I love this better buzz! I was so happy when one opened closer to home and Nathan working the drive thru was so helpful and friendly.

I stopped at the Temecula Parkway location on my way to work and unfortunately my drink was very bitter. Since I was already running late, it wasn't possible to turn around and go back. I decided to stop by the Rancho California drive-thru and explained that my drink just didn't taste right. Without hesitation, the team was kind, understanding, and made me a fresh one. It tasted absolutely perfect! I really appreciated how they took the time to make it right and turned a disappointing start to my morning into a great one. Thank you, Better Buzz off of Rancho California, for the excellent customer service and for going above and beyond. It's little things like this that keep customers coming back! This is a brand new Better Buzz that has been open since December 2025. Located near embassy suite and the Vons grocery store. Given it's in a shopping center, there is ample amount of parking, although there is some construction next door so immediate parking can be tight. Limited seating inside. There is a high boy communal table down the middle and some small tables along the walk. Additional seating can be found outside. Menus are pretty standard among their establishments. Just remember the drinks are all sweet, so if you are not a sweet fan stick to straight coffee or discuss with employees how you can reduce sweetness. Staff were all very kind and friendly. I enjoyed the coffee from Better Buzz! This location at Temecula had a steady flow of customers and offered a drive thru. The parking lot was full as there was construction going on at a neighboring business. The vibe is pretty fast paced as many customers come in and out. Patio seating was plentiful and interior seating had few table and a communal high table set up. The decor is nice and eye catching. Merch and coffee is available for purchase. The staff was knowledgeable and works efficiently. We ended up with choosing the Mocha Latte and Chai Latte both iced and both with oat milk. $1 additional charges for milk alternatives. The drinks came out nicely! The balance of sweetness and caffeine made the drinks enjoyable. My mocha latte was had the right amount of chocolaty flavor that I like! Had a Better Buzz gift card burning a hole in my wallet and decided to visit the newly opened shop in town to see what all the "buzz" is about The shop opened recently, and upon arriving I noticed the huge drive through line of cars and the crowd parking lot, but I found a spot and proceeded to get my morning coffee fix on! On inside I noticed the place was immaculate and sparkling with popular music blasting to boost the oncoming caffeine vibe! Ordered a coconut cream danish and a cappuccino, and promptly sat outside to return to a calm, mellow atmosphere to enjoy the morning. The cappuccino was average and the danish good. This is a great spot for tea and coffee! I really enjoyed my iced Chai Tea Latte with oat milk. Not many cafes I've visited will sprinkle cinnamon on top, so it was a nice touch. This gave me the energy I needed for the day without the jitters. Within a few minutes, my vision was sharper and I became more alert. The chai flavor really came through! The cafe is set up like other cafes: indoor and outdoor seating, nicely decorated interior, very clean, they sell snacks near the register, coffee/tea bags, and merch for purchase are against the side of their wall. The staff is friendly and efficient. The music plays at a comfortable level. They have a wide variety of food and drinks I would like to try out on my next visit like their Buzzingers, Best Drinks Ever!, and their açaí bowl. I would like to thank Paul, the district manager, for acknowledging my concerns. It seems improvements were made as I have not encountered any further issues. I do appreciate the offered accommodations but couldn't accept. I eventually do need to get the application to earn rewards. read more

Love the product, the staff, and their espresso machine! The buzz marketing is a little tacky but hey you gotta advertise. Their La Marzocco for espresso is a testament to owners who CARE and KNOW how good espresso is born. The Marzocco is to espresso what Sofia Loren is to beauty. Hand crafted in Florence Italy and named after the lion symbol of Florence found on top of the instrument, Marzocco delivers world class pressure to the grounds, resulting in consistent flavor and generous crema. Great place for coffee in Temecula! Better Buzz is located in a plaza right off the freeway. The location is extremely convenient. The lot (as of May 2026) has some construction going on right around Better Buzz but there is plenty of parking. There is also a drive through. Drinks: - Cold Brew: Super solid cold brew. Definitely got me buzzing on a large. - Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew: Cold brew with a touch of caramel, topped with vanilla & cinnamon cold cream. Super tasty for those who want a little bit of flavor. Just as strong as the cold brew black but wiht some warmer flavors. - Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap: Chili crisp aioli, hash brown, ham, egg, muenster cheese wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. I really enjoyed this one. It is really filling with both the tortilla and the hash brown. Customer service here is always top notch. Everyone is super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Dear Better Buzz, You are my favorite coffee shop! I go to the La Mesa location normally. The service is super friendly and the drinks are amazing. Unfortunately your temecula location is yet another example, like Poway, of unfriendly service! My drink was fine here but the thing that makes your coffee shop so special is the spot on service! This location does not exhibit that level of service one bit. There was no greeting or recognition of my presence at the register for a good few minutes. Perhaps this location is understaffed but there were only two guests in the shop so it certainly was not crowded. Perhaps everyone was focused on the drive thru line? Maybe this location is understaffed or poorly trained or both? Unfortunately I have had this similar level of poor device in Poway and in San Clemente as well. At $7 a drink customers are paying for the whole experience, not just the drink itself. Service is key to your success. If you are going to continue to expand quickly you have to pay more attention to providing consistent, high quality service. If you keep doing what you are doing, you will soon be closing stores as fast as you are opening them now. read more

Better Buzz is one of my favorite coffee shops! I've been to a few locations and I'm so excited that there's one closer my home. Love that this one has a full food menu and a dining room (not all locations do). Definitely get the app to collect rewards because you'll be back, haha. My go to is the Best Drink Ever, adjust sweetness level however your preference but I like mine half sweetened. I always get the friendliest service no matter how slammed they are. I tried the Strawberry Rose Matcha Latte, and it was delicious. The best matcha I've had in a while. Their turkey pesto sandwich is pretty tasty too! read more

Decided to come try this newer coffee place and get some studying in. Staff were very friendly and helpful, with a big smile on their faces and I really liked that lol. The area was clean and tidy, and pretty busy too. I personally wouldn't recommend to come here for studying just because of how busy it can get, plus the music (although great playlists) is super loud (I could hear it even though I had white noise playing on my headphones), and it was FREEZING in there too. We recently visited Better Buzz Coffee because we were in the area early one morning and my daughter had also recently been here and loved it. Since we were short on time and only wanted coffee, we went through the drive thru. I had a vanilla bean latte which was very good. The only problem I found is with the pricing - the menu only shows the price for a regular size drink, but when we ordered at the drive thru, the person taking our order quickly asked "will that be a large?" We ordered a regular size and noticed that the price for it was the price shown on the menu. If we had ordered a large and didn't think to ask, we wouldn't have known how much it was until we paid. I think this is a bit misleading. The menu should show pricing for the different sizes. Just my thought. read more

The service at the drive thru was probably the most stressful experience I've ever had. Surely this must've been a one off, but I think it needs to be addressed. First, miss girl in over the head set was way too sale-sy... "can I start you off with something to eat, like our new carnitas taco?" Like I actually wanted the chilli jam croissant... which I couldn't remember because sis was talking too much. Then she was like "and to drink? Or was that all?" Like HUH?!? We decided to try this location and so glad we did. Very impressed with the customer service and quality of drinks and food. The chai tea latte was so delicious I wish I ordered the large! 4 strikes and you're out! Let me explain, I think you have to give places the benefit of the doubt. Plus 3 sounds to cliche Today was it....ugh. So we love to go inside, not be lazy, but misc crap we don't need but love. Today took 27 min to get two drinks! Side note, only ones in the store! Being I'm a nerd I typically look at the cars in the drive see the one that has yet to place an order after I place mine and see, will they beat him/her! I counted 12 cars after my order placed through the drive, paid and delivered!! The heck!? Then, ugh, my drink, this location has ruined more of my drinks than I care to count! Today, I went for the mango buzz energy, the lady poured the last little bit of mango out, not opening a new amount to put in the correct amount she put in more ice. My drink was a water downed slushy with a hint of mango! For 8.99, please just give me what I'm paying for! Not asking too much! Note: I never complain in store, you just have to suck it up and go, don't want to wait another 27 min for fix. Crap part I live two min away from this location! Ugh back to the 79 we go!
