I usually don't like to go to unknown car wash spots, but I was indire need of a wash due to a previous road trip. This so happens to be close to some friends that I was meeting. Thought I give them a shot. First off. Pricing was reasonable! Especially mid day, prime time for $14+ Tax. Exterior clean on a SUV. Going in without any expectations. It came out satisfactory! Car was clean from bottom to top. They wiped the inner doors and I was on my way. Compare to a lot of other spots I've been to. This wasn't half bad. Next time around I might want to try to do the interiors as well.

Terrible car wash! Don't go! Just wasted my $35.92 and that's not including tips yet! I got the gold wash and the pictures below are what I got!

This place does not deserve more than 3 stars. I regularly come here to get my car's oil changed and to get a car wash which is included in the service. I don't mind paying for the oil change since I need to do it for my car. But when I have to pay for a car wash, it upsets me due to the quality of service they give. Their basic full service wash includes outside wash and vacuum inside the car and costs $23. They charge extra if you are paying with a credit card so make sure you take cash. I recently went to get a full wash and when I got to my car, I noticed that my car was not washed properly. There was bird poop stains stuck to my car and were very visible since my car is white. The vacuum job inside the car was just average. When I addressed the issue to the men who had dried my car, they said I should have paid extra to get those stains out. That answer is unacceptable and I didn't appreciate it since the wash should have left my car completely clean. I don't expect a detailed wash but I do expect a clean car if I am paying $24 wash. I will be taking my money to other local car washes that are less expensive and do a better job.

Fleece masters!!! They deserve no stars!! Took my car in for an oil change convinced me that I needed an engine flush even though my car was under 3 yrs old with less that 30k miles. Presented with some fluid that was "dirty"LIES!!!! Fast forward a week later the check engine light came on, I took it in waited a couple of hours gave it back "fixed". Two days later the light comes on again, this time they took it for a day gave it back "fixed" NOT. One day later the light comes on again. The third time around they had it for a day before they conceded that they were totally inept and took my car to the dealership for repair. The catalytic converter had to be replaced which I had to insist that they cover the cost. Do not have this establishment do any repairs on your car. They need to stick to wash and wax

My car needed an oil change and Silverpoint got the job done in under 30 minutes. You have to wait your turn next to your car outside the garage. There are two garage doors for car maintenance and one entrance to the car wash. Regular car washes range from $20 to $40. If you do an oil change, you get a free car wash. The oil change is $41.99 to $65 (synthetic oil) plus tax, which is still cheaper than other places around the Whitestone area charging $85. You must arrive before 5:30 pm to do an oil change.

I needed a nice car wash place in Queens because it was time for a car wash. Being super skeptical about going to specific car washes, I felt the need to read all reviews since the last time I went to one I took a big L. Going in, I got the manager's special because it seemed like a good deal. I watched it go through the machine and saw the crew working to dry my windows etc.. Overall, I think they did a pretty good job on the exterior. I didn't see any scratches or anything major. There were slight water marks, but it wasn't a big deal to me. However, when I went inside my car, it seemed like they just dragged a rag and didn't even try to wipe down the interior. I saw a lot of dust on my NAV screen and the interior was slightly vacuumed. I am writing this review however, because in the manager's special there was supposed to be RainX as part of the package. But the next day it was raining and my car was not RainX-Ed and that was something I wanted.

Stay Away!!! Absolute worst! They damaged my car when I took it in for a car wash and refused to fix the damages. Shady and rude staff.

They are supposed to be very good but they are much more expensive than the other car washes in the area who do a fantastic job.

I must note that 2 years ago, I drove into a station because of their huge signage offering an AC recharge for $49.

(they wanted to charge $60 for a gasket, Rofl. Found the same one on ebay for $2). Same thing for an iac valve that i didn't even need (I'll go into detail shortly). The valve is $80 they said it was a $400 part because "no one had it"... first link on Google was 80 bucks free shipping. They will try to take you for everything they can. I brought my car for 1 oil change and suddenly I began having idle issues and throwing a check engine light after getting my car back from them. I go back and ask what they think the problem is. This is where they tell me I need a new iac valve that will cost 700 dollars including labor. With my bullshit detector ringing loud in the back of my head I ask how much the part is, that's where they tell me 400 bucks. After checking the actual price of the part ($80) I put 2 and 2 together and got the hell out of there. After WEEKS of trouble shooting my vehicle doing everything from checking & cleaning valves, throttle bodies, checking for faults in the wiring and nearly resetting my ecu, I discover a tiny little valve that seems to be missing a little rubber cap. Those ******* bastards removed the cap to create a small and inconspicuous vacuum leak that would force the cars computer to throw that code. They were going to pocket the entire 700 without even buying or replacing the part by putting the rubber cap back on. I bought a pack of the caps I needed for 25 cents, put it on, and the car has been running mint for months now. I'm so sick that this scum is allowed to have a 'business' in my town.

Only then did he offer to patch it. I left. He charged me $11 to tell me what I already knew and fixed nothing. All he did was take the tire off and put water on it. I ended up at the nor cross station on Francis Lewis. They had tires in stock. My tire was leaking in multiple places.

I prefer to clean my interiors myself including vacuuming. I come here since it's the closest car wash near me and it does the job mostly. The car gets hosed by high pressure hoses first then it just goes through the auto wash. After it comes out, it gets driven to the curb where 2-3 men quickly wipes it. I always still see dirty spots afterwards though. I treat this spot as a pre wash as I always need to finish cleaning it afterwards. Payment: they give you a paper ticket then you go inside to the cashier to pay. They are typically distracted by their phones or chatting with a coworker. It would be nice if there's ever an option of washing the car yourself with a high pressure hose and suds available at these places, I went to one in another country which I felt was genius!

I have been a loyal customer of Sparkle Car Wash for many years and have always valued the service, which makes the recent experience particularly concerning. When I approached the counter to make my payment, I greeted the cashier (Employee #616, morning shift). she was completely engrossed in her personal phone and did not acknowledge my greeting, make eye contact, or offer any form of welcome. her dismissive attitude was both rude and unwelcoming. as a frequent customer, in believe that a fundamental part of customer service is making clients feel valued and respected. this interaction was the opposite of that standard.
