Did a yelp request to get 3 locks rekeyed. One of the locks was missing the original key, which I put in the yelp request. I went to with another company. Their tech came out and then up charge me to do the lock with the missing key. I sent the guy home. Went back to yelp and saw a quote from Silver Eagle. We recently had all of our locks replaced with high security deadbolts and new strikeplates and a keypad lock. Silver eagle was able to do the work promptly and their fees for the locks we purchased were reasonable. The technician worked efficiently and seemed knowledgeable about his job. We had an issue with one of the locks, but he returned promptly to correct it. I would suggest to silver eagle that the technicians make more of an attempt to clean up the areas they work before they leave. I would use silver eagle again for future locksmith needs. read more

Needed these guys for an eviction lockout and they were great. They were flexible and on standby to meet at the house on the Constable's schedule. I needed 3 doors re-keyed and while the bill seemed a little high (it was as quoted, so no surprises), but the peace of mind was worth it. Additionally, Koby noticed one of my deadbolts wasn't locking completely and he fixed that too. My only issue (very minor) is there were lubricant drips down my doors which i had to clean afterwards.
