BED BUGS!! Stay away! Room 303 has bed bugs. Had to find another place at 11pm with my 3 month old and 2 other kids. By the following morning the manager supposedly had the room checked out by a professional who didn't find anything. She said that it was probably a mountain bug or something else even though we had pictures, basically saying that it was my word against them. They did offer another room but who would want to stay in the same building. Horrible experience!! Besides the bugs the room was dark (some lights didn't work) depressing, musty, broken fixtures, non working outlets, and just dirty all round.

UNIT 320, do NOT get this room! These chairs could have injured my kids or my mother in law

They get 2 stars for location and underground parking. The service itself was ok, so for that I gave 3 stars. I am speaking only for our room we had and not the overall hotel. We had room 320. Right away we noticed a musty smell. The decor was really old and the spare blankets were stained. I called to let them know and they said they would bring up more blankets. I had to ask what they wanted me to do with the soiled blankets, they said to leave outside the door. I also had to call the concierge to come vacuum as they don't vacuum unless you ask. They only replace towels and take trash. The first day they didn't come at allWe couldn't cook without it smoking up the place as there was not a vent anywhere in the kitchen. So it smelled like food all day. The one window in our unit which supposedly was the only one that opens was broken so we could not air the place out so we often had to leave our front door open to keep it from smoking the house. Needless to say just making eggs was a chore. The master bath was fine but the jacuzzi tub had hard water stains around the jets and was frankly afraid to use it, think nail salon fungus? I do feel bad as we were all there for a baseball tournament and all the players were often running the halls and at the pool. The pool was nice to have but does not have enough seating for that size establishment. They have showers and a sauna. They do provide towels also at the pool. For everyone else who stayed there, their units were much larger, more updated and much nicer than ours.

Up here for the 4th and our room is nasty. We're on our way to buy pillows that don't look like this!

Up here for the 4th and this place is old and nasty. We had to go buy our own pillows because the ones provided by the hotel are disgusting and covered with God knows what. (Posted a picture) My kids walked around the room and their feet are black. Marriott is 400 yards away and will have our business next year.

The shower water that wouldn't drain after hubbys shower. I didn't take a shower due to this sludge.

Yes, the overall lobby/vibe is a bit dated, but there are many perks. My room ( again) was very clean: nice towels/ soaps. Bed was comfy enough. Heater/AC worked properly, good water pressure, tv wonky but got major channels for NCAA bball. Breakfast was good but expensive tho I had $15 credit for Hhonors Diamond level. I used the (hot) hot tub; felt great after day of skiing. Bubbler broken but water clean. Plenty of nice towels available. Best of all, I was welcomed and assisted by Mike who has been mentioned in many reviews. Epitome of friendly/helpful customer service representative. Granted, we clicked as former teachers, but he assists in any way possible to be helpful. It's not fancy, and doesn't try to be, but it's an excellent base for skiing and relaxing afterwards. I'll stay again next year without hesitation.

We checked in and basically got lost finding the room. This place is a maze on the inside. The carpets, lighting, and walls are dark. The signage is minimal. The room itself was clean, modern and had the necessities. Water pressure in the shower was great. There was minimal noise from neighbors or in the hallway which I was thankful for. Halfway through our stay we asked for cleaning and when we returned, the room was sparkly clean and organized. I was disappointed that the Jacuzzi jets/bubbles barely worked and the temperature of the water was... lukewarm. I never saw anyone at the front desk. I did purchase a T-shirt in the lobby using a QR code. This DT served its purpose.

Walkable into town - really cute Main Street. Perfect location if you are skier (when season is open). Units were quiet for most part - however could def hear the folks directly above us. Cons: Couch beds like paper - do not recommend for anyone outside of tiny young children. Only a few elevators - super slow. Parking spaces are tight- had regular size suv and would not go any larger. They want you to run DW, take out trash, wash towels, gather linens upon leaving when you are an owner. While I want to be helpful I'm also on vacation, have paid for the timeshare, pay ownership maintenance dues for upkeep and should not have to feel like I need to fully clean upon leaving. We did help but the only trash cans were in parking level and we were on 3rd floor - very inconvenient. Didn't like the fact they asked all that.

There were hoards of people all with large groups. We learned that this is a vacation club & there were no perks. There is no breakfast, no club room, parking is $25 daily ... We were given a property map, restaurant recommendations, & told to go to the Welcome Center. At the welcome center we were given a packet with 10% off a few shops and restaurants. We were offered a deal to come back for 3 days paying $200 & additional $300 or $400 when we stay. Check-in was at 4 o'clock and check out at 10 in the morning . We drove in reverse to the underground parking lot & went to the Alpine lodge room 5408. There are 6 lodges with restaurants, a pool & fitness center at the other end of the property. Our small room had a microwave, small refrigerator, dishes for 2, a safe, an outdated drip coffee pot for one cup, 1 luggage rack & no view. I was surprised that a van was bringing guests from another Marriott to our hotel. The pool was packed with lots of children. The water pressure was good, the king bed was plush & comfortable, and the air-conditioning kept us cool. The ceiling fan over a bed was a plus. I discovered that a vacation club isn't for us. All of the amenities here we have at home. After traveling for almost a month, the room was very tight. There was no housekeeping nor refreshing of items in the room. We went to a local market to shop for coffee, milk, soap, napkins... Marriott provided a list of where to take out our garbage recyclables and how to change bedding... on the way to the garbage room there was broken glass.

My expectations for this hotel was kind of low based the things I heard and from a previous stay in another city. Sure, the room was minimalistic and did not have much furniture in it. A sofa in the room would've made the room smaller. All the room had in it was a bed, table, chair, refrigerator and an ironing board. But, that was enough to make it an relaxing room for us. The bathroom was adequate. The shower had both a fancy shower faucet, and hand shower. Korres body wash, shampoo and conditioner was a nice change from the usual Marriott special soaps. The only strange thing about the bathroom was the square toilet. As a Titanium Elite member, breakfast was provided downstairs in their dining room. Breakfast was better than what I had heard. I had heard that it was a Euro breakfast with not much to eat except for a bunch of lunchmeat, toast and yogurt. The lunchmeat turned out to be manchago, brie and cheddar cheese, dry salami, prosciutto and oven roasted turkey. They did have yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, croissants and scones. In addition to these items, they also had hot items like a proscuitto toast and a freshly cooked waffle with fruit. The breakfast was much better than most of the Bonvoy brands. Their gym had treadmills, ellipticals and dumb bells. There wasn't much in there, but, enough to get a good workout. Even I didn't use it, the pool did look nice. From check in to check out, service was very good. The front desk was good at meeting our needs. The restaurant staff was able to meet my needs for breakfast. I was impressed to see that the GM of the hotel worked in the restaurant in the mornings when they were shorthanded. It was a good hotel for us and a great stay.
