I was told they did, so I made the appointment expecting routine preventive care to be covered. Several months later, I received a bill for $77.45. When I called to ask why, I was simply told that my insurance covered only 50% of the cost. No one mentioned that the office was actually out of network with TRICARE. After contacting TRICARE directly, I learned that the reduced coverage was because the office was out of network. Only after I called the office a second time and specifically asked about it did a staff member finally confirm that they were not an in-network provider. I paid the bill and am not upset about the $77.45 itself. What disappointed me was the lack of transparency. I specifically asked about insurance before scheduling because I wanted to avoid unexpected costs. Had I been told the office was out of network, I would have chosen an in-network dentist. I also emailed the office to share my concerns and give them an opportunity to address the issue before posting a public review, but I never received a response. If you have dental insurance, I recommend confirming not only that they "accept" your insurance, but also whether they are actually in network, as those are not the same thing.

In the last few years, Doctor Weitzbach's annual skin cancer checks have found 2 cancers (one requiring radiation and one Mohs surgery) and numerous pre-cancers requiring freezing. The two most serious cancers were caught so early that second opinions from plastic surgeons verified Dr. Weitzbach's early detection saved us from potentially disfiguring surgery that would have been required if the tumors had been allowed to grow. His and his team's treatment of our children has been equally exceptional. Whether treating severe adolescent acne with Accutane, strategies for Psoriasis or simple acne facials, we could not have asked for more or better treatment. Did I mention that they have a pharmacy on the premises so you don't have to go running to the drugstore after your doctors visit? Convenience and competence... I would like to share my recent experience i had with Dr. Bui and the rest of the staff at Tenggren Dental. I was referred to Tenggren Dental by my wife. She has been a patient of theirs' for years. At my first appointment the front desk was very informative and attentive to my needs. I waited for about 5 minutes from the time i walked in the door to the time they called me in. The dentist's assistants were very knowledgeable with any additional questions I had. Additionally, Dr. Bui introduced himself from day one and was there for the rest of my appointments. The work that i had done was deep cleaning; replacement of metal fillings to ceramic; cavities; and a crown. I am very pleased with the work they did on me. During all my appointments Dr. Bui and the staff were friendly; aware of my need; and efficient. All my appointments were about an hour long which is nothing compared to the two hours i had to wait with other dentist. I am very pleased with the way i was treated during the entire process. For certain circumstances i was on a very limited time window to get this done since i was moving to Arizona by the end of the month. I am very thankful that they were able to find time to squeeze me in and expedite the process so i had all my work taken care of by then. Over all i am very satisfied with my experience and Tenggren Dental. Dr. Bui and the rest of the staff are truly capable of delivering top tier quality treatment to their patients. The front desk ladies go above and beyond to help us in any way they can. The hygienist is very knowledgable and super friendly. I hardly feel my cleanings now. My husband has had nothing but bad experiences with dental work so he was skeptical when I told him how wonderful this office is. I just got out of Tenggren dental and my mouth is still numb but good numb now that mouth is feeling fresh and cleaner than ever before! Why did I wait so long to get it cleaned? My kids been going to Tenggren for a while and being a busy dad with 3 kids makes it tough. I had an amazing experience with Johanna whom I thought was just so great at what she did. She was gentle yet through on getting my teeth cleaned. I don't like going to the dentist but I will say that I will make this place an exception since they treat my kids well and now me too. Give them a try if you're on the fence about a place to have your teeth looked at. Johanna was super nice and I asked if I was "dateable" now. I have been going to Dr. Tenggren for years along with my Husband, my stepdaughter and my son. I have always been so grateful for the service that we have received at this office. I never feel nervous about going to the dentist and I actually love visiting everyone in the office especially my hygienist, Jo. She is wonderful and will leave no tooth uncleaned. Very thorough. I've been coming to Dr. Tenggren's office for many years. The staff are sensitive to anxiety and patient when explaining the work that will be performed. Every dental hygienist and doctor I've seen has been knowledgeable and personable. The pleasant office staff are sympathetic to any emergency dental situation and will help you with flexible appointments late into evenings and even Saturdays. There is almost never a wait to be seen for your appointment. The newer facility is beautiful and inviting with ample magazines and water bottles in the lobby, comfortable exam chairs, a gorgeous bathroom and every room is very clean. From the receptionist to my hygienist to Dr. Tenggren the entire staff is exceptional. Dr. Tenggren completed a filling for me in an expedient amount of time with a minimum amount of "filling layover" if you know what I mean. I primarily go here and have my bi-annual teeth cleaning done. Jo does it and she does a thorough, deep cleaning. I always leave feeling good about my teeth. Recently, I have noticed that Dr. Bui is performing my oral hygiene check up. He seems like a personable enough gentleman, but he has not performed any dental work on me thus far. Normally I am freaked out about going to the dentist but the spotless office environment combined with the relaxed vibe of Dr. Ju and Sol made me feel instantly relaxed and comfortable. For me that's huge. As the appointment progressed everything that was going on was explained in detail and all my questions were answered completely, professionally and with genuine care. After 20 years my current dentist has retired and I am very happy I have found my new dentist...... I highly recommend Dr. Ju and Hello Smile Dental.

Mitch is very attentive and spends time explaining everything to you. He thought that I might have sleep apnea, and I did the associated testing. Sure enough my oxygen levels were falling to dangerously low levels at night. He made a sleep guard/appliance that eliminated my snoring, reduced restless sleeping and got my oxygen levels back to normal. I definitely feel refreshed in the morning and more alert during the day.

She repeatedly said, "we'll take good care of you here." I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Setareh the same day, within minutes of me walking through the door. The wait was short lived, with only a few minutes in the waiting room before I was taken into a room to get x-rays. Kimberly was gentle and kind. She always let me know what every different technique of x-rays were for and what was next. Within minutes, I was introduced to Dr. Satareh, who I realized was my dentist, many years prior. She immediately began by explaining her findings from my x-rays and what the most important issues were and which ones to take care of first and why. Through the steps of the procedures, she always asked if I was comfortable and she asked if I was experiencing any pain. She was concerned with my comfort, always. She was gentle and thorough, explaining the procedures and what she would be doing next. I didn't catch Dr Satereh's assistant's name, but she was as professional as any other doctor. She was concerned about my comfort and took care of any problem I had right-a-way. Before I knew it, it was over. I was surprised how smoothly everything went. What is also great about this dental office is the dentists, endodontist and periodontists are all at this one location so, you don't have to travel from one place to the next for these services.

They even charged my insurance $88 for oral hygiene instructions which I 100% denied from the hygienist. She then continued to push different products so they could feel justified in adding this charge. I would have been able to afford my deep cleaning had they not been trying to pad the bill wherever possible. Woman at the front was condescending when I brought up my concerns. I would never return to this dentist. Ask what is actually needed before signing anything here!
