Dear Better Buzz, You are my favorite coffee shop! I go to the La Mesa location normally. The service is super friendly and the drinks are amazing. Unfortunately your temecula location is yet another example, like Poway, of unfriendly service! My drink was fine here but the thing that makes your coffee shop so special is the spot on service! This location does not exhibit that level of service one bit. There was no greeting or recognition of my presence at the register for a good few minutes. Perhaps this location is understaffed but there were only two guests in the shop so it certainly was not crowded. Perhaps everyone was focused on the drive thru line? Maybe this location is understaffed or poorly trained or both? Unfortunately I have had this similar level of poor device in Poway and in San Clemente as well. At $7 a drink customers are paying for the whole experience, not just the drink itself. Service is key to your success. If you are going to continue to expand quickly you have to pay more attention to providing consistent, high quality service. If you keep doing what you are doing, you will soon be closing stores as fast as you are opening them now. read more

So we love to go inside, not be lazy, but misc crap we don't need but love. Today took 27 min to get two drinks! Side note, only ones in the store! Being I'm a nerd I typically look at the cars in the drive see the one that has yet to place an order after I place mine and see, will they beat him/her! I counted 12 cars after my order placed through the drive, paid and delivered!! The heck!? Then, ugh, my drink, this location has ruined more of my drinks than I care to count! Today, I went for the mango buzz energy, the lady poured the last little bit of mango out, not opening a new amount to put in the correct amount she put in more ice. My drink was a water downed slushy with a hint of mango! For 8.99, please just give me what I'm paying for! Not asking too much! Note: I never complain in store, you just have to suck it up and go, don't want to wait another 27 min for fix. Crap part I live two min away from this location! Ugh back to the 79 we go! We needed coffee on our way home from our vacation. We thought we should try Better Buzz instead of going to a chain coffee. They had a lot of options and they all sounded amazing. We got several drinks. The barista was so nice and patient with us as we get our order together. The coffee, unfortunately, it was too sweet for my group liking. Their La Marzocco for espresso is a testament to owners who CARE and KNOW how good espresso is born. The Marzocco is to espresso what Sofia Loren is to beauty. Decided to come try this newer coffee place and get some studying in. Staff were very friendly and helpful, with a big smile on their faces and I really liked that lol. The area was clean and tidy, and pretty busy too. I personally wouldn't recommend to come here for studying just because of how busy it can get, plus the music (although great playlists) is super loud (I could hear it even though I had white noise playing on my headphones), and it was FREEZING in there too. This is a new location in Temecula in the old Claim Jumper location. We have visited their shop on Temecula Parkway in the past. The basic dark roast coffee was among the best I've had anywhere in town, and my wife was pleased with her latte. I had the breakfast wrap - it was served hot out of the oven as I like it. My wife had the Better Breakfast Sandwich and was able to switch the bread to sourdough, which she really liked as well. Counter service is awesome. They have two drive thru lanes. Plenty of parking, convenient to the freeway. We'll be back. read more

The drive-through moved super fast, and the staff (especially the former Starbucks barista!) was incredibly helpful for a newcomer.
