Which is more than I can currently afford to pay. I was referred to go to Green Imaging who found an affordable MRI location. With my insurance it was still going to be a pretty penny but after receiving the doctors order they said they could do it without insurance for $250 (left knee only without contrast. It is very no frills but in no way lacks professionalism and good service. I was treated with respect and dignity and care. The MRI is located in a trailer behind the building. It's is cold to prepare yourself. I only had to remove my shoes, my watch, and my jacket due to the metal zipper. They gave me a blanket to make me comfortable but it was still cold. The imaging took about 30-35 minutes. After I was given a cd of the images to take to my doctor. A report will be sent directly to them in 2-3 business days. A great experience and I am grateful that it was within my budget!

They were sooo super patient with me even though I was really nervous, they really helped keep me calm through the entire process. They do offer a sedative if you have anxiety or claustrophobia. I hope I never have to get an MRI again but if I do, I'd definitely come back to AV imaging.

Despite providing full payment and making multiple professional requests, they have refused to release the CD of my scans. This is not just a clerical issue--it is actively delaying my medical diagnosis and treatment. My referring physician cannot proceed without these records, yet the facility continues to block access to my own health data. If you value your health and want a provider that respects your legal right to your medical records, go elsewhere. Their refusal to provide results is unprofessional and dangerous to patient care.

The receptionist was nice and accommodating and check in with the techs for me. There was confusion with my imaging times, but the tech was more than able to accommodate me and was very personable during the US (despite some uncomfortability). Staff overall was friendly and once I was pulled back was seen quickly. My only complaint was the timing of things and being seen after the window I was scheduled. They were pretty busy for a Thursday morning.

Insurance company already told them they owe me and I have been waiting since June 2016 for refund. About to pursue legal action against them!!!
