I was referred to Simon Med for an X-ray at 4045 E Bell Rd. Got there and was told they don't do X-rays there anymore. Sent to 4219 E Bell Rd. Checked in, sat for a half hour, got called up to the desk and got told that they were having problems with the X-ray machine. Offered me another location. Decided not to waste any more time on these losers. Avoid. read more

My doctor did not give me a choice of MRI providers. I called here to ask if they could do the prescribed exam at this location. I got no answer. I asked again, and again I got no answer. I asked to speak to someone else and got parked on hold. I called the main number to speak to a higher authority and had more time wasted by a lower authority. Five years ago I gave them a well-earned bad review. I've used Banner since and the difference is large. Today I see that there hasn't been much improvement these last 5 years. read more

They weren't there for my appointment!! I made and appointment in advance and got the time off of work to attend and when I arrived at the office, there was no one there! I called the main phone number to make sure the appointment was still on the books for the right time and that I was at the right location. That was all confirmed but no one was in the office. I also did not receive a courtesy call to cancel or reschedule the appointment in advance. I would be charged by a doctor's office of almost any kind if I was a 'no show'. Where is my compensation for that AND for taking time off of work? Clearly the folks at this location are inconsiderate and incompetent at their jobs. Hey, maybe I'll get a call with an apology at least, but I'm not holding my breath. Don't ever go here!! read more

I've been here for an MRI and a CAT scan two times in the past 7 months and had a very good experience BOTH times. Just my .02 cents.

Like a nightmare. They asked Billions of questions 10s of times. Even my SS#, hight, weight, my grand parents info, ..... etc. They put a wrong date and time in their computer so I had to go there 3 times. They raised their voice on me. Treathend me to kick me out of their office. I would NEVER ever use this place. read more

SimonMed claims to have an online web app you can check wait times. It's not to be trusted. On 2 separate occasions with 2 different facilities, including this one, the Xray machine is down and they don't update the website to say closed. What's the point if they don't update the app? Even tried to call their customer service line to confirm another location is actually open and they said that this facility was open for xrays when they actually weren't doing xrays. read more

I had a scheduled appointment for a CT scan of my foot. I got there a little early to complete the paperwork. There is a sign on the door that everyone needs to have a mask on. One of the receptionists didn't have hers on completely. There were patients waiting that didn't bother to put one on and nobody there said anything to them. 1 hour later........was called back for the 5 minute procedure. I needed a STAT ultrasound, ordered by my doctor, to rule out a blood clot. I arrived early to find out they were 40 minutes behind schedule. I had urgent work responsibilities that I had to get back to. So frustrating to schedule my day around this appointment and not be able to have the ultrasound done. Waste of time, gas, and a risk to my health. read more

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! Last time I went here was with my lady for a x-ray and let me tell you they found nothing wrong nor sent her image to any of her doctors! While I was sitting in the Lobby a lady walked up to ask for her images on a disk so she could pretty much do they're job by sending it to her doctor. To make an appointment is a project. It took almost 45 minutes.. then got there and the appointment was at a different location and would not get there in time. I called just to reschedule and right now 20 minutes and it must be a call center but it is so painful. They are clueless read more

I can't believe this place they knew when I scheduled I am wheelchair bound and cannot walk but yet I get there for my MRI, they don't have the chair you need to take me from the MRI room door to the MRI table and back. My Dr wanted this test last week already. And while I was there there was another person who the strength of their MRI machine was not what the Dr ordered. They had to reschedule somewhere else. I also just told Simon Med yesterday for the 10th time do not text me under any circumstance. What do they do text me to see if I am coming after I already had checked in. If i can put zero stars i would have, my father had an appointment at 8:30, and i was driving from my house to his to pick him up and got stuck in traffic and we called them telling them we'll be 10 minutes late they said we can't take you if your late you would have to reschedule, so we did till 2:30 and i explained that i have to go back to work and they said it'll only take 30 minutes, and we arrived early so we waited till 2:30 and and people came after us with appointments after my dad's and went in before, then at 3:00 still no one called him in and when i checked with the recipients when will he be going in she said 30 more minutes!!!!!! An hour after his appointment, and then she asked me if i want to reschedule after waiting for all that time, and here iam it's 3:06 I'm writing this and we are still waiting!!!!!! read more

The front desk gal was very polite,but they had a movie playing that was very inappropriate for a business.When my mother went back the tech made her change in front of her no privacy AND no Gown..my mother was embarrassed.Also my mother is 82 and had trouble hearing over CT and tech was Very rude to her.I hope My family never has to use this location again read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I am currently 8.5 months pregnant and went here this past Tuesday for a growth ultrasound to check on the baby. Our appointment was Tuesday morning, and I immediately knew something was a little off when the tech informed us she wouldn't be telling us anything about what she saw on the screen. Granted, they aren't doctors and can't technically give advice, but even my doctor said in general they're supposed to help you feel calm, give you a glimpse into what they see, how things look to them, etc. She did none of this. At the end, I asked if she could tell us what percentile the baby was in, and she couldn't figure out how to tell on the machine. She mumbled something about the machine being "new." She reassured us that if there was ANY TYPE OF ISSUE, the doctor there would call my doctor or me immediately THAT DAY. Otherwise, she said, we would receive the results within a day or two. Over the next four days, my doctor and her nurse called both this SimonMed and the main SimonMed number to speak to the manager, because they still had not received the results. We finally got the results on Friday (four days later) after much persistence. I got a call from my doctor's office yesterday that the SimonMed ultrasound had our baby measuring in the third percentile. THIRD. Of course, this was cause for immediate panic and my dr. told me to go to OB triage immediately to get a series of tests done, including another ultrasound. After 8+ hours at the hospital, we were cleared to go home because the ultrasound SimonMed did was completely inaccurate. I have never in my life been so baffled, frustrated and stressed out by something. Thanks for all the unnecessary stress, tears and waiting SimonMed. Will never use your services again and will be encouraging all my friends who are pregnant to steer clear. read more

I had an appt at this location for a MRI, my husband I took the day off because i have had problem with them before and had a major knee issue at the time and could hardly walk. We got there around 20 minutes early checked in and then waited, at no time did the receiptionist ever say we are running later, finaly 30 minutes after my scheduled time I went up and asked her and she said they were running behind and would go get the MRI tech. the MRI tech came out but said she was in the middle of an appt and couldn't talk much but they were running an hour or so behind and didn't the front desk tell me that. I said no we have no been her for going on 45 minutes. Then she looked at my chart and said we don't even do this MRI at this location. I called my insurance the week before and them and make sure they had the order and everything was okay but they don't check and they are not even courteous enough to let you know when you check in they are running later. They finally called another location across town and we have to rush in 5:00 traffic to get there. I will never go to Simon Med again!!! The receptionist was reading a book during the time we were there, there were only a few people in the waiting room, she wasn't busy. But most of all somebody should have looked at my order before my appt time to see that they don't do even do that MRI at their location. They are terrible and this was not my first issue with waiting. No excuses, terrible customer service!! and the receptionist couldn't even look us in the eye or apologize!. read more
