My parked car was involved in a hit and run which was considered a total loss. I wasn't ready to buy a car but I had to due to my busy schedule with work and kids. Jeff made my car buying experience smooth and easy. I was in the market for a used Audi A4 and the one I originally wanted sold with the quickness! Manual A4's are super hard to find. There was only one in Southern California from what I remember. I checked autotrader myself before I contacted Jeff. We both found one at Pacific Audi in Torrance and he had the car held at the dealer for the day for me so no one would swoop it up before I got there.
