They really went above and beyond for us - we placed our cabinet order in mid-February, and they were willing to hold the cabinets until we wanted to start the work in April/May. Since this is 2020, of course, we went into lockdown and they hung on to half of our cabinets in their office for much longer than that. It was really nice of them - I had taken delivery on the cabinets that I could fit in my garage, but that left the pantry and other big ones. When we did start the work, Steve was very good at keeping in touch with me and ensuring the delivery, templating, and installation went smoothly. The only thing I'd recommend for someone checking them out is to make sure you clarify what edge profile you want - ours was slightly miscommunicated. Their prices are very competitive - for all our cabinets (no installation - our contractor did the install), countertop slab/fabrication, we paid around $14,000 cash out the door.

We originally booked for two weeks - took one week to pack, two days to unpack. BoxUp was able to pick up the crates early and get them out of our way. Reuben did the drop-off and pick-up and was very professional. BoxUp also conveniently offers other packing material to be delivered with the crates.
