Though the prices at this clinic are very reasonable compared to other places, it can sometimes take a few tries to find a technician who's the right fit and thorough. However, once you do, the experience is definitely worth it. I previously had Christina as my technician and absolutely loved her work, so I was disappointed when she recently left the clinic. I was honestly a bit worried about having to start over and go through the trial-and-error process again. Jenny B. is awesome! She was the most thorough esthetician I've ever had. I've done laser before and I almost awalys have to ask then to get my labia for my Brazilian. They also had my insulated cup i left 6 weeks ago. Heroes :P My other esthetician was great too. Heather? The machine did crap out for a few minutes but it got back up and running. I've done 3 treatments for my upper lip. After 2 its been decreased but still present. Hoping this 3rd treatments more effective. There's been a slight decrease on the tough spot for my brazilian. So we shall see how my last treatment goes. The process of hair removal sucks because they say no sun exposure 1-2 weeks before and 1 week after. BUT I'M A SUN and SHORTS GIRL. so i couldn't exactly do the laser when i had vacations, travel, and competitions where my body was exposed. So it made it really hard to plan my appointments. PS its chilly in treatment rooms for me so I make sure to wear a sweater haha I also wish they'd give me a little bit of their ointment/gel to take home the first day. Overall, I had a good experience here. The facility was always clean, the staff was friendly and professional, and I especially enjoyed getting lasered by Jenny and Lena. Nicole, the manager (not sure if she is still there), was also great to interact with. I initially purchased a 1-year full body package and later came back a few months afterward for the 24-month full body package. Throughout my time here, I found the staff to be upfront about their policies, and everything was clearly explained both in person and on their website. It's now been a little over a year since my last laser appointment, so I feel like I have a good sense of my long-term results. As for the laser hair removal itself, I wish the results had been a little better. That said, I don't regret doing it. When I first finished my treatments, the results were much stronger. I barely grew any hair in my underarms, Brazilian area, or lower legs, and I was very happy with the outcome. However, after a few months without treatments, I noticed more hair gradually returning. At this point, I'd estimate my underarms, Brazilian area, and lower legs are about 70% reduced, while most other areas are closer to 50-60% reduced. One thing I think prospective clients should know is that the treatments became more painful over time. The first few sessions weren't too bad, but as the settings increased and the treatments became more effective, I definitely noticed the discomfort increased as well. It's painful but very worth it. I also want to mention something for anyone considering treatment on their chin. I had a few chin hairs before starting, but after laser treatments I experienced significantly more hair growth in that area. When I brought it up, I was told it was likely due to hormonal changes and that the laser itself wouldn't cause it. I can't say for certain what caused it, but I found it concerning because the same thing happened to my sister after chin laser treatments as well. Despite that issue, my overall experience was positive. The staff was professional, the clinic was clean, and I appreciated the transparency throughout the process. While my results weren't 100% hair removal, I did see meaningful reduction in several areas and would describe my overall experience as a positive one. read more

I'm late posting this, but wanted to share my experience. I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal on a small area, and when I got there, they successfully upsold me to full body. Honestly, I don't regret it at all. I was really satisfied with the results. I had about 4 or 5 sessions on my chin/jaw before I had to stop due to starting a medication that increases photosensitivity. Even though I didn't finish the full set of treatments, I was still happy with the outcome. Just started treatment for my daughter, service and cleanliness is still the same as it was 4 years ago. I was able to sign her up for a good package deal and so far so good. About 3+ treatments so far. Their schedule is pretty tight but are usually able to accommodate to our schedules. Wife's first time getting laser and nowhere in their rules posted in their lobby about having someone in the room to support. Snotty little Lena then says when I point out the rules they hang up in the lobby only has a restriction of no children under the age of 12, in the waiting area OR the treatment room, and asked to see where it mentions an adult being restricted. Lena then with her condescending tone just then says "would you like a manager to reach out to you?" As if that will ever take place based on all the negative reviews, and you can't even support the claim of "against policy" when you have no policies to provide for customers to review and your "terms and conditions" webpage has nothing against it.
