Naturally, I was surprised as to how my car could be ready for pick up just a day and a half later. That trip to Precision was 3,400 (mostly labor costs) but I was hopeful the issue had been fixed, despite being confused as to how it could possibly be ready so quickly. 5 days later, the same coolant light came back on. The man that answers and works the front desk is gifted when it comes to talking in circles. He basically said "well, it's a car. Who knows why the light is back on. Bring it back." So I did. This trip was $300 for them to "fix" whatever they missed 5 days before. I was supposed to feel grateful that they didn't charge me for diagnostics on this second visit. One month later, the same light is back on. Major leak still in my coolant system. Car is undrivable. I had my car towed to bmw this morning. I should have just done that in the first place. This business isn't what it used to be and they clearly no longer have a mechanic that is familiar with bmws. After going here for 15 years, myself, family and friends that drive European cars will never return. I've contacted the BBB and my attorney in regards to getting my 3700 back.

I was driving from Merced to Las Vegas when something told me I should stop and get my oil changed. When I pulled into another shop, they told me they couldn't do the oil change because my car had an active coolant leak. As a woman traveling alone, I was honestly scared and worried that something was seriously wrong with my car. Thankfully, I found this shop. David took the time to listen to what was going on and immediately wanted to help. Even though they were busy, he understood my situation and didn't just treat me like another customer. I was getting quoted around $11k for an engine swap and he got it done for $6,500, easily the best price I found. He didn't just swap the engine either replaced my radiator, fuel pump, gaskets, coolant, spark plugs and took care of everything the right way.
