I received an email confirmation in minutes and an appointment reminder the day of my scan...thanks for that. I met Tina who owns the business and performs the scans. Tina has excellent credentials and many years of thermography expertise. The office is very welcoming. The thermography scan room is comfortable and adorable. I felt well cared for by Tina. My scans will be read by a physician and I'll receive important information about my health In a few days. The price of thermography is out of pocket, but for me it's well worth the investment. I…read morearrived by 6:30 and was informed by one of the employees who was just getting to work that the door wouldn't open until 6:45. I stood around for 15 minutes and the door did open at 6:45. The other person waiting with me showed me her confirmation and she was told to arrive at 6:15. There is a 3% surcharge if you use a credit card. It would have been nice to have been told this in advance although I'm not sure it would have mattered much. It would have been nicer not to have to pay this! I was taken right on time and there were no issues with my MRI thus the "ok" review.

And they tell you you'll be able to get your money back when the insurance company pays. However, they will not automatically refund your money. You have to remember to follow up, check with your own insurance to see if it's been paid, and then go through a difficult process to get the refund. This review was posted after the second time I went through this experience. The system and model is obviously designed to discourage refunds. It should automatically refund.

I went to UIMG myself for an ultrasound and can say the experience was excellent. The facility is beautiful, the staff very accommodating. They take no insurance, but will get you an ultrasound for $60-125 cash pay. Celia and Francisco are the schedulers and no one will do more to make sure you are taken care of. They do same day ultrasound most of the time, are open until 10pm Tuesday-Thursday. Dr. Stoskopf is the radiologist and the reports she does are of the highest quality to your medical provider. I strongly recommend them. You need to know this is an ultrasound school, so you may have a group of people attending your ultrasound for teaching purposes. If this is not a problem for you, please use them. We send patients to them almost daily and are extremely happy with the results. They are a wonderful, caring facility that have excellent results without the worry of being billed hundreds of dollars like many facilities we work with.

So much so I was having an MRI with sedation!. They got the IV going on the 1st try. I went to get changed and waited a little too long for my liking that my nerves started to get the better of me! They came to get me and the nurses were simply a joy. She kept reminding me that I was in control and could tell them to stop at any time. They got me placed well and in went the ear plugs and on went the headphones! I could hardly hear thr music. Was way too faint. I would suggest turning it up alot! However, the most amazing part was their kindness and knowledge enabled me to get through my MRI with contrast without any sedation. I turned up a few weeks prior to have it done and couldn't. It was a different team and they also handled me with care. I was so upset I couldn't go through with it then. They made it seem like no big deal. Thank you! You've done all my mammograms ansld now the MRI as well. You guys rock!

They're scheduling assistant and online tool for scheduling are equally horrible. Online tells me I…read morehave an account with my email address and when I put in that email address it says I don't have an account. I call the scheduler. The scheduler asked 20,000 questions only to ask for a location I provide the address and then it gives me three alternate locations that don't match anything that I've said and can't get any further. Absolutely unacceptable. Then it says it's going to find an agent for me and it tells me my wait time is greater than 25 minutes. I can drive there schedule in person and drive home in less than five minutes. The single x-ray should take no more than five minutes. I've wasted the last 45 minutes online and trying to schedule with the virtual assistant. Absolutely unacceptable.

A front desk woman came to my chair in the waiting room to finish my check in which was very nice! It seemed that people who got there way after me were seen before me but it could be because of what they were being seen for, so it is what it is. I was seen 25 minutes after my arrival. I quickly changed and waited for my turn for the x ray. It was another 20 minutes total until I was seen for the x-ray... I was sweating because now I would be late for another 3pm appointment. The x ray itself went pretty fast and smoothly. All team members I encountered were very kind, I just got flustered with the extra wait times. Overall a clean place, I was able to ask questions and people found the answer for me, which I appreciate

Unprofessional staff, on the verge of being rude and impatient with the paying clients. Being rude to a male is a lot different than being rude to an elderly lady. That employee was lucky I stayed civil when she was not. Poor condition of the waiting room, procedure area was dirty/unhealthy and should be shut down as a health related issue.
