DO NOT EXPECT AFTER HOURS SERVICE LATE EVENING We called earlier in the day to arrange service later that evening. Spoke with Koby. I advised that I'd be calling after 10:30pm and he quoted a reasonable fee. As they had great reviews we did not make other arrangement. At 10:3ish (The state there is 24h service, so the time should not matter) I called and there was no answer, not even a recording just the generic caned voicemail message from the cell phone carrier. I called again at 10:50pm and 11:15pm SAME RESPONSE. NO ANSWER. Needless to say we had to scramble to find someone to help to no avail and ended up at a hotel for the night. If you claim you have 24 hour service, PROVIDE IT or just say you are not interested in the late evening business. read more

As it wasn't an emergency, they couldn't schedule me until two days later. They give you a two-hour time window. I was called by the service guy one hour into that time window letting me know he'd be there in 30 mins. He was very professional and courtesy, his badge was visible, etc. He had to go back to the office to get another piece of equipment. So it was actually after the two-hour time window before the work commenced. He worked quickly and efficiently, though, and had all my locks changed in a short time. He also did a good job of cleaning up after himself. It was $240 for six locks - one new lock and five being re-keyed. It seemed costly, but he was very professional and efficient. read more

Koby is amazing! The deadbolt on my front door randomly quit working one Saturday morning, meaning I could no longer lock the door. I needed someone to pretty much drop everything and come replace my deadbolt. I called Silver Eagle and spoke to Koby. He asked me to text him a picture of my deadbolt. I did, and he called me back right away with an estimate. The price was excellent, and he was at my house within an hour or so to complete the job. He showed up in a Silver Eagle uniform, with his NV Sheriff's Card clearly visible (an absolute must for locksmiths!!). While he was there, he added a more secure metal strip to my doorframe. He didn't try to upsell me or tack on any additional costs. He finished the job very quickly. While he was working, we were chatting about recent break-ins in the neighborhood, and he mentioned the Ring doorbell, a wireless doorbell with camera and supporting phone app. Coincidentally, I had just purchased a Ring the week before, but had not installed it yet. He quoted me a fantastic price for installation, so I had him come back the following Monday for the install. I was so happy with his work that I referred him to my friend, and he went straight to her house after mine and installed a Ring for her as well.
