I placed an order by text and they were really friendly and helpful in explaining how the ordering process works! I placed an order on the same day and luckily they were able to accommodate me... I believe you can place a pre order by 8pm and make sure to check their hours because they close on Sundays and Mondays. They also close EARLIER at 3pm on Saturdays... Every Friday they offer their crispy pork bánh mì, so I ordered that, along with the combination, and the BBQ pork. Everything was delicious. The bread was crispy with the perfect balance of chew and softness. I always ask for extra butter and pâté. I'm usually not a fan of pâté since it can taste a bit too funky sometimes for me, but theirs was very good. I also wanted to try their spicy sauce, so I asked for it on the side. I think supporting local is incredibly important and more times than not you'll find a gem. We texted to order a Dac Biet and a Pork Belly banh mi and they were so delicious. Their business model is somewhat unique, operating exclusively as a pickup service with orders placed online or by phone. Notwithstanding, ordering was simple and timing was perfect. The nice lady on the phone provided a 20-minute pickup window for my order. I arrived slightly early, and my sandwiches and drinks were promptly brought out, hot and fresh. The same kind lady I spoke to on the phone came out to deliver our food. She shared that they'll be expanding their menu soon, adding rice and noodle dishes as well as weekly specials. My order included the grilled pork banh mi for myself and the grilled chicken for my husband.
