They meet with me every few months to go over his progress with me and they involve me in his goals. If I had any criticisms they are 1) they need to improve their billing system - I never know what my out of pocket portion will be, and 2) it would be nice if they had some extracurricular activities. I have been going to a different center for Hong's like social play group for my son. Hopefully they will offer something like that at Leaps and Bounds at some point so parents don't have to drive everywhere for it.

For over three months, there have been documented incidents involving the harassment by Ms. Wendland of an older adult woman over the age of 60 and her small dog at her place of business, which is also an apartment complex where the owner resides. Despite receiving formal warnings about her behavior, Ms. Wendland then recruited her boyfriend to intimidate the older woman in person on at least two occasions. Property management has documented these incidents and has held formal warnings and meetings to address this conduct and instruct those involved to cease further contact. Despite this, Ms. Wendland's inappropriate behavior has reportedly continued. This pattern of conduct has caused the older woman significant stress and adverse health effects, raising concerns about harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress. These are serious matters that prospective customers should take into account when deciding whether to engage with this business.

I am highly disappointed with my experience dealing with Moriah Brackett, the Vice President at Blossom. Despite several attempts to address questions about my child's care, she refused to set up a meeting or engage in any meaningful discussion in person or over the telephone. Ms. Brackett's approach is impersonal, and I believe she is not qualified for her position. It appears her role may be the result of personal connections rather than merit. Her demeanor comes across as condescending, and her actions suggest that profit is prioritized over genuine care for the families they serve. Everything feels like a financial transaction rather than a partnership in care, this VP also takes sides with her staff with-out having a professional meeting with the parents involved, which is completely unprofessional and unethical.
