Don't think I wasn't intrigued by the fried cheese but we have been eating a fair amount of that lately so instead of offering an app, I opted for an entree (stuffed rigatoni) and a side of broccoli. GF ordered fettuccine with red clam sauce. She got a house salad and I didn't for some reason. The broccoli was seasoned wonderfully but the texture wasn't as crisp as I would have liked. The rigatoni and the house sauce was ORGASMIC. That sauce is incredible I would gladly buy it by the jar. The rigatoni were al dente pillows of creamy ricotta heaven. Spectacular.
