Bistecca is an excellent fine dining steak house in Washington county! My husband gets the rib eye at every steakhouse we go to and he said that Bistecca's is one of the best! I had the seafood special which was also delicious. We've been to many different steakhouses throughout Pittsburgh and the one in Washington, Pa has been one of our better experiences! Great service and nice upscale decor. Check it out with your winnings at the Meadows!

We finally were able to have dinner here on Sunday night after hearing how wonderful the food is here. I ordered the Oscar Filet medium rare & my husband had the NY Strip with mushroom sauce. Both steaks were cooked to the perfect temperature. We also shared a chopped salad and the scalloped potatoes We splurged & ordered the chef's special dessert, coconut cream cheesecake-Yummy! Becky our server was FANTASTIC. Definitely will be going back soon!

Good view of the racetrack! Dim lights for a romantic evening! The service was excellent! They did under cook the steak but we sent it back and they fix it! Turned out great! The signature crab cake was amazing! All crab meat, no fillers! A little pricey but worth it! I could have just gotten that and the wedge salad! The wedge salad could have used more bacon. Enough to share! I got the sea bass and it was good. It definitely needed a sauce to complement it!

Excellent service and amazing food. Jumbo lump crab cake is the best around. Everything we had was excellent. Beautiful atmosphere with a view of the track

Very nice restaurant but overpriced and nothing comes with the meal. Everything is separate from entree. Had view of racetrack but there was no race. Just dark outside.

Bistecca never disappoints! Our food was amazing! You could cut the Filet Oscar with a fork, it was so tender! The CaesarSald dressing is the best! And desert, well it was perfect! Our server Tori was something special! Her warm smile and pleasant demeanor were inviting and her service was impeccable!

This was my third time going to Bistecca, I went with a few others tonight for dinner. I ordered the 7oz filet and a side of gnocchi. The sides here are a shareable size so order wisely. The steak was cooked perfectly and had tremendous flavor with a perfect sear. The gnocchi was in a vodka sauce and was hands down, absolutely amazing. Our waiter was very attentive, respectful, and super friendly, he also had great recommendations when we asked for them. The service was quick and I will definitely continue to return. If you're ever in the area looking for a good steak, I recommend that you give this place a try, you won't regret it!

Every time we come we always have great service and delicious food. Portions are are always more than enough that we always have leftovers. I had my cowboy ribeye with the Neil topping (sautéed mushrooms & garlic basil bleu cheese sauce). It was huge and cooked perfectly medium rare - very delicious! Hubby's lamb chops are normally phenomenal but last night's needed a little salt & pepper but was pretty good. I don't know if we didn't get the full wine listing but it seems the wine selection list that was presented on the iPad thing they had a the table was a lot smaller than normal and the Rivetto we always got was not listed much to our disappointment. It has been a while since we've been here so maybe there have been a lot of changes? I'm sure we'll be back it's one of our places we go as a treat. Can easily make reservations on OpenTable too which is a plus!

    Double cut pork chop

Ordered double cut pork chop with side of fries. Great sear on the chop, came with a delicious peppercorn crème that was also a good dip for some of the best fresh cut fries I have eaten in Wash Cty! Fries not pictured... Always a great meal with great service here!

Never had a bad meal here, service has always been great, the atmosphere is nice, especially for being located within a Casino.

We took advantage of the "drink samples" which was a personal experience with the owner, where we tried each and every drink they made in house.. this was free, and a great start to our dinner. Everything from appetizers to desserts was fantastic. High quality food made with compassion. The ambiance was a little wild, very dark.. interesting taste in decor (haha) but very classy, nonetheless. Portions were generous and the price was too. We would definitely return for one of their weekday burger nights!

The menu lists foods such caesar salad, beef tartare, calamari, crab cake, chicken, pork chop, lamb, bison, and filet mignon. The drink menu lists cocktails, beers, and wines. For dinner for my husband and me, I made a reservation through OpenTable. The seating hostess and the waitress served us promptly and politely. Here are my ratings for what we ate: Chef's Cheese Board - 4.5 stars - This appetizer contained two cheeses, two cured meats, bread, and jelly. Prince Edward Island Mussels - 4.5 stars - This entree was a special. A large bowl of mussels was covered in Thai coconut red curry sauce, lime, mint, basil, and cilantro. On the side was a grilled baguette and garlic potatoes. Duck - 4 stars - The duck breast was cooked well, but my husband would have preferred a larger serving size. The waitress said that it was covered in a blueberry sauce, but it tasted like BBQ to us. After eating this entree, my husband still felt hungry. On the side were asparagus and risotto that had an OK flavor. Creme brûlée - 4.5 stars - This creme brûlée was topped with strawberries. Some liquid also sat on top, but the sugar was appropriately hard. Armen's Barrels Blackberry Sangria - 5 stars - This sangria was made from Armen's Barrels Concord wine, and it tasted delicious. The total price for our meal was $123 plus a tip. Customers may book private events at the restaurant. Customers may also book tours of the production facility to see the equipment and the process of making wines, vodkas, and brandies.

We were warmly greeted by Todd and Gina, the owners, who couldn't have been friendlier. Todd told us all about their wines, including the awards they've won, especially in California, and generously offered us the chance to try any of the wines at no cost. We started with the Gruner Veltliner, a bright, citrusy, and crisp wine. It was extremely dry compared to other Gruners we've had, which are usually more fruit-forward, but it was still quite enjoyable. Next, we tried the Riesling, which was also very good. My wife moved over to the semi-sweet side and tried the Traminette, which I eventually sampled after trying all the dry wines. We both really liked it. I then tried the Cabernet Franc, which was a medium-bodied wine with notes of raspberry, blueberry, and a light mocha oakiness--delicious! The Chambourcin was also quite good, without the typical bite or tartness. Lastly, the Flagship Red, a classic Bordeaux-style dry red, had a pleasant hint of pepper and was definitely a standout. Todd shared that they exclusively offer wines from Stony Run Vineyards in Breinigsville, PA, which has a wide selection. They're also planning to offer Old Fashioneds soon, as their winery includes a distillery, and they'll be featuring a "drink of the week" as well. What really sets this place apart, though, is Todd and Gina themselves. They're genuinely kind people who are dedicated to the community, and it was heartwarming to learn that they both served in the US Military--Todd in the Navy and Gina in the Air Force. We're already looking forward to our next visit when we're in the area again. Don't forget to thank them for their service when you stop by!
