Our server Dolly was wonderful. Quick and efficient and friendly. Food was good and drinks were awesome.

I gave this place a 1 because it's the lowest I could rate but personally I rate it at least a negative 35. I came in as an aviation's employee because they offer a discount and it was walking distance from my hotel. I regret wasting my time and money. I ordered the Korean barbecue wings which actually had a pretty good flavor and that's where the good things ended. I honestly didn't expect much based off of how the facility looked in general, but my server may need to consider a new career. At first, she seemed OK. It didn't take her very long to take my order and she was friendly enough. Until she forgot about me. The issue occurred after I received my food, and one of the items was cold. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to risk waiting even longer after witnessing the wait time for other patrons and their dissatisfaction. Specifically from the server who wasn't helping me. Now, normally when you dine in at a restaurant, your server comes back to check on you a few times before you're ready for your check. This server who didn't even bother to provide me with her name and never came to my table a single time after dropping my food off. It was a petite older African American woman with reddish brown braids and glasses. I'm only providing a description since she never told me her name and I want it to be known who it was. I am also an African American woman so this description is purely educational. Initially, I decided to let it slide because I was finishing my happy hour vodka and club soda but after about 15 minutes, I was ready to go. Unfortunately, no one paid any attention to me. Neither my server or any of the other two servers there who walked past me repeatedly without acknowledging my existence. One server mingled with some of her friends who dined in and was about 15 feet away from me several times, and she also ignored me. The only reason I sat there so long without walking over to the bar is because I really honestly wanted to see how long it would take to get my check without asking. In the end, I waited 45 additional minutes to get my check, then it was further delayed after getting the runaround in regard to my aviation discount. Eventually I left my table and walked to the bar and I got the attention of a different server who after about five minutes, got the attention of my server who then directed me to someone else to get my discount. I expressed my concerns to this gentleman out of pure frustration, and he was pretty understanding, but this service was unbelievably unacceptable and this is coming from someone who currently works in Customer Service. After a lackluster meal, being completely disregarded and ignored as a paying customer, having to wait even longer just to pay my tab, once my server took my card. She then told me the computer was not working so she could not apply my discount. She was unable to deduct the amount from my card so instead she gave me my discount amount back in cash and slammed it down on the bar because she's having a bad day. The gentleman who helped me with my aviation discount, witnessed me waiting an additional 10 minutes after speaking with him, and he came over to express his apologies, asked for my name, and told me I can come in tomorrow if I wanted to, and he would take care of everything. Everyone except this gentleman needs serious training in how to treat the general public. If you enjoy lackluster food and being treated like garbage, this is the place to go to.

I saw the "bad" reviews, but thought i'd try since it was close to motel. Great food and selection at a dive bar casino. No idea on the gaming, but we were very happy with service and food. 8pm on 9-9-25. Sourdough patty melt was delicious. Wings and Nachos top notch.... Wished I could have tried the Prime Rib.

Visited around midnight on a random Wednesday because we had a layover at SEA. Miranda the bartender was super friendly and quickly got our orders in. Everything tasted good, the drinks and the Mac & cheese that we got togo, the total for two drinks and a dish only being $26 before tip. We will definitely be back if ever in the Seattle area.

We only went for a couple of drinks and lunch and it was near our motel. What a pleasant surprise. I don't remember having that good of a waitress in years, if ever. We had Cobb salads and have never had them that good. I see some of the one star reviews concerned the gaming or bartenders, but the food and service given us was excellent.

If you work for an airline or at the airport they offer 50% off one entree, and 50% off of up to $500 worth of drinks. You also get a 50 dollar match play! This is valid every day, and once day. Most definitely take advantage while the promotion is going!

The first visit ever to this Casino restaurant. Arrived at around 2:00 AM on a Tuesday morning. We were hungry and since it's open very late, we decided to get some food. Got Chinese - Combo Fried Rice, General Tso's Chicken, Fried Prawns and Fried Chicken. BIG portions of food! Pretty tasty for the most part, but some seasoning and flavoring could have been better. The chicken in the fried rice was too salty, though... And the General Tso's Chicken was not spicy at all, tasted more like Orange Chicken. Besides those minor things, it was fine. Service was on par for being there very late night/early morning. Enjoyed our time at this particular location. Food was tasty, ambiance was alright and service was great. We will try to come back at some point if around the area. Nice place, though.....

The location is quite convenient for the area, the inside was a bit crowded and noisy, but it was a Saturday night. The bar area was tidy and there were a good number of seats open. The food took under 20 minutes to come out and was above average in taste and quality. We just went for food, I would recommend this place for their pho and spring rolls.

There's an abundant array of tables inside and the ambience is definitely more on the divey side. Service was solid - the workers really took care of us - and the food was amazing. We ordered the following: - Pork Belly: DELICIOUS. An absolute heavy hitter after traveling. - Wings with garlic butter: Immaculate and so so tasty. We didn't know what to expect from this one but it changed our lives, haha. This place is 24 hours, so I highly highly recommend dropping by if you're in the area. The quality of the different Asian dishes here is amazing and it's definitely legit (this place puts all the Vegas casinos with "Asian" restaurants to shame!). Can't wait to return here!

The local casino has a small section to the right when you enter in the casino. They had staff working the area and our server was extremely friendly. You could tell she knew lot of the regulars and she was good at her job. She was on point with her service. So we came for the S&P chicken wings and chow fun. The beef chow fun was solid. It was flavorful, noodles were good and lots of bean sprouts. The beef slices were well marinated and very tender. The chow fun wasn't so overly sauced and had a nice balance to it. The only thing I wish it had was some more fresh green onion and that wok char to it. The S&P chicken wings were hot and fresh! The flavor was great and they hit the spot. I'd eat them again if I was in the area but I wouldn't come here just to eat the chicken wings. I also ordered the eggplant that they had on special and I loved this dish. It was savory, salty, filled with umami and tender and juicy eggplant. The sauce soaked perfectly with some rice. The hubby also ordered pho and his complaint was that the broth was not hot enough. The broth was like warm when I took a sip. However for restaurant that wasn't just focused on pho, the broth was solid. Too bad it wasn't warm. My husband ordered extra tendon and they were definitely not skimpy with it. I'd come back if I had a hankering for asian food. They do a good job here. The menu is pretty vast too. Chinese, Vietnamese, American. They do a little bit of everything.

For this trip, though, we did not have the pups and had a painfully early flight, so we decided to stay close to the airport the night before. It's actually a really nice place. Check in was smooth and welcoming, and the front drive experience was great. I think the person who helped us at the front drive was named Ratchet (apologies if I'm getting that wrong), the only guy out front on New Year's Eve. With a full service Marriott, you generally know what you're getting, an updated, very clean room. One thing that stood out here was that the rooms have hardwood floors, which was interesting and a bit unexpected. Some of the rooms face inward toward the interior of the building. We had dinner and drinks at Aqua Terra, and it was definitely worth it. Our server, Jone, was excellent and made great recommendations. The airport shuttle was a huge plus. It runs every 15 minutes, and they have several shuttles going, which made the early morning departure way less stressful. Overall, a solid choice if you are looking for a convenient airport hotel, especially if you have an early flight or your flight gets delayed and you suddenly need a place to stay.

The facility provides zero clear signage for travelers, leading me to park near S 224th St only to find every access door locked. This forced a long walk around the building just to check in, which is where the operational incompetence truly began. The check-in process is bafflingly manual for the year 2026. Rather than using license plate recognition or a digital reservation system, the staff required a tedious amount of information just to hand-write a paper slip. I then had to walk all the way back to my vehicle to place it on the dashboard. This unnecessary back-and-forth created a bottleneck that frustrated the shuttle driver, who then directed his irritation at me because the hotel's own inefficient system had put him behind schedule. The return journey was the most egregious part of the experience. After calling from baggage claim and being assured a shuttle was on the way, I was left stranded at the pickup location for over forty minutes. During that time, I watched a constant parade of competitors pass by at least twice while the Four Points shuttle remained a no-show. I eventually had to give up on the service I already paid for and shell out an additional $30 for an Uber just to reach my own vehicle. Do not let the brand name mislead you into expecting a modern or reliable operation. This facility is disorganized and significantly behind the times. If you value your time and want to avoid paying a "hidden" Uber tax to get back to your car, you are much better off choosing a professional dedicated lot. Master Park, WallyPark, Doug Fox, and Park n Jet all showed far superior frequency and reliability during the forty minutes I spent waiting for a shuttle that never arrived.
