Just had my oil changed. They recommended an air filter replacement and cabin filter. Just checked the air filter sensor it says 63% life one day after they said they changed it. I'm sure they left both old filters in the vehicle. No integrity! Take your car somewhere else. read more

If I could do zero stars I would. Worst place for service. Was running late for work and needed some air on my tire. They told me it was going to be 15 min wait even when the place was empty. Once I was getting air on my tire a older gentleman took the air hose from the guy that was putting air on my tire and said I'm paying for a service so I can wait and he doesn't care that I was late for work. Those rude comments and bad service is why they are always empty. Something that could have took 5 secs to do and win over a new customer went down the drain. So this is joint is close to my house... It's proximity was a deciding factor for having selected it. The guys there were prompt and polite. The facility was clean enough. Unlike one of the other oil change places I have been to, these guys did try to up sale unneeded services and parts. They made recommendations but there wasn't any pressure to get anything right then. Meh. read more

May I highly recommend the "Havoline Express Lube" Auto Service location on Auburn St. In East Bakersfield!!! Kind, Courteous, efficient and HONEST! The gentlemen - technicians took the initiative to replace two bolts that had worked their way out of a rock shield underneath the engine compartment. No extra fees or charges. However, my car left their care in a safer condition than before. The gentlemen each thanked me for shopping with them. Normally when we get an oil change and air filter change, the techs usually show us how dirty the air filter is. They did not. But I should have asked to see it.
