So clean, so well thought out, so adorably pink. There is no question about safety and cleanliness- A1, no concerns (and this is coming from a former cancer patient). My brows came out perfectly. The color, the shape, the experience, all exceeded my expectations. Bianca is the consummate professional. She is a true artist and can take a face with practically no brows and make them look natural, beautiful, better than the original! She makes your comfort a priority and checks in with you throughout the process. She provides beverages, snacks, whatever she can to make it special. For the first time in a couple of years, I was proud of my brows! As my brow experience was fantastic, I then booked a lip blushing experience with Bianca. BEST DECISION EVER! My lips are spot on! They really are "blushed"! They look like my lips did when i was a kiddo- same natural color. If i want to add some shine, i add a little clear lip gloss and that's it! Most days, especially now that we're all wearing masks, i don't put anything on. BUT, I can take off my mask and my lips look wonderful. I am obsessed! Lastly, they've added lashes to their services. Eyebrows have been hit or miss...each time I've been, there has been a different brow tech. Still much better than many other places I've tried. They honor appointments! This nail shop is where I go when the others are super busy. it's my last resort, because you can walk in and get seated quickly because they rarely have customers. but once you're seated, you'll be waiting well over an hour for them to get started even with them only having 1 other customer. usually only get a pedicure, because I they cannot do nails. they seem to force you to wear false nails. every single time they've done my nails, I've had to stop them from trying to clip my nails as if they don't understand what a manicure is. once before, they clipped one of them down and when I ya led my hand back, they apologized and said they thought I wanted tips. if you turn your head from them, you'll end up with something completely opposite to what you asked for. not sure how this nail shop is still operating. the few times I've went I've been disappointed. I usually tip very well, but because the nail tech was so horrible, I didn't tip anything because I do not plan on returning ever again. I went in for a manicure and a pedicure. ended up leaving with a no manicure, a thick overlay and paid $120. because they're English isn't so good, and they don't seem to comprehend well.
