They meet with me every few months to go over his progress with me and they involve me in his goals. If I had any criticisms they are 1) they need to improve their billing system - I never know what my out of pocket portion will be, and 2) it would be nice if they had some extracurricular activities. I have been going to a different center for Hong's like social play group for my son. Hopefully they will offer something like that at Leaps and Bounds at some point so parents don't have to drive everywhere for it.

It's the best medical place of any kind I've been to. Special props to Heather LaHaie, who is also the Director. She will ask some REALLY picky questions at times but she digs hard to figure out exactly what the issue is she the best way to treat it. But she's only a little cut above the rest. You won't go wrong there. Also, it's very nice looking inside. Everything looks clean and well cared for, and big front windows let in lots of natural light.

I was impressed by the focus and skill of the physical therapist who treated me - Jessica Wyen. She was very knowledgeable and worked with me to help me recover, taking time to understand the pain and difficulties I was having, and then using manual therapy and exercises to alleviate the problem. The front desk staff was friendly and quick, the exercise tech (Darren) was equally top notch. Very satisfied!

I am highly disappointed with my experience dealing with Moriah Brackett, the Vice President at Blossom. Unfortunately, she displayed a lack of professionalism and showed little regard for my concerns as a parent. Despite several attempts to address questions about my child's care, she refused to set up a meeting or engage in any meaningful discussion in person or over the telephone. Ms. Brackett's approach is impersonal, and I believe she is not qualified for her position. It appears her role may be the result of personal connections rather than merit. Her demeanor comes across as condescending, and her actions suggest that profit is prioritized over genuine care for the families they serve. Everything feels like a financial transaction rather than a partnership in care, this VP also takes sides with her staff with-out having a professional meeting with the parents involved, which is completely unprofessional and unethical. I will go that extra step with the state of Michigan to make sure this company is reported for filling me as a parent And will prompt a investigation ASAP In addition, I have concerns about potential unethical practices, and I will be reporting the company for what I believe to be insurance fraud and also with the state of MI, I strongly advise against sending your child to this facility.
