I purchased a Groupon for this place last year and have had 5+ sessions already. I bought the "1…read moreyear unlimited package" for the full face in preparation for my wedding. I can't even tell you how much money I wasted between the Groupon and all of the tips (which they make pretty clear on your first appointment that it is NOT included in the Groupon) My sessions each lasted about 5 minutes in which I felt absolutely NOTHING- no warmth, no heat, no stinging, no pain- NOTHING. I know this is not normal. I take hotter showers than this. With the blindfold on, I could see the light flashing and that was it. This laser hair removal machine that they use is nothing more than a camera flash- because it has been completely useless. I have seen ZERO results in 5+ sessions. Each time I went in for a session, I brought up my concerns about how quick the sessions were, how I haven't seen any results AT ALL, how i feel nothing during or after the sessions, etc.. and they were not in the least concerned and really offered no explanation other than "they would raise the setting for next time" still nothing. I am choosing to discontinue the treatment/package and eat the hundreds I have already spent here only because I don't want to waste another penny. Worst Groupon I have ever bought. FAIL.
