And by cold, I mean uncooked hash browns, room temp. sausage. The guy cooking omelets either didn't have the right pans or didn't know how to cook them, so... scrambled eggs. The buffet setup is such that you go through the line, loading your plate and then get to to the omelet and waffle station. Then you wait in the back corner of the room for 3-4 minutes or more waiting for your order. So... your food gets colder. To get syrup or rock-hard butter, you have to cut back into the line. The syrup bottle has a stopper so it's a trickle coming out... as your waffle gets cold. Other buffet items -- chicken seemed leftover and rewarmed, coffee cake was tasteless and dry, dessert bar was rock hard and stale. Self-serve beverages -- lukewarm coffee and juice in cans. To sum it up, cold and uncooked food, no service other than a staffer clearing plates. No proper food safety measures like sneeze guards or individual silverware were present. The staff was disorganized, poorly trained and provided zero service -- not even coffee or water. This was not worth the $20 we each paid, it was more terrible than the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. We're a local group of 5 who truly wanted to support a local business, but we won't be back and can't recommend.

All meals are served here, breakfast and lunch are served from 6am till 2pm and then dinner at 4pm till closing depending on how many customers are around. I'm staying at the Holiday Inn Express just across the parking lot. The Express location gives you free breakfast, where this Holiday Inn doesn't. I decided to just walk on over for lunch, but I'll tell you what, I really wish I drove over across the parking lot, cause that is one hell of a big parking lot distance from the Express to the front doors of this hotel! I recommend driving if you're staying at the Express and want to eat here. Lunch is offered as regular entree's or a lunch buffet. I looked at the buffet and decided to just go with a Bacon Cheeseburger and fries for $14. That was one tasty burger! You get a 1/2 pound patty cooked as you like along with a generous helping of fries. What's nice is I can charge my food here to my IHG Holiday Inn credit card and get my 10X points to my rewards club. Service was good and friendly, no prob there. I would have a problem eating any meal here by the looks of things. If you are staying here at the Holiday Inn, this is a good choice for food with out having to leave the hotel.
