The new location at Temecula was ok. First time we went the amount of food was good. The second time we ordered the large portions of chicken karaage and the gave us little amount. Service as usual, they take your order and serve the food when it supposed to be ready. Then left us chasing to get some forks and napkins and refill. The spot is cute and like the decoration. My family does like their bowls, especially the curry. I have it 2 stars because lack of customer service and they down size the portions of the food to the wrong amount. read more

Wow! This is the best ramen in Temecula / Murrieta! The Blaze with Pork Ramen was very flavorful & the pork was tender. The broth was so good, I would drink that by itslef. The Crispy Chicken Karaage was delicious and crunchy. Their Shrimp Tempora sushi roll was very good too. read more

Taste just like the one that my wife and I had in Long Beach!! Very creamy broth and still have the option for thin noodles!! The chasu (pork) still has that BBQ taste! First time visiting this restaurant. Good food but service is terrible. Josryn my waitress is a terrible waitress. Waited a long time before she took my order. Then doesn't come back to see if food or everything is alright. Doesn't refill water. Shes Asian but seems to ignore Asian customers. She's quick to tend to white customers. We went on a rainy Friday and it was pretty busy. We waited about 40 minutes to get sat. The place is very small but I love the decor and setup. The menu is very small but it makes ordering easier. The lemonade I received was wayyy to concentrated I had to water it down with my boyfriends water because it needed to be diluted. The food was pretty good and we enjoyed our dishes but they also didn't completely blow us away. I want to come back and try again with different items. The staff were all nice and were doing their jobs. Doordash seems to be a pain in the butt for them I did feel bad about that . Our serve Alyssa was a great and sweet server who made our experience exceptional. I appreciate her as she is a great sever and I am thankful she took care of us when we went. I've been waiting for this location to open after my first experience in OC. I haven't yet found a good Japanese style ramen spot in our area, so I was excited to see if this would satisfy my cravings. It didn't disappoint! The menu offered the same variety of ramen options, each with its own Silverlake twist. I had the Shoyu on Fire, and it was a bowl of spicy perfection. The broth was rich and savory, and the noodles had that tenderness and chewiness that ramen enthusiasts like me look for. The toppings were fresh, and the balance of flavors with the veggies and egg was impeccable. I can't wait to come back and try the Blaze. I had a spoonful of the broth and it was just creamy goodness. Yum! I have yet to find a place that matches this quality and heartiness. They just do it right. If you're a ramen fan or just looking for a darn good meal, this place is a must. I'm looking forward to the rain this week just so I can warm up to a bowl here! I was in the area with my family and we were craving something warm and soupy. Thank God a Silverlake Ramen opened in the area. Super friendly and attentive service. First things first, I am very happy that there is a Silverlake Ramen here in Temecula. I have almost tried every single ramen here and I have to say that it was very pleasing to my tastebuds. Came here with my sisters (+ my older sister's fiancé) for dinner. I was so excited to go, having been to the one in Huntington Beach. Chloe was our server, she was super friendly to talk to, helpful and sweet. I got the Garlic Truffle ramen with pork as the protein , which was absolutely delicious. Very creamy, rich and flavorful. (I also asked for a side of chili paste to add a little bit of spice to my liking, for just the right amount of kick). I also tasted my sisters' ramens as well and they were all very tasty. Took my daughter for the first time 8-19-24 for takeout. We ordered a blaze, classic and the garlic ramen. My daughter ordered the classic and ended up getting a blaze and no egg (she doesn't do spice), I got the blaze and my other daughter got the garlic. So my youngest, who got the wrong order is the one who has never been. Not a good experience for her. So I called and Emily who took our order remembered us and reimbursed me, but had us come in 8-20-24 to make the order right. Emily was so kind and very helpful. Oh my gosh this place is AMAZING! Ordered on DoorDash, We are usually hesitant to get soups for delivery because it often doesn't come with enough broth or it's cold. This was not that case for our order here. The broth was hot and flavor , and the perfect amount for the noodles and veg. Everything was packaged carefully and well. No spills. The Fried Gyoza is some of the best we have had. The Edamame was seasoned so well. All the extra toppings were packaged well. The Creamy Broccolini had del sauce too. 10/10! The ramen was great!
