She was very responsive to texts and communication. Cons: When I first met with her, I told her to save the extra fabric for me to keep. When I requested the fabric, she informed me that she didn't have it. No apology, no explanation, simply informed me. During our fittings, she would agree to alternations that didn't end up happening. I wasn't ultimately happy with how the bodice or the straps fit, but I didn't leave myself enough time to find someone else (that's on me). She sewed a pin into the hem of the dress, which ended up hurting one of my bridesmaids.

She offered to come to my home to do the alterations or to meet at her studio. I thought, "omg, you come to my home?" That's so nice! She came the very next day, pinned my dress, took it home to alter then delivered it back to me 4 days later. And guess what? The dress fit BEAUTIFULLY! I moved within Denver, and they met at my first location, moved the boxes to the truck quickly- I mean SPRINTING when they weren't carrying my items. They got to the new location and the team split in such a way that two guys were running up to unload items as one guy in the truck was putting items on carts/ handing them down so items were always moving and there was no moment that they weren't keeping everything flowing. In addition to all of these, the cost was within my budget and I cannot say enough how great this team was. Nate, Anthony and Tyler, you guys are AWESOME and (though I hope I don't move any time soon) you can bet that I'll be using The Other Side Moving again for my next move! Understanding the circumstance, but also willing to wait for the right team, I responded and asked the business to let me know if that changed in the future, as we have several projects in our home and are hoping to bring the same team aboard for all of them. I then received the attached response offering a completely different explanation than before. Rather than acting with integrity, the business elected to tell a lie, as the project was likely not lucrative enough for them. I made no reference to my budget, but the business assumed I would not be interested in paying their prices. I would like to offer a two-star rating, though, as the communication was quite prompt.

Fast forward six years, I had my kitchen remodeled. Some large patching/texturing (medium texture) work was required and the guy the remodeling company sent out was horrible, zero talent.... kinda looked like I did it! They deducted the work from my bill and I told them I'd get it handled. So I called Benjamin Delgado, and sure enough he is still in the biz. He came out and fixed the substandard work.... BEAUTIFUALLY. Delgado Drywall is easy to work with, show up on time and do excellent/perfect work! Unlike 90% of contractors these days. If I could summarize, and I am not kidding.... Benjamin is the "Michelangelo" of drywall repair. This guy is amazing. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.
