So you pay for the skin that they keep and resell, as well as, parts of the animal you don't actually want. I bought 60 pound goat at $4/lb, but I actually got about 50lbs of goat meat. For that reason alone, I'll never come here again. As far as the place itself, it's ok. The animals aren't kept in the most humane conditions. It was freezing in here, but I don't know how much that matters considering they were all going to be slaughtered.

I said what happened where are the owners and the man said they sold. well I ordered a roast for Thanksgiving, it was quite disappointing and then I decided to pick up some chicken cutlets, when I made them they were no longer paper thin like they have always been, they weren't perfectly clean like they use to be. he had mentioned the owner was still working part time well if he is he best teach those guys how to make Frank Sinatra style chicken cutlets, because the new owners don't have a clue and they are now $8.99 a lb. sad just sad
