Let me just start with this, I hate dealerships!! After i spoke with Marcus over the phone and got the numbers, I called my local dealership (I was rushed to get my sister a car over Thanksgiving break) and they said they can price match any deal, well they were wrong. My wife was in the market to purchase a new Lexus. After visiting various dealerships we were not satisfied with the quotes that we were receiving. The reason I am writing is that I feel other people should know. I just recently became a single mother of 2. My husband walked out on us, and he just took the car that I bought. So, for 2 weeks we tried this and that way how to get me some great deal with my horrible credit score and we have in the family another car.. Well, anyway, long story short - I got a BRAND NEW CAR 2017 lease for a very low monthly payment and NO downpayment. and this brand new smelling gorgeous Chevy Cruze was delivered to my front door! I still cant believe I HAVE a car! I think i've never been this happy to have a car! And its a miracle that I got such low payment, bcos our other car Toyota Corolla 2017 Lease we pay almost $400 + insurance - and that was with almost 700 score! Of course, you can see how we got ripped off by Culver City Toyota dealer! Plus, Markus he even waved the broker fee knowing how financially im tight at this point, though in my experience i know they never do that, in fact this Cost-U-Less insurance charged me like $300 broker or agent fee - and she never even told me that I will be charged this horrendous fee!!! Only after i got the paper bill - i saw this fee and was just horrified!! I felt so angry and so cheated! I know that from now on, i will never go to those car dealers, I know NOW that they always ripped us off by sooooooo much! I will just go to Markus again, and once i build up my credit I know that he will get me the best deal out there. Plus, I didn't even LEAVE MY HOME! He did everything!
