Horrible! They give me a cleaning time frame of 2-4. I come home at 430...no one is there. I did not receive a phone to call to even advise that they were not coming. I call the company, no answer. I send an email. Immediately get a phone call to say they were short staffed and running behind. That is understandable but you certainly don't call well AFTER the two hour window to advise. The young lady (who was nice) advised they were 15 mins from my house. Fine, I still need my house cleaned. Next thing, I get a call to say there was excessive stuff on the floor (tell me something I don't know, I have small children) and they don't pick up a lot of stuff...they are a cleaning company. He also said there wasn't a lot of time. This is literally what he said. I'll be sticking with Regal maids from here on out. read more

They left the door to our home UNLOCKED. Would you trust a company that left your home and forgot to lock it? Silverline bought the Maid in Virginia cleaning service, which we used for many, many years with great success. Do not be fooled - they are nothing like Maid in Virginia and it's been a challenge to deal with them since the ownership change, but this really takes the cake. My husband and I are still going through the house to make sure nothing is missing, since anyone could have walked in and helped themselves; not to mention done worse. I switched to Silverline Maids from another company that was priced higher, and I am thrilled with the switch. It's been almost a year since the switch. A team of 3 comes bi-weekly, cleans well and quickly. They have always been here as scheduled, on time, and clean meticulously and carefully. I was shocked with another review complaining about office staff. The office is AMAZING. They call after virtually every cleaning to make sure I'm happy and ask if I have anything to note for next time. I've had to switch or add on cleanings for various reasons and they have always been accommodating. After a year of making various requests and having had the office call so many times to ensure my satisfaction, I find it extremely hard to believe they wouldn't go out of their way to help their clients. I have other friends who use their service (they actually came to me as a recommendation) - and all are thrilled. I'd recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat. The actual cleaning team is kind, nice to my dog and excellent at what they do. 5 stars. Just call them! It's made my life SO MUCH BETTER! read more

Ever since they changed management, this business has been AWFUL. Every time their is a problem, with very basic things... like dusting, bringing the garbage to the back instead of leaving it on the curb, and not leaving dirty linens laying around. The new owner is very inexperienced. He chose not to continue to provide cleaning services to me because I wasn't happy with his employees not doing their job correctly. Stay away from this company. It's all stress when a clean house should be pleasurable and stress free! read more

The cleaning staff is stellar, but the admin/leadership team is quite challenging. we were monthly customers for about a year with a decent monthly rate (although it was a bit more expensive than Lily maids, Dustbusters, etc.), We had to cancel an appt. due to a family emergency and the leadership team said they couldn't bring us back to the original monthly rate because it had been over a month. they wanted to charge us an extra $12...that's right - $12. We cancelled. If they are going to risk throwing away a long term customer for $12 - they clearly have their priorities mixed up. again - the cleanings were well done - dealing with the dispatch and leadership team - not worth the money read more

We've used Silverline Maids for about 18 months now and are pleased with the results. Rubia and crew clean the house efficiently and comprehensively - they get done in 1.5 hours what it would take me at least half a day or more to accomplish. More specifically, you'll see examples of attention to detail - vacuuming both the rise and run of stairs, cleaning the interior of the microwave, dusting the bannister/spindles, etc. The crew brings all of the cleaning supplies but will honor any special requests - i.e. hardwood floor cleaner or wood polish, so long as you provide it. The front office (Jessica) is accommodating with holidays, changes in schedule, etc. and always calls the day before an appointment to confirm. Initially, we were hesitant about employing a cleaning service - both from a cost and trust perspective - but we quickly became believers. read more

I used Silverline for a year and they started out well but the service went down hill. The house will look nice when they leave but if you are looking for a good cleaning this is not the group. They spend more time refolding your throw blankets so they look more staged than scrubbing your floors and bathrooms. I had to go elsewhere to get my bathrooms cleaned properly. read more
