Over the two weeks, I've sent three unanswered text messages, left several voicemails, and called the office multiple times. I was told twice I would receive a return call with an update, but neither call came. I understand repair plans can take time, but repeatedly promising updates and failing to follow through is extremely unprofessional--especially given the serious foundation and moisture concerns identified during my visit. I expected much better communication and accountability from Olshan.

Days later, in July, he walked off the job. He claimed he was waiting on a dumpster which never came. Now it's September and we haven't heard from him in weeks.
