I would like to share my recent experience i had with Dr. Bui and the rest of the staff at Tenggren Dental. I was referred to Tenggren Dental by my wife. She has been a patient of theirs' for years. At my first appointment the front desk was very informative and attentive to my needs. I waited for about 5 minutes from the time i walked in the door to the time they called me in. The dentist's assistants were very knowledgeable with any additional questions I had. Additionally, Dr. Bui introduced himself from day one and was there for the rest of my appointments. The work that i had done was deep cleaning; replacement of metal fillings to ceramic; cavities; and a crown. I am very pleased with the work they did on me. During all my appointments Dr. Bui and the staff were friendly; aware of my need; and efficient. All my appointments were about an hour long which is nothing compared to the two hours i had to wait with other dentist. I am very pleased with the way i was treated during the entire process. For certain circumstances i was on a very limited time window to get this done since i was moving to Arizona by the end of the month. I am very thankful that they were able to find time to squeeze me in and expedite the process so i had all my work taken care of by then. Over all i am very satisfied with my experience and Tenggren Dental. Dr. Bui and the rest of the staff are truly capable of delivering top tier quality treatment to their patients. I'm so happy that my family switched to Dr. Tenggren. He's fairly priced and very trust worthy, but besides the money part, his/his staff's work is excellent. The front desk ladies go above and beyond to help us in any way they can. The hygienist is very knowledgable and super friendly. I hardly feel my cleanings now. My husband has had nothing but bad experiences with dental work so he was skeptical when I told him how wonderful this office is. He was immediately won over and is now comfortable having his teeth worked on. Our eight-year-old daughter used to be nervous, but now actually looks forward to getting her check ups. I just got out of Tenggren dental and my mouth is still numb but good numb now that mouth is feeling fresh and cleaner than ever before! Why did I wait so long to get it cleaned? My kids been going to Tenggren for a while and being a busy dad with 3 kids makes it tough. I had an amazing experience with Johanna whom I thought was just so great at what she did. She was gentle yet through on getting my teeth cleaned. I don't like going to the dentist but I will say that I will make this place an exception since they treat my kids well and now me too. Give them a try if you're on the fence about a place to have your teeth looked at. Johanna was super nice and I asked if I was "dateable" now. I have been going to Dr. Tenggren for years along with my Husband, my stepdaughter and my son. I have always been so grateful for the service that we have received at this office. I never feel nervous about going to the dentist and I actually love visiting everyone in the office especially my hygienist, Jo. She is wonderful and will leave no tooth uncleaned. Very thorough. Kelly and all the girls on the front desk are wonderful and of course Dr. Tenggren and Dr. Bui are great. I am so glad that I found their office 11 years ago when we first moved to Simi Valley, I will be a patient as long as they keep their doors open. I've been coming to Dr. Tenggren's office for many years. The staff are sensitive to anxiety and patient when explaining the work that will be performed. Every dental hygienist and doctor I've seen has been knowledgeable and personable. The pleasant office staff are sympathetic to any emergency dental situation and will help you with flexible appointments late into evenings and even Saturdays. There is almost never a wait to be seen for your appointment. The newer facility is beautiful and inviting with ample magazines and water bottles in the lobby, comfortable exam chairs, a gorgeous bathroom and every room is very clean. I had some pretty extensive gold work done a little over thirty years ago and every Dentist I've seen since that time has remarked on the quality of the work. I have been seeing Dr. Tenggren for a few years and I believe the care and work he and his staff provide is as professional and of as high a quality as I received all those years ago.
