I don't think this place is open anymore. I have gone here twice around noon to get lunch and it was closed. The lady that is there probably is not serious about her business. I have been in it a while back it had christmas decorations which is quite strange. Also if she wants to do a business I suggest to her to do a style like chipotle, niki's indian food that is in the area, give them a visit for running a business with customers. Seems like she doesnt really have alot of people in her restaurant so she doesnt care much. She should change her style from sit down to grab and go so she can actually make money. Its dissaspointing to see people not invest in their food business considering it can do well. Also note that they open at 12pm? That is pretty late for any food business. 11 1130am is better if she doesnt want to wake up early. I hope they fix their set up or let there be a sign that states out of business. Really bad experience, May be the worst by now in Orange county. The lady (seemed like an owner) has no service etiquettes what so ever. Food was way below average, one dish had no salt and others were very salty, everything was cold even after waiting for half an hour. The price in the menu was different than what we were charged for. Table for 4 people, the check already included 15% service tax. We were given 4 napkins (she literally counted 4 and gave them to us). 0 on service, felt like she is doing a favor on us. One of the Uber delivery persons was actually requesting her to put some napkins for their customer, and she responded saying how many napkins do you need? Also when he said its about your reputation, the response from her was "You dont worry about my reputation". Will never think about it nor recommend to anyone. Also, not to forget this restaurant is very very expensive for the food that is so low in quality. read more

I found this place on Yelp while looking for a place to eat that's open later on a Saturday night. My girlfriend and I ordered the wraps and garlic naan which were both amazing. This place is a great gem. It's a little hard to find with the GPS but once you're there, it's all worth it. Their chicken tikka paratha rolls are really good. My husband and I love their Lahori chicken chargha which could be a tad bit on the spicy end but that's really how it's supposed to be anyway. Their Haleem was good..a little expensive though. Their menus have not been updated yet and still reflect old prices which can be a little misleading at times especially when the check comes out to be $10 more than you expected. Usually there is a long wait for the food owing to the fact that the place is family owned and very short staffed. It can be a little bit of a pain to have to wait indefinitely for the food to arrive but the owner Ruby is very kind to bring in complimentary samosas to enjoy while waiting. These samosas and the mint chutney with them are delicious! Highly recommend this place to Indian/Pakistani food lovers! Wish they would do something about the wait time though :-( read more

The food was great. I really enjoyed the chicken tikka wrap. We also got complimentary samosas that were amazing. However, we were there for lunch, and as the restaurant slowly filled up to maximum capacity it became painfully obvious they were short-staffed: there was only one person waiting tables, clearing tables, and bringing food to tables. We waited a long time for everything, as did everyone else. Great food (I'll definitely be back) but needs more employees. read more

Had the chicken patties, beef samosas, lamb Silverspoon wrap, chicken Silverspoon, garlic naan, and house chicken curry. All were excellent. The lamb Silverspoon, though, is in a class by itself. This is by far the best restaurant I have ever eaten at in SoCal. I am traveling from the bay area and decided to try this place out upon a friends suggestion. I got the lamb wrap (they use paratha instead of a regular wrap and it is the best decision they could've made) They also accomodated my vegan friend and made him a wrap that wasnt on the menu and the Caucasian waiter and the atmosphere were perfect. The WORSE Service.. EVER!!! We walked in sat at the table and this lady (clearly the owner)was talking away in the kitchen,,, it took her about 10 mins to acknowledge us .Finally came over to us ... and noticed how patronizing she was, with her "My Dear" every 5 secs. In the middle of taking our order she walked off to the kitchen, came back and said "what would you like to order MY Dear". The place is decorated with all Xmas attire =and its end of Jan, looks like the decorations wont be coming down!!! My curry was very spicy, like very spiccy.. I told her her curry was good but spicy, She Said" That`s how we make it here, it must be you , you are not use to Spicy Food". Her Sauces are 1 table spoon full in a cup, which she doesn`t replace. She doesn`t check if you need water. She bought the bill before even asking if we needed anything else, and was shocked when I said my daughter wants desert. She goes "I`ve bought the bill already"..... There are about 8 deserts in the menu out of which she only carries 1.. very deceptive. When we ordered the desert she said 2 were in stock , charges 2 deserts to my card , then comes back and says we only have one of the deserts.... and brings 2 of the same deserts out. She is a horrible , rude , arrogant woman..... very patronizing. The Silver Spoon is the real deal - Ruby is probably the friendliest restaurant owner I've ever met and her husband is a very talented chef. Their specialty wraps bring something unique, like a green onion pancake (if you order the paratha) with a choice of meat and a tasty yoghurt dipping sauce. I chose goat which came Turkish kofte-style and in great quantity - not for those with a slim appetite or fussy about grease, it was the perfect late night snack! On another occasion I went for a traditional curry/rice/naan meal - I had a house special served with tender bone-in lamb served in a rich garlicky dark gravy. Being not too familiar with Indian food, my girlfriend ordered the classic chicken tikka masala as a starting point. She found it a little spicy but that is exactly how it should be - bold and flavorful and something she can grow to like, rather than watered down. Décor is classy and the location is nice if a little hard to find - it's tucked right at the back of a very quiet shopping square, not visible from the road and there isn't even a sign. I'm sure they will work on that but hopefully the Yelp buzz will bring them a lot of customers, because that's how I found it and I'm so glad I did. read more

THIS IS THE CUTEST PLACE WITH THE SWEETEST SERVICE AND THE MOST DELICIOUS FOOD. My boyfriend and I came in on a Friday afternoon and there were only about 3 other people there so that was a lil sad. We were immediately welcomed by the hostess/waitress/owner?/nicest woman that I've ever met. We heard a lot about their wraps so we ordered one lamb and one beef (the woman said the beef was her absolute favorite). The other customers were extremely friendly and told us that the food is always so amazing. Also, let me just highlight the sweetness and happiness that the hostess lady just radiated. I want her to be my second mom. Anyways the food was absolutely fantastic, with the buttery, flaky bread and the sauce on it was just hnfjdkns;sf i want more. She saw how much we were enjoying it and then encouraged us to try the food at the buffet as well...like that was so nice, she did not have to do that. However, I just looked at the buffet because half of the lamb one was enough for me while my bf was completely filled after a whole beef one and half of my lamb. We told her that we loved it and that we would write an amazing review due to the food and service and she jus beamed. We will definitely be coming back. read more

I was so overjoyed in April when I found out that Silverspoon had reopened in Tustin!!! Last Dec, I saw that the Irvine Halal Market had closed and I was so disappointed as they had the absolutely best Pakistani Buffet I had ever had! Well today I brought 4 co-workers with me and we had a wonderfully amazing lunch! They had lamb kabob, lamb, chicken and vegetable biriyani's, aloo palak, dal, the best beef samosas, chicken tikka and chicken tikka masala, naan, kheer for dessert, etc, etc, etc!!!!!!! It was very nice to see Ruby (Nighat) again. She is very kind and we had a great conversation as she was telling me about the way that they prepared their food as opposed to other Indian/Pakistani restaurants which are mostly substandard as to the quality of their ingredients. The $12.99 for the buffet is an incredible deal as I would be happy pay a lot more for the type of quality food they serve here. The service is outstanding as they really care to please their customers and do the best they can to make that happen. I look forward to my next visit here very very soon!
