    Parking was pretty full at 2 pm on a Tuesday, can't imagine after work hours…read more I was told to arrive 15 minutes early for my x-ray, over the phone they said it would be a 25-minute visit total. A front desk woman came to my chair in the waiting room to finish my check in which was very nice! It seemed that people who got there way after me were seen before me but it could be because of what they were being seen for, so it is what it is. I was seen 25 minutes after my arrival. I quickly changed and waited for my turn for the x ray. It was another 20 minutes total until I was seen for the x-ray... I was sweating because now I would be late for another 3pm appointment. The x ray itself went pretty fast and smoothly. All team members I encountered were very kind, I just got flustered with the extra wait times. The front desk employee, Amber, told me they did not have my order. I contacted my doctor's office, and they said they could resend it immediately. Amber then stated it could take up to a week for a STAT order to appear in their system, which was very concerning. My doctor's office also asked whether they could provide a verbal order, but Amber said no and gave them a phone number to call instead. She then informed me that they do not accept walk-ins. What was most disappointing was not the administrative issue itself, but the complete lack of effort to help. At no point did Amber offer alternatives, suggest another location that could accommodate a STAT X-ray, or ask a supervisor if there was anything that could be done. As a patient who had just undergone surgery and was following a physician's urgent order, I expected at least some level of concern or problem-solving. I remained polite throughout the interaction, but I left feeling that my situation simply did not matter. Customer service in healthcare should include compassion, communication, and a willingness to help patients find solutions when obstacles arise. I ultimately decided to go to Banner, where I have always been treated with kindness and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not return to this imaging center and cannot recommend it to others.

The most disturbing part: their billing records incorrectly indicated that I had breast cancer. I was never informed that I had breast cancer because I do not have breast cancer. This error has had real consequences, including insurance denial, and caused an enormous amount of unnecessary stress and fear. Every time I call, it's the same story--records are missing, lost, or incorrect. I am repeatedly asked to resubmit information I've already provided. There is no ownership, no follow-through, and no accountability. Each call feels like starting over from scratch. The level of incompetence is staggering, especially for a healthcare provider handling sensitive medical records and billing. This situation has been emotionally exhausting and completely avoidable with basic accuracy and care. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. If you value accurate medical records, proper billing, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding Solis Mammography.

I found the De Novo Scan website and read through a wealth of helpful information. It was very easy to set up an appointment online. I received an email confirmation in minutes and an appointment reminder the day of my scan...thanks for that. I met Tina who owns the business and performs the scans. Tina has excellent credentials and many years of thermography expertise. The office is very welcoming. The thermography scan room is comfortable and adorable. I felt well cared for by Tina. My scans will be read by a physician and I'll receive important information about my health In a few days. The price of thermography is out of pocket, but for me it's well worth the investment. The procedure is non-invasive which is a huge bonus. I looked for a thermography office closer to my home, but De Novo stood out and I happily drove the 20 miles to get there.
