Thought I'd give it another go since new owners have purchased. The crust is much improved, but the toppings are still pretty skimpy considered I ordered a supreme. The pizza tasted "OK" when hot, not great but not bad. The place was clean and the staff friendly. read more

No complaints here. Pretty good pizza and the amount of toppings was good. Better than other pizza spots where they ration the toppings, they place actually gives a good amount. The guys working gave excellent customer service! read more

This place fell short when it came to the food. The pizza and boneless wings were dry. Felt like I was eating cardboard.

Thompson Falls seems like a dinner restaurant desert. This was one of the few places open on a Wednesday evening. I had the cheeseburger calzone and it was huge. I wish the guy would have let me know how big it was. No was this old lady could eat it all. The calzone was edible but nothing extra. The restaurant was out of onions (no problem for me) and out of green salad, which was disappointing. In short, the portions are huge and the food was okay. read more

We were here from out of town and stayed over in plains due to a car vs deer collision. The pizza place is just down the street from the dee duck in where we stayed. Good pizza, recommend the stuffed crust option. read more

Pizza is okay, usually takes 45 minutes to an hour to get your pizza though. They have went through a few different owners, not sure what has changed, if anything. Their more "loaded" pizzas need cooked longer, have been doughy in the past. read more

Phenomenal Pizza! My buddy and I stopped in while passing through and we were not disappointed. We got a pepperoni pounder and it is hands down the best pepperoni Pizza I've ever had. Friendly staff made us feel welcome. The price was right and we left full. What more could you ask for? The restaurant was very clean and you could tell they are a family friendly place and committed to their community. Next time I pass by, I'm stopping here again. read more

The pizza is great. I have had the taco, and pepperoni & bacon,...... I can't remember the other one. They were all very tasty. I like both the thin & thick crusts. The cheesy garlic sticks are amazing!!!! Service is pretty good. The salad bar needs to be better. It is chunky iceburg lettuce. I went there tonight for the 3rd time, & there was just the bottom of the bin of lettuce left so I asked them to get more & they said there wasn't any left & it would be 15-20 min more. So she helped me scrape the bottom of the bin for the last of the chunky bitter brown lettuce. I wan't that thrilled. The other times it has been full but still only full of iceburg with a couple of spinach leaves here and there. It really needs some lettuce with some nutritional value. Other than that I am a fan of this place. My husband & I will continue to eat here for years to come! read more

We were staying outside of Thompson Falls, and debated whether or not to even go into town to look for food... we assumed there would be no restaurants, and certainly none worth visiting. We decided to venture down the main drag, when we saw Simon's sandwich board sign outside. We figured we could not go wrong with pizza, and this place far exceeded our expectations. The owner is super friendly and shared a great deal of info about the town. He also recommended the calzones, which was the right move because they were super (and super large... one calzone easily fed 2 hungry adults) and tasty and fresh baked. We were visiting from out of town but were made to feel totally welcome and like family. The owner even took us over to the map to put a pin in our hometown -- he takes care of all his visitors! For a pizza dinner in a friendly place, this is about as good as it gets! The next time we're in Montana, we're definitely going back! read more

Horrible customer service. I called in to place a delivery order at 7:40 since there seems to be very limited options for food near by. The person took my info and took my order. At the end of the call I asked how long for it to be delivered and that was when he said they stopped delivery at 7:30. I informed him that I could only do delivery so nevermind. 20 minutes later I get a call from a female at the restaurant saying my food was ready. I told her that j already let the gentleman know I didn't need that order of they weren't going to be able to deliver it. After a moment she just said fine, have a good night. Next day I call to place an order for delivery during their normal hours and after I give my telephone number, the guy on the phone says that there is a note in the system not to serve me. Wtf? The female who called me chose to penalize me for a mistake that her coworker made by not canceling my order? I'll be sure to make sure that none of the other guys that work on the railroad with me ever eat here when we stop thru town. You won't be serving any of us. read more

I don`t know how to put it , but I`ve had better pizza frozen than this crap. The sausage looks like deer droppings.....And I`ve had more cheese on a cheese-it. i`m sorry, I don`t want to put anyone out of work, but this is BAD ! That`s if you ever had decent pizza. Not Impressed... I'm sorry I hate giving bad reviews but I've had a bad experience twice now... First they didn't slice my pizza (seems petty I know but if im gonna spend $16.00 on a large pizza that's the size of a medium I want it sliced.... I guess im more irritated over round 2 when I ordered $167.00 worth of food for my work and left a hefty $40 tip only for them to get my order wrong and then tell me that I ordered it as stated... No you just didnt add my 10th pizza the recipe might say one thing but what came out of my mouth was something completely different..... We went into this pizza joint day before yesterday, we thought the pizza was amazing and really enjoyed the nice cool atmosphere. We had been to a few different restaurants in Thompson and the food was ok and the service was horrible to the point that we will not be returning! The server/waiter that we had was named Kyle, he was extremely nice and very helpful, he answered all questions that we had with a smile and sincerely was nice. The experience was so great mainly because of his attitude. We had never been to Simple Simon's and our first experience was wonderful. We will be returning and hopefully will have Kyle as a server. Definitely go check this place out!! read more

Enjoyable dining. From the time you walk in the door and are greeted by friendly staff to the time you walk out the door stuffed and satisfied, your nose, taste buds, stomach and wallet will be thanking you. Whether stopping in on your way through town or being a Sunday/Tuesday buffet regular, I'm sure you'll find your meal enjoyable in a clean family friendly atmosphere. The pizza calzones salad deserts and ice cream are great and the service is wonderful. My favorite is a large stuffed crust pepperoni pounder. Very convenient location. It's on the way to everywhere. I've also ordered lots of pizzas for company events and they've always been ready on time and accurate. My wife and I find it to be the perfect date night spot. One other thing I love about simple Simon's is their community oriented mindset. I am impressed at this small town business with a big heart. Definitely a recommended experience. The only reason I give Simple Simon's 5 stars is because there's no option for 6 stars. This is hometown pizza at its finest! read more
