I should've read the reviews before coming for a car wash. I figured I go for a wash and from the looks of the place outside, it looked like a premium wash. Once you queue up in line, it's near impossible to leave. I got the managers special which included interior, exterior and rainX. I found the interior was not cleaned well at all. dust and crumbs still on the cup holders and dashboard. My kids car seats were full of water and soapy suds. I didn't realize until they complained that everything was wet. The exterior was fine for the most part but they failed to wipe the car down. It was cold that day and it froze almost immediately. I usually don't like to go to unknown car wash spots, but I was indire need of a wash due to a previous road trip. This so happens to be close to some friends that I was meeting. Thought I give them a shot. First off. Pricing was reasonable! Especially mid day, prime time for $14+ Tax. Exterior clean on a SUV. Going in without any expectations. It came out satisfactory! Car was clean from bottom to top. They wiped the inner doors and I was on my way. Compare to a lot of other spots I've been to. This wasn't half bad. This place does not deserve more than 3 stars. I regularly come here to get my car's oil changed and to get a car wash which is included in the service. I don't mind paying for the oil change since I need to do it for my car. But when I have to pay for a car wash, it upsets me due to the quality of service they give. Their basic full service wash includes outside wash and vacuum inside the car and costs $23. They charge extra if you are paying with a credit card so make sure you take cash. I recently went to get a full wash and when I got to my car, I noticed that my car was not washed properly. There was bird poop stains stuck to my car and were very visible since my car is white. The vacuum job inside the car was just average. When I addressed the issue to the men who had dried my car, they said I should have paid extra to get those stains out. That answer is unacceptable and I didn't appreciate it since the wash should have left my car completely clean. I don't expect a detailed wash but I do expect a clean car if I am paying $24 wash. I will be taking my money to other local car washes that are less expensive and do a better job. read more

This review is specifically for the inspection portion. We took our car here to get inspected for our annual renewal. The man directing cars to the service center informed us that we needed to remove the tint (which has never been an issue, we've been coming here for two years). So we paid to have them remove the tint so we can pass inspection. The man removing the tint left the glue on our windows and tint particles in the crevices of the windows. While removing the tint, he scraped my door frame and when we brought this to their attention he said he didn't do it. After arguing with them they agreed to order the part they messed up and call us to fix it. They never called us and now we're driving around with glue on our windows, scratched door frame and tint everywhere. The car wash is fine here but beware of their service department, they are shady and unethical. I would not recommend to anyone. read more

Fleece masters!!! They deserve no stars!! Took my car in for an oil change convinced me that I needed an engine flush even though my car was under 3 yrs old with less that 30k miles. Presented with some fluid that was "dirty"LIES!!!! Fast forward a week later the check engine light came on, I took it in waited a couple of hours gave it back "fixed". Two days later the light comes on again, this time they took it for a day gave it back "fixed" NOT. One day later the light comes on again. The third time around they had it for a day before they conceded that they were totally inept and took my car to the dealership for repair. I have many choices regarding where i can go to get my car serviced for an oil change. I came here because you sent me a coupon for 10% off maintenance. Your staff told me that they can't honor it for an oil change (the coupon says specifically it can be used for oil changes) and that I should be expecting a call from the manager. Still waiting for the call. My advice to you is to not try to bait customers by emailing them coupons which you intend not to honor. Aside from this gripe, I would also like to know why i agreed to an unneeded engine oil flush. Of course used oil will be dirty! Duh. I see others here got roped into doing the same unneeded engine flush as me. I needed a nice car wash place in Queens because it was time for a car wash. Being super skeptical about going to specific car washes, I felt the need to read all reviews since the last time I went to one I took a big L. Going in, I got the manager's special because it seemed like a good deal. I watched it go through the machine and saw the crew working to dry my windows etc.. Overall, I think they did a pretty good job on the exterior. I didn't see any scratches or anything major. There were slight water marks, but it wasn't a big deal to me. However, when I went inside my car, it seemed like they just dragged a rag and didn't even try to wipe down the interior. I saw a lot of dust on my NAV screen and the interior was slightly vacuumed. I am writing this review however, because in the manager's special there was supposed to be RainX as part of the package. I wanted to ask if they could clean my seat since there was a slight grease stain on one of them, but for some reason I kept getting vague answers and it felt difficult to communicate with the worker. I also asked him to vacuum the floor. The car wash itself was fine - could probably have been better but it wasn't bad - but they did a terrible job of vacuuming and the inside wasn't as clean as I would have liked. They also washed my floor mats but when I looked inside the car afterward there was still some stuff on it. Overall they charged me more than I would have liked and did a pretty poor job. We have coffee stains on the side of our car which have been bothering us for some time now. The place we usually go to has been closed and we've been trying to find another place to wash our car. We drove by here and saw that it was opened. We did check around to see if there is another place but didn't see any others that are opened. We finally decided to just try this place. They seem to have a lot of offers and different types of car washes. We opted for the silver package at 20.99 (they charge taxes so it came out to be around $23 and change). So it starts with 2 people cleaning the inside of the car. They vacuum and clean your car mat. They do vacuum the truck even tho it was just a brief round with the vacuum. Then they spray the car and it goes though the machine. Like all the other places you can see you car go though behind the glass window on your way to the cashier. Once you pay you exit though the door and 4 people comes and wipe down the car and clean the tires. 1 person cleans inside the car windows. So here comes the inspection after we get our car back. You really can't tell how clean the car is until you look at it yourself. So first thing I look is the side of the car and the coffee stains were still there. It is a lighter color but it's still there and the worst part is that it's in batches now. They did not rinse down the mat only patted it which I could've done myself. They didn't wipe down the dashboard at all cause all the dust was still there. The guy who was cleaning the windows inside blasted our radio..... the car was also not very dry so as we drove off water was just running down the side like it was raining. Also we had the Tri color soap but it was really one color (white) So overall we were disappointed and dissatisfied with the wash. We will mostly not come back. Not customer-driven - Had the membership for a while (3+ years). I set up autopay and never stopped paying monthly even during Covid when I didn't go often or at all (option was available to "hold off" for a few months during the early stages of Covid but I'm a supporter of local run business so I decided to continue to pay the monthly). Today they just checked my account because I needed to update my credit card and discovered that I wasn't charged the correct pricing since the beginning (which I've never had any other vehicle - this I will need to investigate I'm sure I was charged correctly) so they said it was a mistake on their end but unable to honor the grandfathered pricing because they had an increase in March 2021. So they said I'll have to pay the new pricing under the SUV addon and I'll end up paying a big difference. Even though they "understood" my situation and their error they weren't able to help me in anyway. If they care more about making money then keeping good standing customers then it's not a business I'd like to support. I'd rather take my business elsewhere. read more

I have hesitated to go to a commercial car wash because I'm concerned about possible damage to the sensors but Silverpoint installed new equipment and I noticed at least 5 luxury cars lined up for service. Only saw this place because of the Groupon deal. Came in for the AC recharge with leak test as my AC started losing some power in recent months. Talked to Manny, very polite and professional and actually said he thought the AC recharge may not 100% solve all the issues especially if half the vents were blowing cold and he didn't want to take my money unnecessarily. I appreciated the honesty and told him to go ahead anyway as it's the summer and I need cold air! Hour and change later, they called saying the car was done and they spotted the previous mechanic who changed my oil forgot to reset the light. On top of that, a free car wash was given. Went there like a year ago for oil change with no issues. Went recently and the oil change plus a couple of extras I saw out of corner of my eye was X price. Once it was done and time to pay I told the cashier it should be around x plus tax it was actually x plus 25 plus tax... when asked where this 25 came from it was never added on (he didn't notice I saw the computer with the charges before he added an extra 25). Hmmmm... what a shame this place lost my family's and friends business... if you have to go here take watch how they just make up prices and add prices also take a picture of the charges on the computer so that you have proof before they upcharge you on the way to the cashier.... The car outside gets cleaned however if you opt for inside detailing its hit or miss. Also those towels they use...they use for all cars and all over the car. Therefore, you aren't truly getting a clean car. If your in a time crunch I guess its fine. read more

I was here in the winter when I needed a simple cleaning and this place did a GREAT job on my car! I am very very very bad about getting my car cleaned and came in with a lot of caked on dirt and dirty floor mats. They made it look brand new again, all the salt and sand gone! While I waited I noticed the owner was walking around talking to the customers, drying cars, making sure they were done well. It was nice to see the owner being so involved and concerned about his business. I took my car back this weekend for a detail and they again did an amazing job. I had a small scratch that was buffed out and all of the interior dirt was removed from seats and floors. This will be my new Go-To spot! read more
