The beef wellingtons were med rare and juicy. The root veggies were tender but not soft. The potato puree was smooth and creamy and the Demi glaze was the icing on the cake. It brought everything together. When we got our sticky toffee puddings, we thought they were a bit small but we were pretty full by that point anyways so we didn't mind. We ordered the cast-iron chocolate cake, and it was unbelievable. The sauce that bubbles away in the hot cast iron was spooned onto the rich cake and topped with vanilla ice cream. Nothing better!
