I was going to purchase a discounted Groupon to try them out since I'm not from around here. They informed me that I would be getting more if I spent the $150 for the initial visit. So I listened. After my X-rays they immediately informed me I would need a deep cleaning, which would cost $984 on top, but I would get a regular cleaning that would clean the plaque of everything above the gum line. So why am I in my car scraping off a ton of plaque myself from the fronts of my teeth with a napkin. Maybe they figured they didn't have to fully clean them since they recommended the deep cleaning, but regardless I paid for a cleaning and I barely got one. Would not recommend. Sidenote I asked about getting a rough price to remove retainer glue from the back of 3 teeth.. The dentist told me it'd cost $150-200 but that there wasn't an actual price it's just kinda whatever number they throw out. I've gotten more removed by a general dentist for $50 lol No bueno.

*****A VERY LENGTHY REVIEW***** I have to write this review,…read moreafter all these years! ***NOTE TO ALL-LIDOCAINE COMBATS A TOOTH INFECTION!*** (I learned that from.....yup! Doc Gray himself.....at some point of our patient/doc relationship) #truth Due to the treatment, and physical AND mental abuse from Dr. Gray, I am terrified of dentists. So, I come in because my right Lateral Incisor req'd a slight filling, (immediately adjoining my Central Incisor). The only filling he told me he can use, due to my then ins, (Medicaid), was SILVER! I told him I didn't want a silver splotch in the front of my mouth!! He said he couldn't do anything. So, nothing was done. Then, a bottom Molar dared to get infected, He treated me with an antibiotic & scheduled me to return for extraction as a doc would. Upon my return, I approached the sign in desk & informed the "SECRETARY" that I still had the infection. It wasn't too bad but that I can still feel the infection going from my jaw, up to my cheekbone & that I felt I required an extended dose of antibiotics~I mean hell, I don't have MD behind my name, but I knew even the slightest pain!~ Next, I got called to the back where I informed "2 NURSES" of the same thing! 3 employees were now made aware that I STILL HAD A FREAKING INFECTION! C'mon! So, doc waltzes in & I told "HIM" about the slight pain I still had going from my jaw, up to my cheekbone & that there was still an infection. He said something like "Oh, it'll be ok". I had been seeing him for a minute at that point. And so he proceeds to inject my gums with the Lidocaine. I'm nervous cause he said the Lidocaine combats an infection, but I trust he knows what he's doing because....again....I fail to have MD behind my damn name! He injects a butt-load of Lidocaine into my bottom gums, sets the injection tool down on the stainless table & with nary a syllable, he leaves the room. He returns 45 mins later & begins to extract MY STILL INFECTED TOOTH! He clamps down on it & begins to pull & I JUMPED & emitted this loud PAINFUL GRUNT-YELP-SCREAM! Why you may ask? Cause that shit HURT! I ain't gon' lie!! The Lidocaine failed because I STILL HAD AN INFECTION! What do YOU think oh great doc??!!! So, what did good ol' doc decide to be his best plan of action? He DROPS his pulling tool onto the stainless table & said..."You Have To Have That Tooth Surgically Extracted. And Don't Come Back To Me Until That's Done!" and walked out of the room. (needless to say I never returned) Doc Gray had the audacity to get PISSED AT ME for HIS ERROR! I barely got out of my shock, picked my jaw up from the floor & left that office literally in tears! That whole episode made me terrified of dentists & I have not been to one SINCE! Whatever teeth were not pulled prior to Grays visit have since ROTTED INTO MY GUMS! Now I have to go to one. So, Im reading a dentists' website & they're talkin' bout "Patients' Anxiety W/ Dentists". Just reading that on their site, I began crying. From fear. Anxiety. Thanks doc. I decided to chuck my dental insurance and go to a dentist I found rather than one they told me to see. First I actually went in person to see the facility and get their pricing. The receptionist, Haydee, was SO nice. She even tried to call my dental insurance for me (they never answered) and offered to watch my son during my dental appointment if I couldn't get a sitter. My actual appointment was great. The entire thing, exam and cleaning, took about 45 minutes. There was no talk of needing an appointment for an exam and a different one for a cleaning like the two other places I'd been. I had my X-rays sent over from a previous dentist so I didn't need those again. Dr. Vito did his exam first and Cindy did my cleaning. The cleaning was gentle and she got the coffee stain off my front teeth. I didn't get pressured whatsoever to buy more services and feel I can trust Dr. Vito's advice in the future.

TLDR: you will want to have this place be your dentist…read more Let me start by saying, before Dr. Holz I hated going to the dentist. I did not have the best dental hygiene growing up which has compounded into a mouth that needs a lot of work. Previous dentists I went to made this seem insurmountable and it was too overwhelming and I ultimately would give up every time. Dr. Holz did the opposite of that. In my initial consult with him on 9/20/2021 he also explained that my mouth was in really bad condition, but he took the time to explain how we could systemically approach it and what needed to be taken care of right away and what could wait for the future. He also did not judge me when I shed a few tears over how overwhelming it all was. 1.5 years later, 6 teeth pulled, 4 crowns, 10+ fillings (I was able to not need some over time which was great), 14 visits later I am still as happy as I am that first visit. Every visit to the office is dare I say fun. Everyone at the office works together to take care of you so that you have the best experience. I had some complications from the teeth being pulled that required lots of coordination and the front office stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of so that I could focus on what I needed to. Also Dr. Holz and the different assistants explain every step of the way what they are doing so that I never have to wonder what that weird sound is in my mouth. Also, Dr. Holz is the best at numbing I have ever experienced. The experience is top notch while you are in the chair is also top notch. The massage chairs and televisions with Netflix and disney+ are a wonderful added bonus that help distract you when you have longer treatments. I could continue to go on and on with how much this location has changed my life but I will leave you with this, 1.5 later I've finally moved out of the first phase of treatment and get to begin on the optional parts of my treatment, and I have never enjoyed my smile more. I had paperwork to fill out. I the office provided complimentary drinks in the lobby. After my paperwork work was completed I was able to go to the back to get a full scan of my mouth. It was in 3D with color. I was a bit skeptical because of my experience at sage dental but they said not to worry. After going over some of my goals for my smile I felt so relaxed. The dentist understood everything and answered all of my questions. After that I got to relax and watch my show on Netflix because they had TVs mounted on the ceiling while you get your cleaning done. Now the cleaning was such a peaceful moment. She cleaned my teeth with so much care. There were three flavors of toothpaste for the cleaning. I got to try the cinnamon and one other. I really enjoyed the cinnamon but decided to stick with the other that I cannot recall. I even got walked out and was gifted a tumbler too. I absolutely love my new dental office.
