The chicken was juicy and I felt it was an appropriate size for the slider. I tried a bite of my friends hog wild and it was good but the BBQ sauce was a little sweet for me. The meat was nice a tender and you got a good amount on the slider. I'll definitely go back to this truck. There are a couple of more things I want to try on the menu. The fries held up while I ate them, keeping their crunch and form. There was plenty of chicken on the fries and on top, it had a mixture of cheese and ranch with jalapeño and bacon pits. We arrived about 5pm and it was not as busy as the last time we stopped in and we were able to place our order right away. We each ordered an entree and decided to again get an order of the meat and cheese Arancini, these were so delicious last time!  We learned they roll them by hand. We chatted with John and Glynis, the owners as John prepared our food and learned that like myself he is a Navy Submarine Vet. It was nice to get to know them and we told them how nice it is to have them in the area providing delicious food in the North Valleys. They shared that they secured this spot at Ranchers Feed and Supply two nights per week in addition to their other locations. Yelpers were introduced to the this hidden gem of a massive warehouse tucked away in the Richmond Marina during Yelp's Fit Club 2018. I thank Yelp for finding this delicious food truck; I will cross the bridge for food LOL! The pastas are made fresh daily, and you can order off their menu or create your own pasta. With a teenager who eats everything, I can't always go to Olive Garden for the AYCE pastas or bread during their promotions. Besides, there's no Olive Garden in Marin, they even shut down Tomatina's, Chevy's, Pasta Pomodoro's, Denny's, Outback, CPK & Max's (just venting). The homemade cannolis are a must-have for dessert. I can't wait to see this truck around town, sure wish they would come to Off the Grid in Larkspur on Sundays. The prices are decent with copious amounts of pasta & sauce. The focaccia bread is soft and warm, get those arancini balls, too. I know there are pasta snobs who think they can make way better pasta at home, but ain't nobody got time for that! I was given a pasta maker, and I gave it away. My mom makes homemade noodles and dumplings, but these days, there are too many places that make them and some on wheels like a food truck.
