Oh boy. Where do i begin?? Rami is seriously like a car Angel sent from Heaven. Hahahahahhah i wish i were exaggeratting, but the pure exhaustion and frustration with dealing with 3 different dealerships (in person) and 10s of dealership inquiries online was reaching my maximum brain capacity. Dont even get me started on the audactiy of the dealerships i have dealt with in the last two weeks. After this i will be heading over to write a VERY detailed yelp review of Freeway Honda (#*@$!*^#@), so feel free to read that if you dont think these 5 star reviews are real. Without going into specifics, i had a bunch of factors to deal with: a problem trade-in car, a hard to find car, and financing. Three opportunites other salesman tried to take advantage of me, again check my Freeway Honda review if you wish to know the juicy details. My bad experience there is just a drop in the bucket to all their bad reviews.... Rami was fast, direct, concise, and responsive. Fast: my whole deal took about 5 days. I called him on a Wed, signed the papers on that Sunday!! Direct: no trying to sell me on opitions, other cars i dont want, or extended warranty BS. He also gave me some advice specific to my car buying situation which i appreciated and followed his advice. Concise: i dont have a lot of time to be talking on the phone or chit chatting about life, Rami gave me all the details i needed quickly and efficiently Responsive: he got back to me VERY quickly whether through text, email, or phone calls. This is what car buying or leasing experience should be - through Rami. I would describe him and his service as Amazon Prime for cars. I contacted him through email on Monday, letting him know exactly what I want, the same day he called me and invited me to his office for a meeting. By Wednesday afternoon, the car was delivered. Within 2 days of initial contact, the car that I want, with the specific accessories, is in my garage. Rami is incredible to work with, prompt and professional. His contacts, connections and sources of car dealerships are insane. He had to make a few calls to pull a miracle to get the car I wanted within 2 days. He's a busy guy and has many customers, but I always feel that I'm on the top of his priority list. The best part of getting a car through Rami is you never ever have to step into a dealer lot and deal with the pushy car salesman for haggling and negotiation. He'll do the dirty work for you and gives you the best price possible. He'll even tell you what is your monthly nett payment with tax. 110% satisfied customer and most likely will be going back to Rami for my next car. Pro Tip: to get your car faster, tell Rami the exact specs and accessories of the car you want and he'll get it for you. Take a picture of the sticker on the car and email it to him. What a rip off! I'm starting to wonder if all these reviews are even real. But anyways, from reading these 5 star reviews, I decided to give Rami a go. I sent him an email and he didn't reply for 3-4days. So I called him and he said he was busy so he could not email me back. I told him what I wanted and gave him my trade-in info. My objective was to lower my monthly payment. He didn't call me back for another 2-3 days which started to seem unprofessional. He finally called me back and gave me numbers for the car. The car's monthly payment was HIGHER than what I was already paying for, but the car's price was cheaper than my car. I did have negative equity on the trade-in, but this number was ridiculously high. And he was suggesting that I had to put money down when I told him I did not want to. So I told him I would get back to him. I did some research on my own and I ended up going to the dealerships and getting a car with NO DOWN and for nearly ~$200 cheaper than what Rami quoted me (the car I got a deal on was a much more expensive car than what Rami gave me, which makes everything that much more suspicious). I would not recommend this service. Any broker services are kind of shady overall. But especially this one. Not only was I able to get a way better deal than Rami, but I also got more value for my trade-in and a way better car as well. This service does not live up to the 5 star yelp reviews. read more

I first dealt wit Rami almost 2 years ago when looking to lease a 2014 Toyota Tacoma. I went to 3 different dealerships throughout the los agneles area and everyone quoted me 2-3k down with a payment of over 515 a month. 4 emails and a phone call with Rami landed me into exactly what I wanted with 800 out of my pocket and a payment of 430 a month including LA taxes. Best part? He had the truck flatbed'd to my home and signing the paperwork took less than 30 min. You try walking into a dealership and getting that prompt of delivery of any vehicle. It will never happen. I have since purchased my daughters 2015 Toyota Prius and my wifes new accord. I had to test drive her accord and just to let you know how much better he beat the dealer (that we purchased her original car from) was a payment difference of 125 a month. Bottom line is this. Dude is a one man operation so yeah, it can take time for him to get back to you however, You need to calm your asses down and take into consideration that he has to wait to hear back from the people he deals with to get numbers, let alone find the car you are looking for. My advice is find out exactly what you want and let him work his magic. I have never had to wait more than a day or two to hear back from him but I will leave it at this. I would rather practice some patience and get into a brand new car under 30 minutes instead if dealing with some fly by night salesman who knows less about the product he/she is selling you than you do on top of waiting for lazy ass finance managers to come back to you after 6 times to get you numbers you deserve using terrible sales tactics that remind you of a scene in boiler room.. I will buy every car from here on out through this guy even if it takes him a week to get back to me. read more

For a couple of months, we have been searching for a 2016/2017 Silverado Midnight Edition truck for our company. We visited and searched numerous Chevy dealers, and were promised many results. To date: No results from any of the Chevy Dealers. I'd like to begin with a funny TV commercial. The commercial was simply stating, "Why would you ever engage an Auto Broker?" Within 2-days Rami secured the truck we wanted, and on the third day he handled all of the Commercial Financing, and on the fourth day delivered the truck to our office. I'd actually give this broker & experience 10 stars if I could. I can't understand why everyone doesn't purchase their cars like this! Let me start off by saying that I was a auto finance underwriter for several lenders in the South OC area for 8 years so I had several hook ups at dealerships & never bought my cars on the lot. I always went Fleet or through the F&I person. I could typically get a car $250-$500 below invoice which was good enough for me back in those days. I switched careers & after several years lost track with all my car purchasing contacts so when it came to buying & had to do the haggle thing again & I hated it. I knew where I should be in a deal & how much I should pay & although I would get there it wasn't without major headache & haggling back & forth. Then a friend of a friend turned me onto Fleet Direct in Irvine. I talked to a guy named Rami who was super cool & very patient & knew his trade very well. We talked & although we weren't ready at the time because our current lease did not allow early lease returns prior to 60 days before end of the contract he always kept in contact & always remembered my scenario. So 3 months once we were ready to drop off the old car he had located the exact car, color & options we wanted & had it delivered to his shop a day before we were to receive the car. Not only that he delivered the car to OUR HOUSE with all the dealership paperwork. The paperwork took all but 20 minutes instead of the typical hour & he went over all the little gadgets within the car (which he didn't have to do) but that shows how much of a professional he is. My only advise is no what you want. Don't contact if you're not truly ready to purchase or lease a car. His establishment is not for someone who doesn't even know what type of vehicle they want. Do all your leg work & grunt work with the dealerships & waste their time first. Then after you know exactly what you want then call Fleet Direct & I'm sure you'll have an awesome experience. Rami is a great guy and provided best quote in 15 mins of me calling. I needed the car in a few hours(randomly decided on birthday gift for wife same day) so ended up walking to dealership however if I myself would have planned this atleast a day before , I would have used Rami's quote only. Just to give you an idea , I called him and 10 minutes later he called back with the best quote , while the other brokers(including the one I used for my last car purchase) have not responded until the next day. Back in 2000 and 2001 we bought cars through a broker and the process really worked well for us, so now that we coming up on 15 years with my wife's Toyota Sienna (155,000 miles) we figured we'd replace it through a broker. Rami got us exactly what my wife wanted - color, features, everything. We are USAA members and USAA has an auto buying service and the price Rami got was actually slightly better with the add-on (roof rack, rear bumper protector, etc.) our new Highlander has. But most importantly, Rami got me a terrifically competitive price on Toyota's 8 year, 125K miles extended warranty. That was what really made his price competitive. I noticed the 1-star reviews here both mentioned they did not call back. Rami did call me back, but it was a couple days after I put in to their website what we wanted. They're probably quite busy, but this is one area - customer communications - they may be able to improve on. But because I had used brokers before, as long as the price was good compared to USAA's buying service, I knew I wanted to go this route. They did a great job, we got exactly what we wanted at a competitive price (especially for a high demand model like the Highlander) and the dealer in El Monte, CA delivered the car to our house.
