Spent three nights here, a very nice place. Full hook-ups, level, concrete sites. Picnic tables that can be benches, a heated pool, laundry & showers. Located conveniently close to the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum (actually within walking distance, but it was just too hot to walk when we were there.) Clean & welcoming with beautiful landscaping. Cable TV & decent WiFi & green grass at each site. This is a great RV park.

Beautiful RV campground and quiet. Lots of great paved walking paths and right next to the Evergreen air museum. Very well maintained and nice amenities. We will definitely be back!

    Beautiful grounds!

We recently were there for 2 nights for the Air Mesuem wine festival. We were very happy they did not require a 3 night minimum this year! Unfortunately due to the cold - we had not de- winterized our coach, so we could not hook up water. The very kind gal at the front desk made sure we were close to the EXTREMELY CLEAN restroom shower facilities! They also provided us a golf cart ride to the event! So much wind & rain! The entire property was super clean & beautiful new outdoor pool! Glad they do not allow vicious breads or dogs too.

    Nice space between your neighbors

Beautiful facility, brand new, outdoor pool, lots of grassy areas, trees and flowers. Concrete pads, good space between, super clean facility. Right next to airport. Helicopter school during daytime can be annoying. Next to Spruce Goose Museum and indoor water park.

Normally I wouldn't waste my time reviewing a business that I'll never stay at again. However, I…read morefeel the need to shine a light on the facade this place portrays. To help explain my story I will state that my family travels for work around the Pacific Northwest without much notice for our next assignment. We pay month to month at most places and understand the need for deposits and our usual lack of retrieving them. This place charges a $250 deposit that they keep if a 30 day notice is not given before departure. That was understood when we signed the agreement. However, on top of keeping the deposit they also refused to prorate the remainder of our month's rent as a refund to us. We paid the full month and ended up having to leave 6 days into the month. They kept the deposit and full month payment. This place has a waiting list so the spot was filled that week with a new tenant. So now they are able to collect double rent on the site. In addition to their horrible customer service, this place has trashy trailers in the park with junk surrounding them. It attracts rodents and feral cats. On top of that there have been multiple instances where there have been drug deals going on in the park. Two weeks before we left the police blocked all exits to the park to raid a trailer where they proceeded to cavity search the suspect in the middle of the road. I could go on and on with instances we witnessed. On the vintages side of the park, I had family and friends stay on multiple occasions to visit us. My mother had a horrendous experience. When she went to pull the sheets back she found dead bug carcasses and an immense amount of animal fur wound in the mattress. In addition the mattress had fiber glass in it meaning that it was most likely an original mattress. Needless to say that it is unlawful for a business to have those types of mattresses. My mom asked for a nights refund (she was there five nights) because she had to help clean the trailer before she could sleep in it. The park was not going to offer her any compensation until she threatened to sue them over the mattress. In summation, stay with caution! Good chance you'll over pay, witness illegal dealings, or sleep in filth. But hey, they offer over priced wine in the store if you're into that! Cheers

Listen folks, it's hard sometimes to find a decent RV park that has space, well groomed landscape,…read moreaccommodating staff, and just a feeling of being home. I'm on the road a lot for my work, and I tend to stay places for weeks if not months at a time. When I called to make the reservation, Sharon, the woman who took my call, was most pleasurable to work with. They didn't require the third degree to get you in for a monthly rate. Nothing like that RV park up in Wilsonville just off interstate five, which actually took three days to do a background check before allowing me to stay for a month! Sharon helped me get settled in, she let me pick the spot I wanted, and her park guy, Robert, came and helped me actually set things up. Not that I needed the help, but it was just so nice to have people make you feel at home. This park is situated well off interstate five and takes about 20 minutes to get there from interstate five. It's a bit of a hassle to get your trailer through Salem, but once you get to the RV park you realize it's well worth the trip. This park couldn't be quieter. The spaces are large and the landscape is impeccable. She actually suggested paying for a monthly rate because it was cheaper than paying a weekly rate for a few weeks. You have a lot of full timers here, but you don't have any crap laying around. Nearly all of the trailers are late-model, and these people are serious RVers. The park is very clean, the showers are incredibly nice, the laundry facilities are adequate, and the lobby is nice just to go in and sit down and read a good book. If I had any complaints, it would be the quality of the cable TV service. Each site seems to be daisychained from the site next to it, so you get a lot of interference on most of the channels. Of course if you have a satellite dish, this won't be an issue. And the Internet is not that fast, so don't expect to be watching any movies on the Internet or downloading large files. It's adequate enough for basic email. Don't confuse this Premier RV park with the one that's out on the highway five. They are completely different. Take my word for it, this is the park to stay if you're in or around Salem. And it's pet friendly too!! If you're interested in seeing my review about the Wilsonville RV park, just go to my members page and search. Happy trails!
