. Well the day before I felt fine. Last time, billing said they didn't have that information. Well, it appears they do indeed have access to that information. Which, had they given it to me before, I likely could have had this mess sorted out. I've never been without health insurance and I keep my doctors up to date with any changes to my information. They didn't process something correctly and are blaming me for their error. They say that I requested paperless billing, I absolutely did not. I prefer receiving all medical bills by mail. I have no idea where they sent things. Cool. Just what you want to think about regarding private health information. They billed me under my married name, that is not my legal name as I never went through legally having it changed, nor is it the name I am insured under or use when receiving medical treatment. If you billed my health insurance using a name that doesn't match their records, of course they'll deny the claim. That doesn't mean I am uninsured. It means you are incompetent. Why would you use a name other than the one I provided you at the time I received medical treatment? So here I am, trying to sort out a mess for a bill I've only recently received, for treatment I received almost 3 years ago. It's not about the amount, as it's thankfully a small bill. It's the principle. I shouldn't have to pay for services that were covered by my insurance.
